The charge for shipping is bull. It didn't show until I placed the order. I would never have agreed to that much of a charge for shipping. One of the two shirts I ordered was too small as though miss labeled. I suppose this is a god company but my experience was a disappointing.

Ordering is easy. My first order was over 79.95 and qualified for free shipping. I got my first order okay, one T-shirt was too small, but it was a Final sale. One $22 shirt I got had to be labeled wrong at the factory. It was supposed to be an XL but everyone says it's a M or S. The shirt was for a friend for an upcoming party. Didn't know until Sept 1st that the shirt was the wrong size, but I had it over 15 days, so too late to send back. Am ordering a different shirt for him today, but I'm almost certain that it won't arrive in time for the party which is on Sept 25th. I liked the shirts I received but the description of them said they were a Cotton Blend, but they were all 100% Polyester! That was disappointing too!
Sent my second order to try and get my friend a shirt that would fit him and I ordered myself another shirt that was a Final Sale. Postage $12 for $20 order? Too expensive! I explained the situation of my reorder and asked you to expedite my order quickly and you did, so I was very happy that the shirt I needed for the party, arrived around 11:30 AM on the day I needed it. No time to launder it, but I hung it on a hanger and and the folds in the shirt weren't terribly wrinkly so my friend did wear his shirt at the party. The only other thing is that I'm uncertain as to what size I need to order for myself. I am a short man. The first shirt I got for myself was a Large. The length of the shirt and the sleeves were too long for me so I had my shirt hemmed and the sleeves shortened which cost me an additional $20. It looked nicer on me though. The shirt I ordered for me on my second order was a Large too but it was even larger than my 1st shirt. Since I ordered the shirt to wear for Halloween, I will wear it too big and not have it altered, but I definitely could have worn a medium in that shirt. My 2 friends I ordered the other shirts for are taller guys and the shirts fit them well. The length was good for them, they weren't too short. I realize that you're kind of tailoring your shirts to fit like "one size" rather than tailoring different shirts to fit small/short and big/tall men.
