Life on Earth is possible because of some basic things, but one of the most important things for sustaining life on Earth is Trees. Trees are fundamental to the needs of humans as they produce oxygen, without which life won't be possible on Earth. However, one of the most concerning current factors is reducing Earth's green cover. Green cover is the area covered by trees on Earth and is important to measure how much forestation is there worldwide. This green cover is continuously reducing, posing a risk to the ecosystem of Earth.

With the increasing population, the need for resources such as houses, vehicles, timber, etc., has increased by a huge margin. This population push has given rise to deforestation, which is a process of cutting trees and using the space for industrialisation and wood for other purposes. New industries are being opened on a regular basis, and with no land in cities, they turn towards the forests as the land is cheap. They cut the trees to make factories and profits and pollute the environment and water bodies. The result is increased climate change with less rainfall and more heat, which further reduces the green cover on Earth.

As humans, we have to ensure that this green cover increases, or we will be left with less food and oxygen. It will be bad not only for humans but also for other species responsible for maintaining the Earth's ecosystem. Governments all around the world are making so many efforts to increase the green cover. We should also help in contributing to the efforts at the personal level.

We can start by saving as much electricity as possible in our households and limiting pollution by using public transport whenever we can. Also, we should avoid the use of plastic as it gets buried in the soil and makes the land infertile over time. The last and the most important thing is to save water as it is fundamental for maintaining the green cover on Earth.

We only have this one planet to live on, and the green cover is the most important factor to ensure we protect our planet. For raising awareness about pollution and ways to maintain the green cover, Earth Day is celebrated every year on April 22. We should also raise awareness about the topic and prevent anything that can cause the reduction in green cover on Earth.

I didn't understand that Angi and Home Advisor are the same company (or maybe just where the review?)

Got rid of 4 stumps for us. Did a great job. Worked fast and great price. Left the yard just the way it was before they came. Highly recommend them.

I called a tree cutting company I found on Google for an estimate I can't remember the company name but apparently it's in the home advisor Angi network. They got my name, address, ph#, email then they transferred me to another person that was from like a call center w a foreign accent who asked me for all my info again. I didn't like the process it felt like my info was being sold for marketing purposes so I decided to call someone else. They end up showing up at my house within 1 hour without an appointment! I never scheduled an appointment…. The guy who showed up said I was in the area anyway so I just decided to show up I was so upset... And now I keep getting calls from them at 6:45am! They want to know if I'm gonna schedule the tree cutting job I've asked them from the beginning to remove my info from their call list & they keep calling! I'm so fed up w them! DO NOT USE HOME ADVISOR ANGI! So unprofessional! Your info will be sold the calls won't stop!

I am new to home advisor I asked for pest control company they sent me an appointment saying that they'd be here between 8:00 and 12:00 they never showed up had to call home advisor they said they couldn't find address so the person verified it while I was on the phone with my phone number set an appointment up for the next day between 8:00 and 10:00 guess what they never showed up called home advisor they said they scheduled it for a different day bad company I will never use them again and I'll let everybody know about them watch out

In theory the program itself works however, it costs the contactor $60-100 per exact match lead. So if the services you provide are only $100-$200 it really hurts your bottom line.
In the beginning they will give credits for BOGUS leads.
Over the course of a few months they start getting more less tolerant of you calling in to get credits for BAD leads.
Overall, makes it super difficult to make any profit off the jobs. While Angi and Homeadvisor are eating away at your profits by more than 2/3 of the price of the job.
Probably a better platform for companies that charge $500-$1000 per service.

The worst service you can ever get! No one showed up to plow the snow. They lied and said they came, but the cameras did not capture them. It was a no show right before another storm. Do not rely on this service if you actually need something done.

Written Estimate with all work to be performed and showed up on time well equipped with adequate help, performed all requested and more in a spot that was tight between new vinyl fencing and a above ground pool. Great Crew and schedule on time...

Tag Drywall repaired a partially collapsed plaster ceiling in my kitchen. They were punctual, friendly, and ever so effective. As they progressed in their work, they left my kitchen clean and usable every evening. I appreciated that. Also the owner, Tory, was always available for a concern or update. Most importantly, they left me with a ceiling that looked like new--all of this at a fair price. I would definitely use them again and recommend them highly.

We hired Eco Paint to install wallpaper on a single wall in our den. Andreas could not have been more professional, accommodating and friendly. Scheduling was quick and simple, and he showed up on time, worked neatly and cleaned our space afterwards. His work is impeccable, and the price was fair. We are beyond happy with our new accent wall and highly recommend Andreas and Eco Paint.

I began to receive calls regarding roofing, siding,windows etc all the same morning. 5 calls and 3 texts. I asked where my referral came from and they said home advisor. I live in an apartment. Sad how many small businesses paid for this list of possible sales leads. They got ripped of for sure. They got my info from a job application. I used my fiance's address the day prior on zip recruiter for a nursing job near where he lives. Sometimes I stay at his house. So how did they match my phone number with his address on home advisor? Fake zip recruiter add. Smart. Advertise a high paying position and assume the highly trained professionals are home owners.
Then pass the info off as potential sales leads. What happened to honest work paying off? Phishing for cell phone numbers with a home addresses connected is not a sales leads. I feel sorry for the mom and pop businesses that are spending money to increase revenue. Every sales person I spoke indicated I was referred to them by HomeAdvisor

Any provider that is or is considering advertising with Homeadvisor BEWARE. I submitted for a quote to test their system out. This is exactly what they do. They send the information to 4 different providers. After that they put the same lead as a "job opportunity" without customers permission. So they are selling the same lead numerous time to whoever buys it. Selling it up to $200. No one confirmed my number or email. I received quotes from "14" different providers. When based on their information suppose to go only to 3. Homeadvisor is a scam. They also spam you with emails requesting even more providers. I don't think they were always like this. But now they are like any trash lead provider. I also put a fake name, number and email. Which they obvious wont be able to confirm it was incorrect so good luck disputing it and getting your money back. This goes to show you this is exactly what they do. They SCAM hard working small business. Trash company with worthless people working from home running it. They will cheat you out of every penny you have. Word of advice. Keeps your leads off for as long as you can. And definitely don't buy any job opportunities cause there's plenty of other providers buying the same lead.

My electric works SUCKS! Did not show up.when they said they would. Then rescheduled me and made me sit around for two days. Then when they did arrive to make estimate he sat in truck for 20 minutes in front of my house before he came to the door. He walked around and I showed him what I needed done. He went to his truck 25 minutes later I asked him to e mail it to me. I did have things to do. He wasted 2 days and e mailed me an estimate that was 3.5 times my other estimates. What a joke. Total crooks. Is this an Angi issue as well. STAY AWAY FROM MY ELECTRIC.

They were prompt and explained our optons before any work was done.
They began the work once we made a decision and worked efficientally until the job was completed.

My experience with this company was very good. They are well respected and experience in their work. I would recommend them to anyone who needs asbestos removal.
