If what I just did is true: $315.37 US for 1 way Montreal to Los Angeles, I'm happy. It's a little unclear with some prices in Canadian $$, which right now is a larger amount. So, I was given a price of $419.15 I think in Canadian $$, but in US it's $315.37 which is close to what Hopper showed just before booking: $320. We'll see.
Super efficient app! Love the graphics and the fun nature of this app. I've booked trips many times through Hopper because of how easy and reliable it has been in giving me super affordable and transparent flight info. I'm So grateful for Hopper!
I've been trying to get ahold of support for 3 days for a pending charge on my card. The last I had any payment was the beginning of January, but it's not even close to the same amount I had paid. The prices of the flights are great, though!
I've been using it for years to snoop, made my first purchase today and it was excellent!
... too many notifications, no option to turn them off and no option to specifically filter/book flights that allow for checked bags. Fix this and youll have my 5 stars. Thanks!

My husband and I used this app to book a trip to Europe last year and are currently using it to book a trip to Australia. To be transparent, we didn't end up purchasing flights through the app - for a multitude or reasons - but it was great knowing when to buy. We have bought hotels through the app and rescheduled them without significant issue. However, since the recent update, I can no longer "watch" most hotels. The only reason I think this matters is that the app says "watching" the hotel unlocks the special rate, which of course we want. I tried to contact customer service, but you can only do that once you've booked a trip, which is frustrating. Hopefully this gets resolved ASAP.
This app is great for mapping out the dates and finding cheap flights, but the customer service is frustrating. You can only contact them through the app, in a chat which says they "typically reply in a day". That has not been my experience the last few times I have tried to contact them regarding my bookings. It takes SEVERAL DAYS for it to even be seen by someone. God forbid it's an emergency. The search part is great, but the customer contact part needs improvement. Chat is not sufficient, they need to at least provide a phone number.
I love the alert that this app has when flights drop price. Helped me to get a fantastic flight at a great price!
Unable to speak with anyone via phone. If you have an issue it directs you to "chat" then I had to wait for an answer by email that still did not resolve the problem.

I waisted over three hundred dollars, so my advise is be careful on how you book.

Agreed, Flex Rates is why I use Hopper. What happened? Please bring back. I want to plan my trip with the best rate in a month or over a 3 day trip in July, not specific days.
