Right after I wrote a 1 Star review. Hopper finally got back to my partner (2-3 weeks after he first wrote to them), 3 hours before flight departure. Thank you Hopper for resolving the issue and providing relevant information to him. Regardless, we are still unimpresded by the service provided and will not use Hopper to book flights. The incredibly delayed response caused unnecessary stress. But thank you for getting back to us.
It's been pretty reliable (it's impossible to predict 100%)! And the design is great. Ps.: I only use it to check the flights prices but I buy the tickets in other websites.
I love that you can set up a Watch for flights you're interested in, and they'll send you a notification when pricing changes. Booking was super easy. And, when I noticed I made an error entering a birth date, their customer service helped me right away!

Great app, looking forward for those discounted flights
Really great app, so happy I downloaded it. You can watch ticket prices for selected dates and you get instant alerts when tickets drop in price. It also gives you a projection of the ticket prices in the future as well as when the last time ticket prices were that low. Only thing that was difficult was trying to book a flight through the app. It malfunctioned and I ended up booking through a different site.
