I placed an order on 09/05/19 for dog steps and paid for the order using my credit card, as there was no option to use PayPal which is how we usually pay for online purchases. As yet, I have heard nothing about my order and when I should receive it. I thought I'd just check out reviews on Paradise Fashion and boy to I wish I'd done that before placing an order! I have emailed the company about myself order and when I should expect it, but I don't hold out much hope of hearing back from them, or getting my order!
The main concern apart from the fact the order will probably never materialise, is the fact that this is the only company I have ordered anything on line with and used my credit card. I have had to contact my card issuer to investigate recent transactions, as since placing an order with PARADISE FASHION, my credit card has been used illegally to the tune of $7,500.00! I hope they track down whoever decided that using someone else's credit card for fraudulent purchases and faces the full effect of the law and are sent to jail as they should be! I am so very angry that this has happened and hope that others read my review and take heed of my warning NOT to use PARADISE FASHION EVER for online shopping. If I could, I would give them a negative rating.

I ordered a free pet bed offer just pay shipping for $9.47 on March 1 2019. It is now June 1 2019 & still have not received it & probably won't. I have sent many E Mails to them with no response. BEWARE of this so called company. They take your money & never send the item to you. They should be prosecuted! I just reported them to Facelbook since that's where I saw there post of the free pet bed. Hopefully they will take this business down!

This company sucks so not cool you take my money and never respond to me or send my order it's been since February and now the middle of May. Shame on you for doing this to people and to use the word Spirit wow Karma is a b@#%=÷ and you will get what is coming to you taking advantage of people like this. I have emailed you about my order and nothing. Please Beaware do not order from this company they are horrible heartless people

I had ordered four items OVER 5 MONTHS AGO, for my daughters birthday. They say on their site that you should have your order within 17-35 days. Also, after confirmation of Your order has been purchased you will receive a text message of your tracking #, which will help you keep track of your orders progress. I NEVER received any text or tracking number, even after repeated emails(thats the ONLY WAY to contact the store on the site) to be exact I've sent over 65 emails to them, asking why haven't I received any texts or emails about my tracking, then sent emails after dates said on site should be delivered by. After months of the same robotic email responses giving me the same excuse but no real answers, i finally said enough is enough. I want a refund. Now, like i said its over 5 months later, no refund, they keep saying they don't have a supplier. Well why would you take my hard earned money, charge me over the amount total to begin with, not do as said you would, no customer service, no answers, now no refund. I feel its a scam to get your money! Do Not Waste your Time, Energy or hard earned Money! Thank you.

Order a couple of those crystal bottles from online. Took my money, no emails, no way to contact the store. Bought them back in January for a vacation and it it now may. Several of these online store have now stolen lots of money from me. Can't believe how untrustworthy some people are. Bought a couple of items a year ago, have bank statements, but can't find store information since they are always changing names or just plain disappear.
