I have shopped here several times and have been satisfied each time.

Headlight Experts sold me an LED Conversion Kit for a Ram ProMaster 3500 van. To make a long story short, the LED bulbs they sold me cannot be installed in this van. Our local Ram dealer tried for over two weeks to get them installed with multiple attempts and multiple requests for clarification from Headlight Experts. Headlight Experts first claimed that I needed the special clips ($12.50) to install the bulbs. I purchased these. Then they claimed that we were not taking off the retaining ring and that was preventing installation. The guy on the phone became belligerent at this point and insulted me and the service man at the Ram dealership for being so stupid as to not know to take off the retaining ring. We took off the ring and tried again. The LED bulbs will not install without bending the headlight reflector, which would redirect the headlights and is against state law. When I explained these facts again they said "They can be installed, as per the pictures we sent to you proving it." The pictures that they sent showed disassembled headlights. These headlights cannot be disassembled to change bulbs. Headlight Experts has refused a refund based on their 30 day return policy. However their product is defective and cannot be installed so I believe that they should refund my money. I will never deal with them again, and recommend that you also avoid them.
