Needed the item before going on vacation and paid for the expedited shipping. It was to be 2-4 day. It was 7 days. Called customer service, the young lady was rude and of no help. She said sorry but you needed to read the fine print, their excuse. To return I had to pay the shipping. So, customer service, no not really.

"Placed an order on Saturday August 15th. I emailed them on Tuesday and asked when my order would be shipped. It had still not been shipped and I had no response to my email by Wednesday August 19th so I attempted to call. I was on hold for 40 minutes and hung up. Thursday I called again. I was on hold for a hour and their system disconnected my call. I called back and I was on hold for 20 minutes and finally got a real live Person! I told her the situation. No apologies in fact she seemed a bit put out to have to answer the call. I told her to cancel the order. She said she would and send me an email. I have yet to receive the email or the site has yet to be updated to cancelled. I am planning on contacting my credit card company and processing a charge back by the end of the day if nothing has changed."

I placed an order for 4 items. I received only 2 of the items. Now, of course they charged me for all 4 items which was approximately $150. I've tried reaching them by phone several times which was not fruitful. I was put on hold and the after waiting 20 minutes, 30 minutes, etc. I was told I could leave a message and would receive a return call. I left three separate messages and never received a SINGLE return call. This company is terrible. I have purchased from a handful of other online pet companies and have had very positive experiences. I feel like I have been swindled and that maybe this isn't even a legitimate company. I will be disputing the transaction with my bank and contacting the Better Business Bureau in California. If they are a legitimate company, they should cease to exist and save us all the misery of their ineptitude.

Scam

You will be sorry if you ever go on their site, they promise me and extra charge me for 2-4 days delivery, after 4 days they said they never shipped yet and they count 2-4 days from when they actually ship stuff and they couldnt ship to me my package for next 3 days as well, of course like with every scam company its really hard to reach their customer service and even when you get them they very often hang up on you. THEY ARE TROUBLE, STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

Dishonest Merchant

I ordered and paid for an item which included shipping. Healthy Pets then sent me a false tracking number and my postman came to my door requesting COD for shipping because Healthy Pets just put my order in an envelope with with no postage. I went ahead and paid USPS so I could get my item and called Healthy Pets. Spoke with someone named Jaime who said they would credit me back but never did. I should have read the reviews and complaints before buying anything from them. Buyers beware.

Order placed on April 26,2020. Shipping was estimated 4-8 days and was supposed to ship within 24 hours.

I email them on May 5 asking to cancel the order because it had not shipped yet. I receive an automated reply saying I'd have a response within 24 hours. I never received a reply and my order was not canceled.

Order finally ships May 16.

Very easy to use website. Once I placed my order, they followed up with order confirmation, shipping confirmation with tracking, and I received my products within 2 days of shipping confirmation. They also followed through to make sure my products were delivered.

Scam!

This business is a scam. I placed an order on February 21 and immediately got a confirmation email stating everything was back-ordered with no projected timeline for fulfillment. There was no indication of low stock or out of stock issues when I placed the items in my cart. In fact, many of the items are still listed as in-stock on the website now. The big red flag was that my credit card was immediately charged even though the order was never filled. I emailed customer service on February 29 and again on March 26 to check the status and got no response, just a confirmation that my request was received. I also tried to call customer service throughout March and was unable to get through. I literally sat on hold for over 20 minutes each call before their system just hung up on me. I finally got through in early April, and the agent could provide no timing update for the order and also claimed there was no record of the charge going through (my credit card statement says otherwise). I cancelled the order on the phone and was told that it then had to be sent to "accounting" for a refund. It is now May 4 and it's no surprise that my order was never cancelled and is still marked as pending in my account on the website. The only recourse is contesting the fraudulent charge through my credit card. This company needs to be shut down.

I have not received any response to my numerous emails to customer service. I was charged for items I did not receive. When calling, I am on hold for close to an hour, if my call is even answered. I do not recommend this site.

After buying dental treats (Greenies) for my pooch I found them cheaper on Amazon. I immediately emailed their customer service to see about price matching which is advertised on their website. After a week of no response I decided to call. I contacted them 4 different times about the issue; the first three times I was told the issue would be sent to accounting and a refund for the difference would be issued but that never happened. On the fourth call I was told price matching can only be done within the Healthy Pets website and not from other vendors;?. Horrible customer service; each time I called I was on hold for 20 to 35 minutes before. I'll never order from this site again.

Worse ever!

Haven't received my order yet. With no notice of where it, or when it is going to be here either. But let me be SURE the payment is approved thru PayPal! Why would you send me to do a survey? Instead of just follow up on if the delivery is complete? The fact you are unaware is the problem. Please reimburse me for my order if it doesn't get here soon I ordered it 3/14/20.
