Edgar, my planner was exceptionally polite, professional, and extremely confident in what he was doing. I appreciated his calmness, clarifying my request and then reviewing all of the details once we made the charge final. He's a true asset for your upfront and first impression.
THIS PERSON WAS RUDE AND HUNG UP ON ME. I ALWSYS STAY AT THE HOLIDAY, but if you keep hiring this kind of people I'm going to change hotels. I need a hotel room for tonight ASAP in Tulare ca. It's a family emergency. I'm driving 5 hours and this person hangs up on me.
I called to book 2 rooms at the Hyatt in Portland Maine, both rooms with king size bed, check in June 3 check out June 4. I received a quote including taxes of $602 and provided my credit card.
When I received the confirmation email, I was charged $392.11 per room!
This is unacceptable!
In order to cancel the reservation, It took 3 phone calls and 30 minutes and then told it would take 6 to 10 days to see the credit on my card? It took five minutes to charge me but a week of credit me.
Horrible booking experience. So upset!
I only made one reservation then I ended up with 2 reservations. I'm the only one who made the reservation
The person I talked to said I did not have to pay till I checked in

The clerk answered promptly and professionally. He answered questions and accommodated my requests for a room for one evening.
He prompted me to continue with my reservation and sent a confirmation quickly.
Easy and accurate including my last name which is usually a struggle.

I called the hotel to get two rooms. There was an online price through Holiday Inn's website. The young man who answered the phone "Patrick" did not want to honor the Holiday Inn website price. So I just booked the rooms through the website. He was actually trying to charge me $100 more per room. When I told him how much the price was online, he just kept repeating himself. I even tried to explain to him that I was a member and that meant nothing to him. Patrick just kept saying the same thing over and over again.
Everything went well as expected during the reservation process. Arturo was very courteous and helpful, getting me exactly what I wanted for two nights' stay.

I requested a reservation at the Hilton Harpeth Hotel
2 rooms, 2 nights in September of 2024. My confirmation was emailed to me for the Hilton Cool Springs. Who ever made the reservation did not provide a phone number to contact if the confirmation had an error. I am at the wrong location. No contact details for 3rd party who made the reservation.
Answer: I attempted to email, submitted a support request, called numerous times, requested call backs (received 0), attempted to chat and was continuously ignored or "disconnected", never once reaching anyone that would or could help me. Customer Service at HotelPlanner is nonexistent.
Answer: HP's staff is full of deceitful and despicable liars. Do not use HP for planning any trips if you wish to have smooth, happy travels.
Answer: Just do not use! HP is awful and they will spoil your travel plans!
