You did a fine job, my frustration comes from my not being able to book online and now calling I have to spend $200 more to book with you over the phone. I will look for a different hotel as their are many options.

I called. Brandon answered the phone. I made my reservation and that was it. I did find a reservation online at the same hotel with the same accommodations for $61.00 cheaper and the choice to pay after I arrived. I didn't get that info from Brandon, but I would like to have the $61.00 taken off if possible.
Young lady, Lakeaia was so pleasant, helpful in asking if we need special access because of our age. Explained every detail, pricing and covered all questions. Excellent work Lakeaia.

Called to reserve a room and lady at the front desk was very short with me. The room I was looking for was available on Expedia but she said it wasn't available. She didn't offer any explanation or suggest options. She hung up without any niceties whatsoever. I booked the room with Expedia bc I am
Joining family there. It is a nice hotel and usually very friendly staff but today was not a pleasant experience.
I had decided to book a room last minute at a popular location on a small budget. He found a really nice place close and affordable

Answer: I attempted to email, submitted a support request, called numerous times, requested call backs (received 0), attempted to chat and was continuously ignored or "disconnected", never once reaching anyone that would or could help me. Customer Service at HotelPlanner is nonexistent.
Answer: HP's staff is full of deceitful and despicable liars. Do not use HP for planning any trips if you wish to have smooth, happy travels.
Answer: Just do not use! HP is awful and they will spoil your travel plans!
