Order placed AT pro-desk yesterday. Delivery scheduled for today. 1230 pm, delivery made. With missing items- identified by driver and myself.
Called store, Pro-desk would not schedule delivery of missing items. ASM Jessica said re-delivery in 2 days, I pay ANOTHER delivery fee, reimbursable.
It is 70 miles round-trip to this store. I refused and escalated complaint to Customer Care.

It's 141 in the afternoon you have four people in your appliance department, trying to purchase an appliance and there's one person working. We are here to purchase microwave stove dishwasher, and possibly a dryer and no one to help.
I've never left a negative review before, but am really frustrated at the lack of customer support. I ordered a vanity from Home Depot and Innovel Solutions was the delivery company. They tried calling a couple hours before drop off, but I work at a prison where we cannot bring phones into the facility. I thought they would just drop it off. They left me a message saying the house looked vacant so they didn't leave it. It was, I am remodeling it. I called them and they spoke to me about redelivery. I asked how late they deliver, they said to 9. I get off work at 3:30, so that would leave plenty of time for them to redeliver. They said they will redeliver it during that time frame. I waited a week without any contact. Contacted the 24/7 Home Depot text support and explained the situation. After a few questions about what assistance I required, I received no response.
My package was left at the wrong house, my address is 304. The house they left it is vacant and the address there is 297, big huge numbers that say this. Thank God for nice neighbors. If I order anything again. I'm double checking who is delivering it, because I refuse UPS. Unreal
I purchased a two items from Home Depot on Woodward st and interstate 35 in Austin,tx and the give $25 discount and I paid it with my debit card, one month later they send me an email said you have to pay $29.I called customer service they didn't solved the problem than they transferred me to another person she didn't solve the problem,the agent talked to me like I worked for her eve I have the receipt when they give me a discount.finally I chose to cancel the card with them.very bad experience with home depot special this store in Woodward st and interstate 35 in Austin,tx.
I worked with a gentleman in the store named Tom Foss who was rude and wasn't listening to the customers as he left in the middle of the shopping to go get his medications and was very condescending throughout the interaction. He was very knowledgeable he just needs to have more patience when trying to find affordable quotes for customers. Thank you for your time.
I ordered a LG washer and dryer on September 9 and it is December 24th and I still don't have a working washer and dryer. I have spent hours on the phone. The first washer they brought was dented so I refused delivery. I was to have another in a week. Well it never came. Every time I called they gave me a date and even said it was on the truck, but it never arrived. After two months the operator cancelled the order and placed another. That one arrived on November 30th. It had a horrible chemical smell inside. When they put the dryer on top of the washer, the cord wouldn't reach the outlet. The cord either has to be replaced or outlet moved. The machines have never been pushed all the way into the laundry closet and the last repairman informed me the closet is not deep enough. The installer assured me they would fit or I would not have accepted delivery. Home depot and LG pass responsibility back and forth with great dexterity. This review is about home depot but LG is no better to deal with. So long story short I still don't have laundry facilities
I ordered several Aerogarden Pods because they do not sell them in-store. No one sells hardly anything in-store anymore. I could have ordered them straight from Aerogarden which by the way was half the price but thought Home Depot was more efficient. That was a joke! Home Depot sends me a UPS notification saying my order is on its way. I was having it delivered to the Mesa, Arizona Store to be picked up. I noticed the order was delivered to an incorrect store and back to the intended store and back to the incorrect store. This should be of no concern to me since I only care about the final destination. I waited a while and saw that the order sat idle and did not arrive at the Home Depot on the expected day. Instead of Home Depot contacting me I had to jump through hoops speaking to 6 different people who did nothing! Finally one manager cancelled my order and told me if I re-order it would be quicker. Well he was wrong too. I now have to cancel that order as well since it is late for the Holidays. I ordered 2 weeks in advance and wasted my time. All I wanted for Christmas was to grow tomatoes and Home Depot ruined that.
Went to home depot ant they opened up 2 accounts. They wont let me combine them. Now i pay double the interest. Is this intentional?
I was charged twice for the same thing and when I went to get my refund they wouldn't give it to me even though I had proof of the double charge on my debit card. This store has the worst customer service I have ever experienced, I will never shop with you guys again. Oh,hire a manager that cares about their customers because Nicole and her assistant don't and should be fired for the way I was treated! They kept blocking me when I asked for the store and district manager phone number, that's not how you treat customers and I will be sure to let everyone i know at the job site (which is right next store) to stop buying from this home depot.

We had 3 choices of different companies to do our windows, at the end we choose Home Depot, we were so happy that they gonna fix our windows the way they promised us, unfortunately we were and are so disappointed, the job was so sloppy, poorly done and the wind is crossing through the windows side, my husband called couple times your customer service to fix what they did wrong but no one is taking responsibility to do their duties.
Bad Company. Refused to cover medical bills >$2,000 when a cart in their store rammed into my husband. Are suing us even though we are on Chapter 7 bankrupty.
(2ndtime) they showed up with my washer and dryer without calling and then asked to move the car, while I out moving the car they entered my home (have a rotweiler) put the washer and dryer in the back hallway and left! I was told they would stack them for me instead at my age,>60. I was supposed to pick up the dryer and put it on top! I called them and they said it wasn't their problem I should call Home Depot! Home Depot says they don't have anything to do with the delivery. And they will never have anything to do with deliveries from me anymore because I'll go to Lowe's! Rude unhelpful dangerous. Luckily my dog was crated as I would not think delivery people would enter the home without being shown in.

I bought an LG refrigerator from home depot and paid for the extended warranty (alot of good that did). The refrigerator stopped cooling and asurion

I've lost all my food in my fridge and this damn fridge is only 3 yrs old. It's a junk! Home depot, LG, & Asurion is giving me a runaround! Do not buy any appliances from Home Depot! We have had repeated horrible experiences from their delivery services! They damaged our properties and often with repeated no shows. They use third-party co. Or just some classless people they pulled from the street. These ppl were rude, trash talking and careless without any manner! When we called Home Depot and tried to address the issues, they couldn't do anything. They just asked us whether we wanted to simply cancel our latest order. We are going to Lowes and other stores from now on.
After having my delivery date rescheduled twice, the installers failed to install and haul away my gas range. After paying separately to have the gas company install the range, it turns out that it was damaged in the box. However, since 48 hours had passed Home Depot refused to help me. DO NOT BUY ITEMS FROM HOME DEPOT FOR DELIVERY.
Bought washer and dryer from home depot Clarksville store. They didn't deliver on the scheduled day, took off from work, they didn't show up. They gave another date, brought to the washer dryer but didn't install it, although installation was bought by us. They gave another date for that, didn't come, again I took off from work. Called them several times, didn't pick up, couldn't give any specific time. Biggest mistake was to buy from home depot. They gave 4th date, don't know what's gonna happen.
Home Depot advertise that they are veteran friendly and are willing to give a 10% discount to those who have served. However, most recently I have bought merchandise at Home Depot in which I found that 10% discount only applied to a handful of items. Most building supplies are not on that list.
