Booked a hotel, was stuck on processing payment page for 10 minutes, then it closed. Of course the money has been taken from the credit card, but no confirmation has been given. Reading other reviews, there seems to be little contactable numbers. I tried calling the Australian number 1800 75 22 61, but doesn't connect. 'Hoteling' also state that in other reviews confirmation can take up to 3 days, I don't want to wait 3 days to see if the room is confirmed.
I have emailed *******@hoteling.com but no reply as of yet. I ended up contacting the hotel and was able to get confirmation numbers, but still unable to prove payment. Who do I contact for an invoice of payment?
Booked a hotel reservation through hoteling and got charged initial $5 booking fee two months ago, came back and intended to make full payment today.(Everything looks fine so far) After putting all my payment details today and leave no fields in blank TWICE (so there could not be my typing mistake), then I trying to find their contact information. ALL I FOUND IS JUST THE EMAIL... Can you believe a worldwide travel booking agency do not have a landline contact method nowadays?
To cut it short, have to book through other websites, and hopefully in 24 hrs, I would not see I got charged by them twice. For the same fuxking room.

Looks fine so far, could not make payment using their credit card system initially, tring about 30 times to ring their number provided by Hoteling.com representitive, and their phone never got picked up.
Have not got charged multiple times so far, rang the hotel and get told the room has been reserved under my name even before I paid my outstanding balance. (That's a bit weird)
Anyway, it looks fine so far, will updated after I finish the trip in 11th Nov 2015.

Last updates, to sum up. Hoteling.com is a trust worthy agent. My holiday arrangement in Bali got white belly up cuz airport went closed for the sake of the volcano ash. Anyway did not expect can get my money back cuz its after the punishment-free cancellation period.
But they did fully return my money even including the first Deposit money.
I will not hesitate to book my holiday with them in future.

I make a book, and i call the hotel, and they dont have any booking by my name or by number, so they convert money in false promise.

I encountered what would normally be a complex problem. After reading the many negative reviews I was prepared for a problem.
I was pleasantly surprised. The staff led by agents Marta, Kasia and Khalil was extrodinary. Not only were they consciencess and professional but they took the process personally and saw it all the way to the end. Actually returning the e mails and returning promised calls. Yes they were incredibly articulate and kind but even more professional as a top level international executive. I certainly appreciate these qualities

Booked through them Paris in Las Vegas today and Paypal refunded the money and Visa & Amex refused with Fraud alerts via email and calls. They said tell the companies it is okay even when they are saying they are not real. What a scam Travago needs to remove these people ASAP!

Oct 22,2015/ I received excellent booking service for Christmas reservations at a hotel 2 blocks from Arizona Cardinals Stadium for a Packers Game. Also It will be my granddaughter's 21st birthday that game. The hotel told me they were completely sold out. Hoteling.com got me what I wanted at the same hotel with confirmation the same day and hotel confirmation 2 days later. I read some bad reviews but I received great service.

Book a hotel in the gold coast Queensland Australia. Paid up front and all and didn't recover a confirmation email. Waited 24 hours and have called the hotel and they don't even have me on the records for a booking. Emailed your support team and have tried calling your support number. Support number is either incorrect or not connected
Emails have not been responded to. I am now in debt with no hotel booking and no way of finding out what the go is. Have contacted my bank with a fraudulent report. Do not use this company.

I very seldom write reviews. However, after my experience with hoteling.com I would not recommend booking or doing any business with this company! I tried to make a reservation at what I thought was a very good rate. However, after having input all of my data at checkout - twice - I received an error message that said I needed to call customer service. No fields were left blank and the customer service agent was not able to help me with my reservation. He simply indicated that I should try to check out again. That was to no avail. Needless to say, I booked with another company.

I have sent you 3 emails now asking the same question. I booked & paid for 2 adults & 2 children & was quoted for that. When your confirmation came through it states I have to pay extra for my kids & for their breakfast... despite your website saying it was bed & breakfast for 2 adults & 2 children. Three weeks ago I booked through the website, at time of confirmation the page said there was trouble with the booking and to call customer services (no phone number or web reference).
My account has been debited, the hotel has no booking reference.
I am bouncing around between Hoteling customer service email and PayPal. No-one seems able to refund me. Both are telling me the other one should.
Everyone has gone quiet for the past week. No more replies to my emails.
It's ridiculous and I think it's a scam.
I can't afford two bookings so my holiday (which was to be a birthday trip for my daughter), is off if I don't get a refund. I'm so upset and I just don't know what to do.

These people should be arrested for fraud.
I tried to book the Aria Hotel in Las Vegas on the site several times in the morning of Wednesday October 16th. Each time I tried to pay, the site came up with an error and the screen went blank. I never received confirmation on the screen or via email.
I had no option but to use another site to make the booking for this hotel and I paid in full to that site.
To my absolute horror - 36 hours later in the evening of Thursday October 15th Hoteling sent me multiple confirmations for SEVERAL bookings for the same hotel on the same dates. AWFUL.
They have charged my card several times.
I have sent several emails, with no response. These people are crooks and they have stolen my money - they should be arrested for fraudulently taking customers money. DO NOT book through them or you will have your money stolen. I am reporting them later today to the Better Business Bureau, I suggest you all do the same. THE WORST.

