The only reason I am give a star is because I can not move forward with out giving one. I had a very terrible experience with this app if you are into Watching prices it's good to follow as far as booking through them absolutely not I would not recommend it for anyone. Not once but twice I put a price freeze on something that I was unable to obtain when it was time $100 may not be a lot to some people but when you are a single parent trying to take vacation that hundred plus dollars matters. You put a price freeze on some thing and when you go to actually book it you continuously get an error and is unable to book this is not cool.
This time they booked the wrong departure city I get to Philadelphia they say im supposed to be flying out of Trenton Nj so my daughter & couldn't book the time before this they booked me a flight then never sent a confirmation I'm thinking my flight is booked whole time they took my money and had refund me because there wasn't enough flights … They take your money so easy and it's really hard to get ahold of them just don't use them you're literally saving nothing but a headache if you listen they only have good deals with frontier and spirit which aren't deals if you do the math you're paying way more cause you have to pay for bags it's a scam!

No customer service no support stolen money I booked a hotel room through this app the hotel was unable to accommodate us because they did not have hot water they return my money to hopper I have not been able to get in contact with this company for over one week now I called their customer service in Canada you can only leave a message I have left several messages no one has contacted me back because my trip has already passed I can't get any customer service help doesn't give me the option my money was stolen from me I went over the weekend for a family funeral I did not have extra money to pay for another Hotel room and I still haven't been contacted back about my refund that was given back to hopper from the hotel I stayed in please return my money we are in a pandemic and most of us don't have money to just give you

DO NOT BOOK THROUGH HOPPER! This company has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life! The extra dollars they claim to save you are not worth it! I purchased carrot cash and they wouldn't let me apply it to my reservation because I did a price freeze and nowhere on the info for carrot cash does it say you can't apply it to your reservation! They denied me a refund for the carrot cash which I shrugged off.
Then, when I got to the airport before my flight they denied me access to the flight because their terminal lacking TSA made it so Temporary IDs were not accepted. I was horrified. Nowhere in the info I got from Hopper prompted me about this unusual restriction! My boyfriend and I were left stranded at the airport and to make it worse they want to charge me both a flight change fee and difference in fare for something beyond our control! On top of that, they refused to let me use the carrot cash for that either. They purposely create limited things like this to make even more money off of you and use deception to get you thinking that you found a great deal!
How dare you guys take advantage of people during a pandemic. I am beyond pissed and I will not stop until all my money is returned to me!

Ive never put up a review in my 20 years in this earth, but trust me, if u can book with another app (I recommend booking.com) do it, even if you're broke, trust me, do it, I waiting 2 hours because the hotel said they don't have a contract with hopper so they don't have my reservation, trust me even though I'm a stranger on the internet, save yourself the stress and find some other app.

I recently booked 3 flights on the Hopper fur the first time. Then went back to add a 4th different ticket. I was then charged for all 4 instead of the one additional. No one to talk too, no one answer the chat, and now won't even let me leave another message. Not very happy right now.

Please be sure to read my review if you're considering using this app. I recently was looking into booking a trip and I considered using the Hopper App. Big mistake I was still on the fence about which room I wanted to book, but the room I was considering stated 100% refundable and a pop up came up that I could freeze the rate and I had so much time to finalize my reservation, let me mind you I did a screenshot of everything nothing showed non refundable.
However, my flight was changed and I decided to cancel the price freeze the very next day. However, I was advised that it was non refundable and they charged me 371.00 and there was no option to cancel. I called customer service and I received no assistance. Please stay away from this app. Their scammers

Played my $#*!, "sorry please try again" bull$#*! and still charged me, got a confirmation from the airline with no information on date/time for the flights. Called the airline and they said they can't cancel because they never got any information or payment just our names and the total price was $0 I will include a screenshot of the invoice. Looked up the confirmation number that I got on the email and it said reservation was not found because the flight was canceled, I'm like what? And also Hopper says that if you want to change/cancel anything you press your bookings and you can do it on the app, but I have no confirmation email or anything from Hopper. So I paid for flights but there isn't any flights... I'm going to attempt to dispute this with my bank, it's still a pending charge but the money was still taken out. So my bank can't dispute this until this charge goes through.

