Just wanted to let everyone know that they've been using the name paradise fashion store. These people will not respond to my emails and when I go to the Instagram page she tried to tell me she only sells shoes and that its the wrong business but it's the business that the Instagram ad went too.
Was advertised online so I purchased a ring in February. Haven't received a reply since nor a product. Seems to be a common result. Very disappointed, but wanted to let other know too.
Ordered, confirmation sent,, money taken from my card, No response, no product ever shipped, Google search on reviews all the same, NEGATIVE Results. Stole my Lady Friends money and she never received product.
Ordered one Feb 3 & 5th 2019 and never received.

I ordered two of those crystal water bottles and never got my order, and the page NEVER updates on where it's at or if it's coming. It's been about 4 months now with no response to my several emails. I'm so disappointed and upset! I spent $20 and have nothing to show for it. There is no phone number to contact them. I just cannot believe I was stupid enough to fall for the "company" of spirit fashion.
They took my money didn't send my product and i have emailed customer spirit so many times for a refund and they keep saying we will email you ha ha never do. This business are nothing but frauds.
I ordered back on Feb 10th. A onesie and a bracelet, i am now $20 short because this fake company takes everybody's money and when you click the "visit store" button it takes you to a totally different site and they know nothing of this! DONT FALL FOR IT!
I purchased a sun shade for the beach. Same exact dates as everyone else is saying. The emails just keep saying that it's a popular item and is on back order. Well now the email replies have stopped and I'm starting an investigation with my bank.
When something shows up on your facebook feed that seems too good to be true, it most likely is. This is the case with Spirit Fashion "Store" (I put "store" in quotes because a store is supposed to exchange goods for money. They do not). I have sent no less than 5 emails (the only way of reaching this "company", as far as I could find no phone number for "customer service") and have only been responded to once. I tried to take advantage of one of those sales with the 5 minute count-down at the top of the screen (fake), and get a "free" item, just pay shipping. As I was checking out, the shipping was $10. Okay, it's a glass water bottle that retails for $60. That's fair. Then the option to add a second, small item (a bracelet) for free to my cart prompted, and of course, I added it. Free stuff, right? I figured the shipping would be AT MOST $5 more. No. It added $10! BUT, somehow it charged me without telling me the total first. When I saw that the charge had gone through for almost $20, I imediately emailed, asking for the bracelet to be taken off my order and for a refund of that extra $10. I got a response saying the refund would be processed "for the unwanted item", and they would send me shipping information as soon as it shipped. Well that was Feb 20. It is now March 20 and no refund, no shipping email, no responses to my 3 other concerned emails, asking for a status update. This is not a real company, I should have done my research first. I'm glad you're doing yours (hopeful before clicking "buy").
Do not have any dealings with this company if your are trying to get refund. I am currently dealing with this scam company in trying to get a refund from February 20th 2019 as I never got there product which I ordered on 2/1/19. As of 3/18/19 I still haven't gotten refund and have been fed the same BS excuse now five times that its been forwarded etc longest time I've had to wait for a refund as this now bordering on the ridiculous
