I was trying to contact a Drury Inn at a specific location directly and reached this representative. I did. It complete my reservation by phone since this was a National line and used the website for the location instead.

Very business like, and efficient, will return next year
The representative was very courteous and efficient. She spoke clearly and it was easy to understand her.
She quoted price twice higher than booking, she also did not say that hotel rated as ok. Very disappointed

I travel a lot and they tricked me into thinking I was talking to the front desk. Welcome to Devils Lake. It's a beautiful day. I'll never use your service again. You guys overcharge. The rate was over $200 and it's normally 135. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Quit ripping people off.

Carlos processed my reservation promptly and answered all my questions.
I talked to the lady she said we would be able to check in early. She gave me the phone number to the establishment called them. They said it was not guaranteed that we can check in early at noon so in the future you'll need to kind of fix that that's disturbing.
