I placed an order 5 plus weeks ago and have nothing to show for it! You took my payment right away but thats it.

NEVER GOT WHAT I ORDERED. I ordered the free pet steps lol they kept telling me I would get them now I can't even talk to anyone from there

Ordered a cat bed almost 2 months ago, still haven't received it. Responded to only 1 of my emails 2 weeks later stating it was in the que and would sent me an email when it ships... still haven't received email stating it shipped. It's been over 2 months. I asked for a refund and still no response. I learned my lesson for sure.

5 month battle to get my items and after all that, they've confirmed refund has been put through but nothing has in actual fact. They then blocked me on social media and there is now no way to even get my money back. A company' clearly run by savages who won't even know what hit them when Karma eventually knocks on the door. F**k you is all I can say.

I got screwed by this company where is my dog bed. I will tell everyone not to order from you. I want the dog bed

Bastards, that's all i have to say. Don't buy anything from this page if you don't want to get scamed. Page i sent msg to, i see now it doesn't even exists anymore, Bought inbeginig of may 2 voice translators... Scammers

BUYER BEWARE DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY BECAUSE IF YOU PURCHASE SOMETHING FROM THEM, THAT'S WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING GIVING YOUR MONEY AWAY. THEY HAVE NO SIGN IN NO WAY TO TRACK YOUR ORDER, NO ONE EVER GETS BACK TO YOU... SCAM SCAM SCAMMERS

I'd give them no stars if it was an option. Ordered two beds and a step at the beginning of June and am yet to receive the products. No communication has been received. I would stay away from them as you'll just lose your money.

I ordered portable pet stairs a month ago. They took my money no product. Sent emails after emails no response. Calling my credit card company tomorrow. Please don't order anything from these people.

Charge made on my credit card, but I have no idea what it is for, and I do not recognize the name of the company. It is apparent by all the negative reviews on this site that they should be shut down. I never order anything from a Facebook location, but for those who have, I would think Facebook should take heed and remove their page. They are obviously frauds and taking advantage of people.

Ordered a pet bed over 2 months ago, numerous emails to them, they don't answer... never received bed. Will NEVER buy from again.

I have had a reply stating my order is in a queue and will be shipped soon, my response is "my Banks Fraud Officers are watching this place and if no order is sent they will act accordingly so be warned, they have IP address and location"
I am now awaiting a response from them

I have never received my order and that was in April. I have contacted them many times to no avail. I should have know that this deal was a little TOO good... for them!

I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered anything. I have emailed and asked about my order and have never got a response. I feel like such a fool. They need to be SHUT DOWN

Truly wish I had seen these reviews & avoided my nightmare! I placed a small order (thankfully) in mid-May 2019, and it's now July... no order... no tracking... no communication... and of course, no refund. Do I feel like a dope.

Paid for shipping and never received an email that items were shipped and never received the items either! Scammers all the way!

Unfortunately, I have to join the list of reviewers who offered one star when the company shouldn't receive even one! Did not receive my order!
