Hawalili does respond quickly but I fear that is just to put off the complaint. I ordered two shirts two months ago - I have not yet received them. International shipping does not take this long. I have seen a notice that the items have been received at a facility in San Diego but that has been a month since. I have cancelled the order. I hope I dont have to stop the payment through the credit card co.

I am trying to return a shirt that is way oversized, they confirm and say I can return it, but give me no RMA or mailing address and offer less than the purchase price back!

Bought 2 shirts, both very poor quality in material and tailoring... looks like they were made in a third world country. They run about 3 sizes smaller than the size on the tag. Please do not order from this company.

These shirts are made with the thinnest material possible, just after one wash and no heat they fall apart. Nice designs but terrible material quality.

Several factors for 2 stars. The shirts are shipped straight from China. They take 5-6 weeks to get to you. Made of polyester: how is polyester in the summer? Hot & sticky. One shirt arrived w buttons held on by 2 stitches, two of the shirts were very low cut. None of the shirts had pockets but I should have picked up in that.
Returns are 2 options get a credit card discount or send the shirts back to China.

Beware of ANY positive reviews here! All positive review are posted by the fraudsters!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE, IT IS A CHINESE SCAM that parasitically preys on US customers. IF you receive the brilliantly portrayed clothes they are NOTHING as depicted and generally mis-sized cheap, flimsy garbage that will not last. The WHOLE PURPOSE of the website is to allure you with fantastically low prices and super fantastic fashions, BUT you pay and you get CRAP!
And if you want to "return" you must pay for shipping back to CHINA! Then they will NEVER return your money and they will resell your garbage BACK AGAIN to another US SUCKER that orders!

THE WHOLE THING IS A FRAUD, please don't think there is ANY guarantee or safety here! NO RECOURSE, NO GUARANTEE, NO LEGITIMATE company to talk to.

Size runs to small, try to return and dint get any answer size XXX is like a small size if you are XX forget it doesn't exist

I bought three shirts from them at my usual size of 3XL. Two of the shirts were probably 2XL while the Third one was at most a large. I contacted them to return the shirts and they said they wouldn't take them back because of Covid but they would give me 15% credit. They also offered me a 25% off on my next order of $100.00 or more. So now I have three shirts that I can't wear that they won't refund me on so I guess I'll donate them to Goodwill since they are of no use to me. Just realize if you buy something from them and there is an issue, they will not refund your money. Terrible business model. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I purchased 5 shirts from this site, the quality is low and sizing all over the place, 3 of the shirts are so short they are like 80's belly shirts, 1 other looks to be child size, 1 actually fits as it should. The adds for these $#*!s continually poop up, and yes I was looking for a deal on this type of shirt, I guess the old adage you get what you pay for, well this company didn't even reach that low bar, save your money don't buy from this seller. I 3 of the 5 that were purchased.

I purchased 3 shirts and a pair of pants and the quality was very poor and to top it off, you have to ship to China to get a refund!

Last time I'll buy on line with some exceptions and last time I use pay pal. Everything after the Hawalili purchase was a fake. I ordered six shirts and soon they send me a fake allegation that they had processed one shirt. A few days latter they told me they processed another and 2 weeks later a third shirt was supposed to be sent. Who sends 6 shirts in six deliveries? I might see three shirts in a few months but I won't get a refund or all I paid for. But man does their web site every look good. It fooled me and I'm a veteran. Had I read their 200 on site reviews every last one of which of were 5 stars, I would have caught on. They think their customers are stupid and they are right.

I'm finding men's shirts, unlike anything I can find in stores. And I like that I'm buying from designers and not paying higher prices for brick-and-mortar stores.

I bought 2 coats, they send 2 completely different ones, with cheap fabrics.
Return to China very expensive, they know that, so they offer a 10 % discount (Seriously)

Shopping experience was good - concerned about sizing and accuracy of size charts. Usually order 2 xl but for your stuff the size charts indicate 4 XL - very strange (44" waist, 33" inseam, 53" chest) - hope everything fits.
After the order was received, I could not wear a single item - they would fit a bean pole but not a human being. I typically do fine in wrangler jeans (44x32) with a relaxed fit. These were more like Levi's 505's with a 40 " waist (wearable by Italian supermodels, of which I am not)
In the end I am very disappointed.

Ordered 5 shirts. 4 were delivered and only 2 were wearable. I ordered 5 XL shirts and the 4 I received had XL tags one was so small I could not even get my arms in both armholes. It appeared to be a child size. Another one was more a medium that an XL, way to small for me to wear. The other 2 were wearable but I was not impressed with the quality. Hawalili said I could return them but not to the the address it was shipped from. I had to make a return request within 48 hours of receipt and only if I did so within 48 hours and only then would they give me a address to return the idems. When I did, they said emailed stateing that I would have to pay postage and customs to mail back to an address in China which would be most likely more than the cost of the shirts, but they would be willing to refund 15% of the cost of the shirts instead instead of returning, and I could use the refund to alter the shirts. That was almost funny... use 3 dollars to make a child size shirt into a XL shirt.
I chose to return the shirts. But then they never would give me the address to return the shirts.
It appears that it will be a $100 lesson learned. I will never purchase anything from them again. Sorry I did this time. This company is a rip off. Hopefully someone will read this before they lose money too.

I ordered $200 worth of shirts from Hawalili to analyze their quality. This order was intended to be a precursor to buying 75-100 shirts for my workforce. Glad I did.
Quality is extremely bad... like tissue paper. Sizing is off by at least two sizes. Customer service is non-existent... I've sent 5 emails to customer service, I only had one answered. "Ariel" in CS is clueless. No phone number to call... total apathy. In the end, I lost ~$70 on the shirts that are too small. The good news is I was ready to spend $2500-$3000. Save your time and money... avoid Hawalili like the plague.

The item I received looked a bit like the photo on their website. But the fit and cut was nothing like it was advertised to be. Primarily the cut was nothing like the items photo in their website. I decided to return it and I received an email explaining I would have to pay for shipping to China, any customs charges and the whole return process could take a long time. They offered a 15% cash refund to settle everything. What a horrible business model they have. Misleading people with deceptive photos on their website. Making the return process very difficult and expensive. Then offering 15% refund. Stay away from this company.

Bought the shirt "These Colors Don't Run." Words read fine on the front. On the back, that's a different story. Words are all backwards. You'd have to be looking at it in a mirror. Had they showed the back, I would NOT have bought it.
