I duplicated my flight by mistake, and I was really scared that I couldn't figure it out. I deeply appreciate Nas's support.
There was an issue with baggage pymt & the customer service rep that resolved the issue was friendly & helpful.
I had to cancel my hotel booking at the last minute. My cancellation window already closed. I was worried and stressed and sick. I'm glad I pressed that customer service box on the app. A customer service rep emailed me right away. I was given a full refund and that took all my worry and stress away. I was able to save that energy on my recovery. I've used Hopper in the past for booking hotels and car rentals, and after this experience. I will continue using Hopper for as long as they exist! Thank you so much!
My flight has been changed by the airline. I was allowed 24h to choose a flight that suited me better once i was notice. Unfortunately, despite my numerous steps, Hopper took three days to respond to my request and it was too late. Hopper is solely responsible for the problem and they refused to take responsibility. No respect for their client.

This company is no good do not rent from them I've asked him repeatedly for a refund and they denied me 10 times a million dollar corporation stealing $50 from the handicap

Hopper says that my phone number was incorrect If my number was incorrect, then they have my email. I was unable to Un-Freeze my ticket that I paid hopper $24.00 to freeze. When I put my phone number into get a confirmation #, I received no confirmation #. I went on every customer service site possible to contact Hopper with no success and I had to get another flight that cost more money. Does not seem reliable. I would say a better algorithm might help.

All the rates are higher than in the regular website. Complete scam this app is. I do not advise for people to use this. Please tally and see you will see the difference.

I accidentally made 2 reservations and I emailed Hopper and Joan was quick to respond and help me to take off the reservation and refund my money.
I rented a vehicle through Hopper at the airport. Once I went to retrieve the vehicle I was told I couldn't rent because I didn't have a flight. I rented at the airport because it was convenient. As though I thought. I'm extremely upset! Now I have to wait 3-10 business days to see if I will get my money back. Over $400! I will never use this site again nor will I recommend.

HOPPER IS THE WORSE! THEY RIP YOU OFF AND MORE. CANCELLED FLIGHT THAT CHARGED 0 CANCELLATION WITH THE AIRLINE. THE TI KET WAS $1200. HOPPER ISSUED A VOUCHER FOR $700 AND YOU HAVE TO USE THEM TO REBOOK A FLIGHT USING THE VOUCHER, SO THEY CAN RIP YOU SOME MORE! DO NOT USE HOPPER. BOOK DIRECTLY THRU THE AIRLINE, SAVE YOU A HEADACHE.

I stayed at the Best Western Miami airport hotel and there was no outdoor pool as advertised, customer service was very poor, area around this hotel was not a good location nothing to do, and I had to sit in the lobby for 9 hrs waiting for my room, no one asked if needed anything staff not friendly

My husband and I were in Orlando for a Seminar, he got sick towards the last day and we decided to leave a day early. At check out, the hotel would not give us the credit for that day because it was through a 3rd party, HOPPER. I requested a receipt of my days there so that I could have proof for HOPPER. The agent for HOPPER, Marcos, helped me even though we were traveling by car and sometimes the reception wasn't the best. He stayed with me until everything was resolved. He was awesome. My advice, ALWAYS, get proof of your transactions... FOR FUTURE HOPPER CUSTOMERS... I will be looking out for my refund AND I will be back to this review Update my issue... Thank you
Careful with this app. Bad experience. No Coustmer service after booking flight. I booked to flight to San Diego but booked was to Las Vegas there other flight supposed to Vegas to San Diego but it was not booked. No customer service.

All communication is via email and makes it difficult to resolve any issues that arise. I rented a car with Hopper and got their insurance that was provided. The car rental company (NU American car rental) were telling me: the insurance I got through Hopper was not valid and would have to buy their insurance. Adding, they would not release the vehicle unless I bought their insurance (600.00 USD). This was on top of a refundable deposit. When I tried contacting Hopper via Hopper app. I received a message from Hopper via email letting me know how important this was and would take up to 6 hours to get back to me. There is no way of contacting a real person. Sad to say I Hopped my way to the hotel waiting for Hopper to get back to me (insert sarcasm). After 9 days my issue was finally resolved. Would not recommend using this application.

This app is so handy and such a great tool to resource at any time, when looking for travel dates by plane, bus, rental car, etc. Thru give carrot cash to apply discounts for future travel. They watch the pricing & alert my phone when to buy or when to hold off. Also, a price freeze feature is really great, I've used a couple times. I really feel better having this app to help me with my travel plans.
Made a booking by mistake - I thought it would lead me to a "summary" page where I could then have time to think about it but just went straight to payment. I immediately requested a cancellation and also immediately sent an e-mail informing that I had requested a cancellation and that given it was within 24 hours of the booking I hoped for a full refund. Hopper took over 48 hours to respond and told me that the app did not register the cancellation and that it was no longer their problem and that i should contact easyjet to work it out. Bad app, prices are not cheaper than other platforms, bad customer service and no accountability.

Prices that were listed at the time of the freeze i used were listed as actually costing 600$ more than they were actually listed for. It doesn't seem to have much reasoning towards their listing and if you're trying to save money is just a waste of money, if you're waiting for a cheaper flight it won't help

I have booked flight with hopper and I paid extra for cancellation. I canceled the flight and get the new reservation, but after 8 days still they didn't refund my money that was around 900$ and there is not any place to contact with customer service. The customer service on mobile app is unavailable all the time, I have checked it 100 times, all the time, it says "uh oh, try again"
I used the provided number on the website and it is just recorded thing and you can't talk to an agent…

Answer: File a claim with your bank. They charged me An additional 2 nights after hopper said they would refund my money. Instead they went without my consent n charged me an additional 2 nights. I was robbed for a total of 3 nights. Without being able to contact any support. A total Scam!
Answer: No they are about polar opposite of trustworthy. Run don't walk away from this company. My lesson cost $1435 dollars. If you require customer service look elsewhere they have none. Not even a phone number which is the first red flag.
Answer: There is no customer service, no phone number and no one will address your concerns on social media, or through their app.
Answer: DO NOT TRUST THIS APP WHAT SO EVER! They booked 3 nights after I was waiting for my refund. TOTAL SCAM!