The Hopper app kept messing up with error or after I made payment, told me the rate went up or it was sold out. I then jumped on an app I was familiar with and made a reservation with a hotel. The next day I find out I was charged for a hotel room from Hopper. There is a contact phone number, no one to speak with. A recorded line just tells to get online. When you go to the app, there is no way to contact anyone. Just terribly frustrating! I am also out money as well.
This app is the worst. You book your flight and 2 days before your trip they completely change your itinerary, travel dates, etc and always blame the airline. They never fix the problem and when you ask for a refund they disappear and never get back to you. Please be smart and buy your tickets elsewhere it truly isn't worth the savings. I ended up spending more in the long run.
Rented a mini van through hopper app for my family vacation in Fort Walton when I arrived there was no reservation, the place where I was supposed to retrieve the vehicle was closed and worse, I received no phone calls and no emails notifying me of anything! Luckily AVIS at the airport had a car and they took great care of me and with a better price! So, thank you AVIS and shame on you hopper app!

I tried to book a flight from delhi to mexico, and i was charged around C$ 1400, but as soon as i made the payment, it showed the booking has not been done, but my card was charged. Now there is no way that i can contact them I tried to email them but i said that it wasn't delivered, i even tried to contact them through their Twitter account but haven't heard back yet, and my money is gone.

I booked a flight from New Orleans to Hartford July 7th after I booked the flight I had a total of 7 hrs of lay over in Florida, you don't see your itinerary until after you've booked it, I paid 65 twice for price freeze. All this within 20 minutes, $65 x2 + 257 for flight and I canceled and booked directly with airlines. July 7th and never received my refund yet, their answer is we will get back in 24 hrs. Hopper is a scam!

They want me to pay them for the right to use my travel credit. All I want to do is book a flight using my own credit. Not looking for favors or anything special. I have a travel credit so I should be able to use it without paying an extra fee? They want me to pay them an extra $118 so that I can use my $430 credit to book flights worth $360.

DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM HOPPER
We paid 1200$ to rent a convertible when we got there we were given a normal car that we could have rented for 600$
But we paid 1200$ you cannot reach anyone to talk to! Every time I attempt to file and online problem it automatically flips to resolved! However, nothing has been resolved! The rental car place said there's nothing we can do you will have to call the third party company!

Booked a flight for Monday on Friday. Hopper took $147.98 for the flight but never booked it. They say if I want help I have to go through the booking on the app but there is no booking for me. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! If you have an issue which you will you're screwed.

Hopper does not honor their quotes.
Hopper offered to change my flight for $73, which I accepted. This was 6 days before my flight.
The change did not go through on their end. After I reached out to confirm, they said the previous quote did not process and was no longer valid. They requoted me $250! It was now 4 days before my flight.
Speaking with someone took an average waiting time of 30 minutes per person, and I spoke to 4 people before anyone acknowledged my previously accepted quote.
They have refused to stay true to their original quote which I already accepted. I stopped looking for alternative flights and options because I thought it was handled, but paid an extra $175 because I trusted Hopper to handle their end of the deal.
This is not my first but second time using hopper and once again failed to please me! I have a funeral to go to in a couple months and thought I had everything planned, ready & set, when I found what hopper had to offer with their $58 dollar tickets to get where I needed to go. I get to ordering my tickets and not until after the long process of filling in not just my information but everyone traveling with me, I enter my card information and they charge me $172 dollars extra per person plus the $100 deposit I had to put down. I called cause I was concerned on why The prices were raising and to get my money back, just to get told that they don't know if they can send me MY money back. Carona is here, my mom is disabled and all we want is to get a round trip to attend a funeral. If hopper wants good reviews I expect them to have good business.

The price freeze is a scam tactic and they will not refund even if the reason for cancelling is urgent! Awful, awful customer service! Never again! Please don't book flight from this company!

Hopper is the worst scam company app out of Canada I have ever experienced. No customer service number and when you try to contact them through their app they block you. They lie to my credit card company when I disputed the charge and charge your credit card double. They will never have my business and I will continue to let everyone know not to use them. This was for a hotel. They say they have a phone number but it doesn't go anywhere. Everything Hass to be done through the app. Which didn't work because they block you. They say they're going to help you but that was all a bunch of lies too. Beware and stay away.
Answer: File a claim with your bank. They charged me An additional 2 nights after hopper said they would refund my money. Instead they went without my consent n charged me an additional 2 nights. I was robbed for a total of 3 nights. Without being able to contact any support. A total Scam!
Answer: No they are about polar opposite of trustworthy. Run don't walk away from this company. My lesson cost $1435 dollars. If you require customer service look elsewhere they have none. Not even a phone number which is the first red flag.
Answer: There is no customer service, no phone number and no one will address your concerns on social media, or through their app.
