The new price freeze tool saved me over $140 for my flight to Barcelona from Newark. Only paid $350! This app truly helps watching flights and changes in the prices way better than google flights. This is a must have app for doing any travel!
Price productions are amazing and they update constantly. Amazing app super user friendly
The app is great very good deals on the flight love the price freeze, only downfall is that the customer support system they have is horrible takes you a good 12+ hours for a response and it's only via chat/email they have no direct phone numbers for them to call you. They should really take another direction towards customer service.

Just spent 90 minutes without success trying to book a flight through Kayak. I gave up and went to Hopper. In 5 minutes the round trip flight was booked at a lower price!
Hopper is amazing. For busy on-the-go people who don't have time (or frankly just don't know how) to monitor flights and find the best time to purchase, Hopper does the work for you. And you can purchase in app. Done deal for me.

I really like that Hopper takes the work out of finding the cheapest and best (for your needs) flights on your own. I've tried searching on Hopper and then searching on the airline websites listed and Hopper was cheaper. It's great that Hopper has integrated features such as Price Freeze, Cancel for Any Reason, Missed Connection Protection, Baggage Fees, and Insurance. I used the Price Freeze for two passengers which is great, but unfortunately, when I was ready to book, my original flights for 2 passengers was no longer available and the app wasn't very user friendly in that it would not show which flights could accommodate 2 passengers for the dates originally indicated on my Price Freeze - message: "One or more of your flights selected can only accommodate 1 passenger, please go back and select a different flight or change the number of passengers." I was going back and forth, and finally on my 3rd attempt for different carriers/times, I finally found a flight combo for $20 more that met our needs. It would be GREAT if Hopper could remove the flight that couldn't accommodate our reservation request from the list of options completely to alleviate the frustration from guessing which one would meet our needs.
We were looking for last minute flights to Tampa with only 14 days before departure. We did with Hopper and we love the ease of this app! Better than many airline apps. Hop on over!

The Hopper app is good for watching a specific route, but when it comes to the recommendations it gives as to whether to buy now or wait, it's all over the map.
I have been watching a specific route and date for many months now. The price has varied between $563 and well over $1,500. I've had Hopper tell me to "wait" for a better price when it was in the $500-600 range, and tell me to "buy now!" in the $1,500 range. And vice versa.
Overall it's an okay app for flight watching, but take the recommendations with a grain of salt. I'll be uninstalling it and looking for something better.
Hopper is a conevenient, easy to use app for finding good flights at lower rates, but once I book my ticket, I don't find them helpful. I've booked flights and did not receive any confirmation emails or further email updatesI guess everything is done over the app?
What I like least is the unavailability of their customer service both to find someone to speak with and lack of urgency in responding. It's like pulling teeth trying to get asisstance if you're having an issue, even though they claim to be 24/7.