Same story here, I booked a room, paid in full and no confirmation for 3 days nows just their "voucher" which means nothing to the hotel I booked. What really bites is I did search for reviews online prior to booking. F'n Yahoo! Search turned up nothing except the company's website. Now on Google I find SiteJabber and all this. I called AMEX and luckily they offered to credit me $50 if I just cancel rather than wait to see if they're really ripping me off as I'm standing in the hotel lobby holding my bags and their worthless voucher. Your feeble and insincere attempts apologizing for your thefts to everyone exposing you here are comical. If you were truly concerned with and involved with my case you would know I've already cancelled my reservation, Your "vouchers" contain no confirmation numbers for the hotels you claimed to have booked. Your customer service reps offer no solutions, just excuses and extended hold times. When I called the hotel they had no record of my reservation and the reference number given is not theirs, it is only your way to keep your story with your victims straight. I have reported your misdeeds to Trivago and advised them to remove you from their site. I invite any other people who have dealt with your fraudulent company to do the same.So please offer me another insincere apology, it's so pathetic.

When our customer wish to cancel the booking, a cancellation fee applies. Unfortunately, the fee is needed to cover the admin costs of the hotel booking and various suppliers that are involved in your reservation.

Onfurtantelly I made a reservation throug this Company, then I realized that I was not gonna make it for those dates I wanted, so I had to cancel the reservation I was shocked with the $50 fee to cancel the reservation, I'm not sure if I will get some of my money back, I never ever will use this company again, I don't recommend it, if you will search there are so many good ones out there that don't even charge to cancel a reservation.

Unfortunately if you wish to cancel, we're not able to refund you full amount because straight after your booking process we're transferring deposit to our supplier to secure your stay. I can understand that this can be inconvenient for you and I apologise for this. When you're cancelling the booking via "Manage booking" on our website, the refund should appear on your account up to 5-7 working days(this depends on specific bank). Feeling scamed I Booked a room for the weekend in Atlanta printed out my intenery and the check-in date was totally different from the one I booked the room on... No working number to call only online links to cancel... And the cancellation only refunded 288 of my 340 dollars charged to my card... Hopefully I see the refund within 24 hours... Which its still costing me 50$ for their mistake... so if you see HOTELING... RUNNNNNN!

I had checked all websites and the hotel itself (El Tovar in the Grand Canyon) and all were sold out for the night I needed. Hoteling.com was the only website that had availability. I booked my reservation this morning through Hoteling.com without checking into it's validity. I did receive a confirmation email but after reading all the horrific reviews I started to panic. I waited for this evening and called the hotel directly and they had my reservation and even gave me their confirmation number. I think I'm all set and if so, I am thrilled. Not sure how Hoteling managed to have availability when everyone else said they were sold out but El Tovar is the place to stay. Hope everything works out.
P.S. Would have given them 5 stars but I'm still a little apprehensive after reading all the negative reviews.

Made a reservation - received a number. Have screenshots.
Waited 5 days - no confirmation email. Called the hotel - they can't find my name or anything at all indicating my imminent presence at their location and are sold out on that date. Went to the site - it can't find my booking documents and asks to "please call." Ah, but there is no number! Only email addresses. Wrote an email - waiting for a response. I can click "cancel" on the site - but that carries an $50 penalty.
This is ridiculous. I am going to write TripAdvisor, Trivago and every other booking aggregator I can think of and demand that this "company" is taken out of their listings. F***ing scammers.

Just booked a night for Nov 21 and the reservation came back Nov 01. Now they are only going to refund me 16. Of the 66 I paid. Beware of this company! I will never book through them again and I will tell everyone I know. Shame on Trivago for including them.

Just like it says in the title. Last night I made a reservation and did not receive an e-mail from hoteling.com so I googled and found this site with all the problems people are having. I contacted the hotel today and sure enough I don't have a reservation. This hotel is the second to last night of a 70km hike over New Years, the busiest time of the year here in New Zealand. If I had shown up with no reservation we would have nowhere to sleep. The hotel asked me to go to hoteling.com to manage my booking and get the documents but when I do it says they are not available (funny that) and to call them. Of course there is no contact number, just e-mail addresses which having read the other reviews here look like I'll be lucky getting any sort of reply. Seriously unimpressed and unsure what to do next.

My anniversary was completely ruined using this company. First I was told that there was only one more room available when I booked my reservation. A double queen bed with an oceanfront view. I wanted the view, that's why I was willing to pay so much more for a double bed when I only needed one bed (duh, anniversary!?) Anyway, the reservation was made, confirmation given, charge was made on my card. Get to my hotel and they have no record of my reservation despite all my paperwork but they tell me they only have one more room available (a double queen bed with an oceanfront view). SOUND FAMILIAR? Come to find out the room was significantly cheaper that what I paid through Hoteling.com but I was still upset because this was my anniversary and now I have to pay double because the charges were already made on my account through Hoteling.com (plus an $8.25 international transaction fee- what is this?) now an additional cost to pay for the same room again. This is money that I wasn't expecting using on the room but on my wife. Total scam! Win/win situation for hoteling.com and the hotel because they get my money. Lose/lose for me cause I get nothing. Do not rent from this company unless you love giving away your money! To early to know if Hoteling.com will resolve the issue as it just happened this weekend but based on the other reviews, I sincerely doubt it!

Answer: Hi I'm still waiting for my refund and they haven't come back to me with my email of a couple of days ago. My advice is still don't use this company.
Answer: Yes we received a full refund but only after many emails and posting on as many sites as i could like this and getting onto Trivago as we went through their site. Waited 30 odd days for a booking which was never going to come. Kept in touch with hotel and the booking never came through. It is all a big Scam
