I ordered 5 shirts the same type and size. They were all labeled the same size (XL). Two fit perfectly.
The other three were mis-sized. Two were L, and one was M. Couldn't even button it. So far, it has been a struggle to get a refund.

If you want to buy shirts for your brothers or friends, then go with it. They have amazing collection of shirts and are at best offers now. Best picnic wear's.

I am furious with this company. I used the measurements they gave and ordered 7 shirts before a trip I was taking. Not only were the shirts made of lousy material, but 5 of the shirts were too small. Their return policy is a complete fabrication. It states: "If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, it is easy to return and receive a refund. Please don't hesitate to contact us at *******@Hawalili.com, we will try our best to meet your request." I dare anyone to test those words. I chatted with customer service online and followed up with emails explaining I want to exchange the shirts, I wasn't asking for a refund, I figured I was dumb enough to order them, but I do want shirts that fit. They responded to me and followed up with several emails that all said the exact same thing. "Because of the cost of returning items Hawalili you may either receive a 15% refund for the shirts or a 20% discount on a future purchase". I did not want a 15% refund for shirts I can't wear and I will NEVER order from this company again. Finally, after many emails back and forth, they sent me a return label (see picture) with an address in CHINA and, of course, no postage. These shirts were sent to me from Chino, CA which is about 70 miles from where I live. I was so frustrated, I just gave the shirts to Goodwill. They were made from the thinnest most flimsy material I have ever seen and all of them were cut way too short, for someone, maybe 5' tall. They make profits from people dumb enough to order from them. Don't be duped, go to a real retail store who is honest and will stand behind their sales.

I ordered two shirts and the sizing charts indicated that I should order 2XL, larger than usual for me. These were casual shirts so it would have been ok to be too big. What I got were not quite L. The shirts are quite tight.

When I contacted HawaLili, they indicated that I could return the shirts but I would have to pay for shipping back to China. I'm going to give the shirts to a younger (and smaller) grandson. Lesson learned. I won't buy anything else from HawaLili.

Also, the material label seems to be wrong. The english is correct (polyester) but the spanish translation indicates cotton ("algodon"). Not sure if that's a legal issue for them.

I ordered 5 shirts from Hawalili. Order took months to receive (one at a time). Each shirt is horrible in its own way and only has a passing resemblance to what was depicted on the Hawailili website. Do yourself a favor and steer well clear of this shopping experience.

If you are buying from any country outside HonkKong forget return process and refund
My experience was pathetic...
Bought 6 to 7 items, most of them are oversized, when I asked for refund/return with an alternate item with correct size, they asked to ship it back to HK with my own expense and they gave offer to give 25%, then increased it to 35%, finally I decided to stop and donated the dress which I have no use.

So if you are buying a wrong item or dont like material product forget your money...
By the way few of the material was below par...

I ordered two shirts and a tee shirt from Hawalili on June 5,2021. It took over a month for two of the shirts to be delivered because it was from Hong Kong. I still have not received the tee shirt and it is now July 17. Both shirts were size XL. One of them fit perfectly and my husband loved it, but the second XL shirt was too small. After emailing Hawalili a couple times, they offered me either a 25% refund if I kept the shirt, or 35% off on my next order over $100. Since they don't accept exchanges, I decided to accept their offer. I ordered another shirt in the same style in a size XXL. I was surprised when it arrived within 2 weeks. But when my husband tried it on, he said it was still too small, perhaps "very slightly" larger, but in no way was it an XXL. When I told Hawlili about it, they offered me a 15% refund or 25% off my next order over $100. At this rate, only 1 out of 3 shirts fit, and I never did receive my tee shirt. I'm very disappointed because I love their shirt designs, but the extra long shipping time and inconsistent sizing make me very hesitant to buy anything else from them. You really do take your chances with them.

I bought a shirt that was to be XL and I fit into XL sizes pretty well. The shirt that I got didn't have any tags, so I have no idea what size it is, but it is nowhere close to XL. When I asked what could be done I was offered a 25% refund if I kept it, or I would have to pay all the shipping to return it to China, which probably cost more than what I paid. I was told in their exact words "Sizing varies between our items and different products have different sizes." In other words, you can't trust the sizes listed and you're screwed if it doesn't fit. Terrible company, don't trust it!

I purchases a shirt, assuming it was a clearance model and that is why it was so cheap, I didn't know I was getting it from China direct or I would not have ordered it. I order a 4x and after nearly a month, I received a shirt with a label saying 4x but it is smaller than my sons large shirt in size. I will never buy another thing, their website is misleading and the quality is crap.

My husband wears big men's size shirts. These shirt pictures were very pretty. However, the 4xl shirts were more of a 2x or smaller size. He ordered three of the shirts. They arrived one at a time over a 3 month period. When the last one finally arrived I asked them for a return/refund since the shirts were way too small. Their offer was a 15% refund. Their email further stated that I would have to pay return postage and that the odds of the shirts arriving back to them in a timely manner were questionable. The return has a limited time frame. However, as I pointed out to them, it took 3 months for all three shirts (which were ordered at the same time) to arrive. It became very obvious to me that customer service/satisfaction were completely irrelevant to their business model. Be careful. These people only want your money and don't care about anything else.

BEWARE! Do not buy from this seller, sizes and material are extremely low quality. Their costumer support are all scammers, they offered me only 15% of refund if I wanted to return and pay for shipping which is more than purchase price. High rating here are from scam bags.

Bought 3 sets and have to cancel all because items never came. I will stick with Amazon better deals

Many people have expressed concern about ordering from Hawalili. I've placed several orders and have never had a problem. Some things appear to be inexpensive, but keep in mind what you're spending for them. Overall, I enjoy this website and will continue to use Hawalili to place my orders.

Sent a shirt with a defect. Pictures sent to prove, They offered us $2 to ‘fix it locally ‘ (un-fixable and obvious defect on front makes it unwearable in our opinion). We politely declined and indicted we wanted our money back. Offered $4 this time or 6 if we spend another $109 with this company. Told we are responsible for the (expensive) shipping to us plus all costs to return the shirt. At this point approaching the cost OF the shirt. This company's poor practices, poor quality merchandise and return policies make it one we will never ever do business with. Pity as we liked another shirt we bought from them, Prices seem reasonable and the designs interesting - until you dig deeper and have a problem. Avoid hawalil!

I have ordered from this company a couple of times with generally good results. The clothing is a better than average value for the costs. However when I received an item that was marked with the wrong size and attempted to return it, I learned to my regret that the return policy was very inadequate. I was given a choice of returning the item to an overseas address at high expense [as much as the item cost], or getting a small refund of 15%, or getting 25% off my next order. Needless tosay I will not be ordering from Hawalili again. Shown belowis the refund offer from them:

I should've read reviews before buying. Sizing is way off. Will costs me more to return it to China

First of all they scanned me and others by advertising the items I bought as clearance. This is clearly not true, as they shipped from China. I purchased a sweater advertised as 100% cotton. We think it may be acrylic but it is clearly not natural in any way. The quality is laughable and fit is just weird; no way it would fit any human body.

Really good experience. Easy to order. Delivered as quickly as possible. I will be ordering more in future.

The shirt material was just weird, I have no idea what they use but it isn't cotton. The sizes are way off, not even close. I ordered an XL, the shirt was maybe a medium. Tried to get a full refund, forget it. You have to ship the items back to China, and the cost is prohibitive. This company is a rip off, do not buy from them.

The shirts I ordered are of great quality material and true to size. The communication with the support team was prompt and professional. I am very happy with the experience I had and will likely order again from HAWALILI.
