After many credit card denials. We got it right the third time. George was very patient with me. Also he was very concise in going over the booking. Did not talk fast and annunciate his words. A skill that is fading away in the customer service segment.

I travel the country for a living so I am constantly on the road, staying in hotels and airbnbs along the way. Over the last 3 years I have worked in 41 of our great states so as you can imagine I have had a multitude of different experiences when it comes to customer service.
Today I arrived in Portage MI, quite a drive from my home in Tampa Florida. My gps must have been on the frits because when searching for hotels near me google presented options about an hour north of my position in Grand Rapids. Unknowingly I called the first hotel that popped up and Emily answered the phone. Realizing my mistake I apologized and told her I would have to find something closer to my position. Emily went out of her way to find me a sister hotel that would fit my budget and even booked everything for me right there on the phone. As exhausted as I was it really meant a lot that she would do that. Besides keeping me in the "hotel family" which is good for business she left an impression on me that will keep me on the lookout for your hotels in the future.

When I called, I asked was this a third-party and I was told that it was Marriott direct which was an Absolutely lie…. Absolutely totally unsatisfied with the customer service I received due to the fact was not told the truth.
I called looking for a last-minute room in Rockland, MA. The hotel I asked about was full, but Cesar quickly found one nearby within my budget. Friendly and efficient. Highest recommendation!
Called to make a reservation, when asked if we had AARP, etc I replied yes and we are Hilton honors silver vip members. Lady said ok and checked for a room. Said it would be in excess of $1,000. I told her I didn't understand, that we could get a room from Booking.com for $800 including taxes. She said ok and hung up on me.
On July 21, after suffering through a horrendous experience at Detroit metropolitan airport with the delays and cancellations, I needed to stay in the Detroit area because I could not get out. All hotels around the airport were booked so I booked the Kingsley Inn in Bloomfield Hills Michigan with you. I was charged at least TWICE the going rate. I feel that I am due a refund on half of the amount that I paid because I paid for the cancellation insurance.
She was caring, thorough, and listened to me. Thank you is not enough for her. She deserves a raise!
We were traveling when I called and had trouble hearing him but he was very patient and helpful.
The agent was polite, helpful, and professional. She expedited the reservation and verified all details.

Was wanting to rent a room at the hotel but it was full he went out of his way to try and find me another hotel to stay at in my local area we appreciate all this help he spoke clear English was polite very helpful and informative

Counseling reservation because of an emergency came up couldn't come Should have been two, but one couldn't come because they had emergency

Answer: I attempted to email, submitted a support request, called numerous times, requested call backs (received 0), attempted to chat and was continuously ignored or "disconnected", never once reaching anyone that would or could help me. Customer Service at HotelPlanner is nonexistent.
Answer: HP's staff is full of deceitful and despicable liars. Do not use HP for planning any trips if you wish to have smooth, happy travels.
Answer: Just do not use! HP is awful and they will spoil your travel plans!
