I hired a handyman to do some work set price thru Home advisor the handyman seemed a little off giving him the jobs he questioned how much I paid and he was surprised what I paid because he said he was making only one third of what I paid he said his distance and time wasn't with the trip told me I'd more people needed him I couldn't get any more work done which I need but decided not to use Home advisor again hire local

I was sent a link to someone interested in my problem and he called me right away. I was impressed because it was almost 7pm. Jason from Express Restoration Corporation came as promised the next morning and was able to fix where the roof was leaking.
Had a tree removed that was half dead. Cut down and removed tree so it would not fall on my house.
Justin, my repairman, was professional, pleasant and prompt. He was good to keep me in the loop when he was delayed at another customer's home. I will call him again if I need any appliance repairs in the future.

Golden Hammer (RAMIC MIRSAD) came to the house and gave us a very reasonable estimate for replacing our front and back porch steps.
He also inxluded taking care of a basement window for us in the estimate.
We hired him and he showed up on time and worked all day. We selected our color choice for the porches and they were back the next day to paint.
After a rain delay they came back and completed the job.
We are very pleased and can hardly believe that they are the same porches!
We are definitely going to be using their services again in the near future.
Air conditioner went out during the heat of the day and required professional repair. Found the home advisor website and requested air conditioning repair professionals in my area. Within the hour I received a call from MARS AC repair and setup a site meeting. They were on time and accurately diagnosed the issues and completed timely repairs within the agreed price.

Angi as a company is overbearing. Follow-up was pushing and invasive. I wasn't even given time to get estimates and give thought to my decisions before the phone calls and emails started. Phone calls were repetitive, representatives didn't even know I had already been contacted for the same information by other reps.
I was a member of "Angi's List" previously, and will use Angi again. I would appreciate a less "invasive" customer service approach.
