First time using this app. Was waiting for the price drop that it promised me upon logging on. Next time I check it says price expected to rise sharply book now. Ended up paying $200 more for my two tickets. Very frustrating
I just booked a hotel on Hopper and it truly was so quick and easy. They beat all the other sites rates too. If you're looking for a hotel or airfare Hopper is your final destination. You'll need to look no further. I am a researcher and after doing my research on many different sites/apps I must say Hopper is the way to go. THANK YOU Hopper team! I APPRECIATE YOU!

I was trying to book a flight and all of a sudden I was first charge for 1 dollar for no reason at all then 2 minutes go by after me trying to figure out why I was charged and then I was charged again for a second time for 5$ so now I'm like this has to be a scam and I looked up the costumer service number and I literally call 6 times.... no answer, so I listen to voicemail and it says the mailbox was full and couldn't take a message... THIS IS ROBBERY, I hope whoever is behind this stealing people's money chokes and dies
Hopper may not always have one of the best prices in comparison with my other tools, but when it has a good offer, BOY is it a GOOD ONE. I've gotten a $370 RT trip Orlando to AMS, and now it gave me surprise Iberia fares that were half of the price of Ryanair/Easyjet (MAD - TXL). What a pleasant surprise!
Super glad it gives tons of flight options for really great deals but... my only problem is the app was having connection issues so I had to re connect and choose my flights multiple times due to refreshing. It was quite frustrating, but besides that loved it!
I have traveled using several other web sights before but Hopper is not user friendly. The worst part is not being able to contact a representative for assistance. Important is needed.
You can't choose your seat through this app. YOU CAN'T CHANGE YOUR FLIGHT BOOK BY YOURSELF. You have to ask the support to change your book and it will take a day to get response, not complete the change. While this happening, they still get $200 for the "fee" and the price of your new flight will be doubled.
I was booking a RT flight, all done and attempted to purchase. That is when I started to hate Hopper.
Went up to the purchase and window says we recognize you, why not sign in? Okay, so I clk on the window, now I need to fill out all the same info I have already completed. Then I get the text to confirm it is me. Nothing after I hit the link. I am suddenly back to filling the whole thing out again to sign in.
So I faithfully fill it out...again...hit the link on the text...again...and back to the future I go to fill it all out again
Luckily the THIRD TIME I FILL IT OUT AND THE LINK WORKS.
It was the last time I would have ever used Hopper if it hadn't worked that last time.
Life is hard enough without having to fill out the same info a total of four times before it works.
Great concept, lovely UX and design! But crashed at a critical moment during checkout, causing me lots of stress... did it book my flight or not??? ... turns out it did.
Just searched for a flight and it was like every other travel site. Trying to funnel me into a purchase flow. I want to know if it's the best time to buy. You're no long telling me that and I tried twice
Just used Hopper for the first time.
Thus far... I have found it the best experience to date for booking a flight.

This app peaked my interest by showing me outrageously low prices for a flight I regularly take that I know to be very expensive. Not only were the prices not available the app was unable to give me the correct prices of the flights it did offer. The prices I clicked were not the price of the actual tickets .
So hopper is definitely just ok but definitely never the cheapest flights. They only search United or American Airlines so it seems when Southwest has a flight 30 bucks cheaper. So if you are in the market for saving money just shop around the old fashion way.
Terrible app. For 2 months I checked it non stop because it said the price would drop by about 33%. Lies it only went up by almost half the price haha. Do not download this app.
