I've been scammed as well. Free pet bed? Yeah right! Ordered March 5, still nothing, no response to emails, nothing!

They took my money but I have not received my order! SCAM! Buyers please be aware of this fraudulent site.

Ordered two months ago never heard from them and am starting class action against them. I am on fixed income and this hurts

They offered free give out of pet beds as a promotion and charged 10 dollars for shipment. I decided that it was not a big risk and decided to try. Needless to say there is no bed and no responses for email.

I placed my order back in April they said it was confirmed and then they told me it was on back order and now they won't reply to me and it's been more than two months since I ordered it I think it's a scam site you have no way to contact them there when you tried to email now their site won't come up

This company is Fraudd. I ordered two different orders from them on the same day and they don't return emails. It has been over two months since I ordered and nothing. Please please don't order from them.

I ordered something from this website 3 months ago and still have not received my goods and they wont reply to any of my emails. I would rate them maybe 1 star but can't do that as far as I'm concerned they have taken my money and ignored me. I do not recommend this website they are as dodgy as hell.

Just reading reviews from other people who have been ripped off by this company, how are they able to continue after so many disgruntled customers have lost money. Do we not have among our thousands of government departments one that is capable of chasing down people like this and put them out of business. Buyers unit make sure these such businesses are stamped on like the vermin they are.

Watch your bank accounts, cleaned mine out after i ordered and didnt get item a few weeks later and they used card number to clean out my bank account. Thank god it was insured. But it was a big head ache. Why has it not been removed by the internet...?

I wish I would have seen these reviews before. Made a purchase this morning and a friend alerted me to this site and all the scam alerts. Contacting bank now to contest charge.
Clearly a scam if you look into them and their fake FB Page!

I ordered in May and have sent multiple emails and received no response. I usually check reviews before ordering, I didn't this time and I will forever do it now. I have also reported their FB page. I wish we could file a civil suit!

I order my stuff almost 9 weeks ago and i have emailed them i keep getting a auto response that there backed up. Im so pissed that they scamed me i should of known that it was to good to be true!

I placed an order and have yet to receive it. My emails get responses after 1-2 weeks even though the web site reads responses to inquiries within 24 hours. The response from the company is "there is a problem with the supplier". No ETA for the product and a complete disregard of my refund request. Had to go back to my credit card company for resolution.

Do not buy from this store. Fake store. Purchased item early May, got a text, no tracking no information, item hasn't arrived. Account is fake.

I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau after reading these comments. I also was hooked in with the Pet Stairs! Took my money and delivered nothing. They have not replied to my emails either. Such a Shame! You can report them at:

It finally happened. I got scammed. I thought I was buying dog steps for my older dog. Never received them nor did I receive any response to the many emails I sent. I reached out to my bank to report it. Hopefully, I can get my money back. It was only $10 but I don't care. Also, the apparently used to be called something else. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I ordered dog stairs and 2 months later I'm getting the run around! Please report these thieves to the Federal atrase Commission. You can file the complaint online! Also report them on Instagram so they can't do business!
