Compré 2 artículos de esta página desde el 10 de Mayo de 2019. Sé que algunas tiendas virtuales tardan hasta 3 meses en entregar los artículos. Yo me encuentro en el país de México y comprendo esto cuando el proveedor esta en lugares muy lejanos.
El problema con esta página es que no tiene ningún tipo de formalidad ni respaldo para sus clientes. No hay forma de rastrear tu envío y tampoco responden a los correos solicitando información. Ahora que veo todo los fraudes que han cometido, no me queda más que resignarme a que perdí mi dinero. Sin embargo, espero que esto me sirva de lección para no confiar tan fácil, e investigar la formalidad de una página antes de comprar en línea la próxima vez.

I ordered a crystal healing water bottle back in January and never received it. I've been emailing back and forth with the company and they keep saying they're having trouble with their manufacturer, I asked for a refund 2 months ago and they keep saying 7 days, 7 days and still nothing. I've sent them screenshots of their repeat messages and they just say 7 days and they've sent my concerns to their higher ups. That was months ago too. Scam company and I'm reporting them on Monday for being fraudulent. Do NOT order from them!

I sent 2 emails & no reply back, I also haven't received my cats bed that was charged to my card! I filed a fraud complaint with my bank & they are investigating this company & are refunding me my money! I also am going to file a police report, WHATCH your $#*! STOP steeling money from your customersI see a BIG LAWSUIT against you with my name on it, OH did I mention my brother is a judge SEE you in court REAL SOON Please contact Federal Trade Commission at *******357 to file a complaint for paradise fashion store, the more people who call & explain what happened to them the better chance we ALL will have in catching them & stopping them... this is a serious crime people don't let them get away with this! I would give a -10 if possible. I order something thru a Facebook ad and to date (2 months) have not received it or will they respond to the 15 e-mails I have sent to them. I keep getting a message they are having trouble with the supplier but it is weird if you go on the site the item is still there and a couple customer review says they received theirs in a couple of days and were happy, WHAT A LOAD OF BULL____. I am about to turn them into the BBB not that it will get my money back but just maybe it will make me feel better. Now they keep e-mailing me 15% offers and etc. I WOULD NOT order from them if they were the last company on earth.

I ordered the easy portable pet stairs last May 2019 and paid $9.47 USD for the shipping fee. I am well aware that it might take time since it will be shipped overseas but to no avail June 2019 (1 month after, the item never came) I sent them an e-mail but I always get a template e-mail from a dude named "Oreo Parker" until I filed a complain and demanded for a refund. I messaged them on their facebook page and asked for my refund because I threatened them that I will be suing them for fraud so one of them responded on facebook telling me that they will process the refund and it will take a total of 7 working days before my money comes back to. TODAY JUNE 20,2019, my refund is still not back and it's been the 8th day.
