I ordered items over 6 weeks ago but the package was never received. Multiple emails to company with no support. They just say that it shipped. When dealing with UPS they indicate that the shipper has to contact them. Shipper is not taking accountability. Will not use this merchant again
I am contacting my bank to get a refund and report them, this company is a FRAUD! I ordered a pet bed for $79 on 3/8 and was charged before shipping. No product still and they have my money. A response stating they are running behind. It has been 2 MONTHS. I have asked for full refund and no response. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. I am a fair person, but non responsive customer service is unacceptable.
I ordered toothpaste for my cats on April 4th using their promo code for Easter via ground shipping. I received an email saying the products would arrive on April 12th. There was nothing in the mailbox. I filed a case with USPS immediately on the 12th and then called Healthy Pets to document the issue. I was told that I should give USPS some time to respond. I updated them on Friday April 14th that I received nothing from USPS nor have the items arrived. They said they will get manager approval to reship and email or call me with the update. I received no communication. I called again Monday and was told the manager was sick and will handle it tomorrow. I gave it an extra day and contacted them today, April 19th and was told that the manager said it's not their fault and they cannot do anything until I hear from USPS. Please note, I have been attempting to contact USPS daily as well with no success. So ultimately, I disputed the charge with my credit card today. $54 for cat toothpaste that never arrived is unacceptable nor is Healthy Pets crappy service. I have called almost daily as they kept saying they will reship as soon the manager approves it. After one week, they now say they won't do it. Pathetic. This is not my first bad experience with them but due to Covid and other issues, I have come back a few time to give them another chance as I used to have great experiences with ordering from Healthy Pets at first and was hoping for consistency. After multiple damaged shipments and delayed shipments and not this NON shipment, I cannot in good faith order from them again despite their nice promos.
I ordered an item and heard nothing for a week. I read all the reviews and was very worried I'd been scammed. Surprisingly customer service responded saying it was out of stock and to call if I wanted to cancel, which took me 2 minutes and I received my refund with no problem. Bottom line, you cannot trust things are in stock and they shouldn't charge you until it gets shipped.
If I had known that Healthy Pets and Entirely Pets are the same, I never would have ordered products from Healthy Pets.
My experiences with Entirely Pets have been so bad over the years - lost orders, false charges, horrible and confusing customer service, being pre charged for back ordered items that take months to show up if at all, and difficultly canceling back ordered stuff and getting the proper refund - it never ends.
The website is at best wonky, and the email communications are never informative, and often bizarre and misleading.
Healthy Pets is just a continuation of the misery - I ordered a few things via a Thanksgiving sale, charged immediately, and the "back ordered" bizarro emails from Healthy Pets started soon after.
Now, almost a month later I get an email from Entirely Pets about my Healthy Pets order asking if I received it! I look at the site, and the order is now at Entirely Pets and still pending shipment. I call what turns out to be the phone number for both, and I am told that from today it will take at least an additional eight weeks to get any of the items shipped, even though they are from different manufacturers. WHAT?

I ordered medication for my animal and waited for 2 weeks even though it was supposed to be 2-4 days. They never sent it. Then they tried to tell me that the price changed even though I had already paid and it was a confirmed order. Horrible company could have caused damage to my pet. NOT TRUSTWORTHY!
On Oct18 I ordered Now fresh cat food. It took them 2 weeks to tell be they no longer carried my item. It would take them 3-7 business day for my refund. Nothing. I sent them 3 emails and got one that said it was sent to refund department. It's Nov 15 and still nothing.
I ordered a favorite ear cleaner/ anti fungal from this site. Saw decent reviews. Payed the expedited fees because I needed it asap- it still took a month to arrive and I paid for next day shipping.
The ear solution didn't smell/ look anything like the one I'd gotten from the vet. Nor 2 other pet pharmacies.

Ordered from this company in Feb 2021, was told it would be late due to supply issues, kept calling and after 6 months I was told they had to cancel my order and send my 68 dollar refund, it never came despite being told they would resubmit to billing, I managed to get a supervisor yesterday and was told it is too late for me to get a refund, now it is past the date PayPal or my bank will help me, nothing but a scam, and the website says they do not charge until items are shipped, liars, I was charged the same day as ordering and nothing was ever shipped
I would like my money back, as I paid for a special express delivery for my beloved animal, and they sent the goods only a month later! Responded to inquiries by email for about a week! And in the end, a different amount came than I expected and was written on the site! I am very disappointed and very sorry that I contacted this store! The order was for $ 400, but they still do not want to return this money to me, although I offered to return the goods on the same day as I received it!

It has now been over a month and Healthypets.com has yet to complete my order. I have called and emailed them repeatedly, and even contacted Dr. Ritu who owns the company, but to no avail. They never return calls and emails are responded to with only form-letter replies. Because of their unresponsiveness, my dog has now died of medical complications. Why? Because Healthypets.com failed to deliver what I ordered from them in early June 2022. Bentley RIP….
This website sells pet meds and supplies. I dont usually give negative reviews so believe me it takes a lot for me to do this! I ordered a temperature sensitive medication for my dog which arrived warm. It got to me in 2 days but it obviously hadnt been packaged properly, it arrived warm and unusable. I cant give my elderly dog a damaged medication! Despite this a manager found a several reason to blame me for their irresponsability. These people dont care about your pets.The only way i was able to return was to pay a 20% restocking fee since the product would be unusable to them! Of course i returned, i dont wish top poison my dog! Never again! Horrible people. Also stock information on website is incorrect, cant depend on them for anything basically.

I ordered 21 tubes of toothpaste. I confirmed twice they were shipping fed/ex not usps. They shipped usps. I told the rep that the post office would return the items because they didn't use my P O box address. She told me to change it with the post office, I told her the the post office would not do that. She tried to change it and called me back saying "you're right, they won't change the address." I said "told ya". She said they would have the toothpaste returned and reship it to me via fed/ex. Well, they charged me for 21 tubes but only re-sent me 6 tubes. I asked the rep I spoke with why they charged me the full amount but only shipped me 6 tubes. I was told that they kept 15 tubes of my order to fill other customers orders! I had to wait for new stock to come in to receive the rest of my order. I called back and asked for a refund on 12/21/2021. They assured me I would receive a refund. My credit card statement came on 12/31/2021 and there was no refund from healthypets.com for the 15 tubes of toothpaste that I still have not received; and they told me they cancelled my order. When I called healthy pets, the rep told me the accounting staff was out for the weekend and she would send an email indicating I am due a refund for the 15 tubes of toothpaste I have not yet received. I called back on Monday and the rep I spoke to called the accounting department. She then told me they would not refund my money because I filed a dispute with my credit card company. I called my credit card company and told them healthy pets refused to refund the money they fraudulently charged me because I filed a dispute!
DO NOT SHOP FROM ENTIRELY PETS, ENTIRELY PETS PHARMACY OR HEALTH PETS- they are all the same company and incredibly DISHONEST!
The product are fine, but be careful about using their autoship. I tried twice to get it stopped. The autoship kept coming. I just now tried again and asked them to take back the product they just shipped. They said they would allow me to return, but it would cost 20% of product cost. BEWARE.
