@happyeasygo - I have booked a trip (Order #************** Trip #**************) through Happyeasygo in July 2022 which was cancelled by airline because of some schedule change in the flight. I was told that I will get a refund in few weeks but it has been already more than 1.5 years and I am yet to get this refund. Whenever I reach customer care, I get standard reply "We understand that this is taking more time than usual. We have escalated this internally so that we can resolve this at the earliest.".

I booked my ticket on 26th oct for 25th dec travel. My payment was made later date flight was cancelled. No intimation given and no refund. Even I was Unable to login happyeasygo site. Customer service after 2 days could connect and after a long continue follow up received refund. Bad experience

I had booked a flight through this fraud company.Had to cancel it due to some reasons.It has been over 8 months now but no refund process.The customer service is highly unethical and unprofessional so say the least Please stay away from this company for any services.

I have got the worst experience for refunds. I had round trip booked with HappyGoeasy. Due to medical emergency I have to cancel my flight and I did it with airline. Airline cancelled and refunded the amount after deduction of penalty. But when I checked with happyGoeasy they said you are not eligible for any amount they do not have any explanation for the breakups they are charging for.

One of the worst service I ever faced. I booked flight ticket, flight got cancelled and fully refunded but happyeasygo deducted 700 rupees and refunded remaining amount after multiple calls and emails to customer service.

And while booking tickets they are providing their email id to airlines, if flight cancelled airlines informed by email for refund, but happyeasygo asking to provide proof of refund from airlines we won't get it because they are providing their email ID to airlines. This is one type of fraud.

I am following up since 2022, they are still saying following up with airline for refund and airline has confirm they refunded to them.
But happy easygo not refunding.
Do not book, fares are cheaper but they will not refund incase u cancel ticket.

Fraud company not refunding the amount even after 4 months and the Indigo has already return the amount to HappyEasyGo.Fraud team and company don't book from this to save few money.

Totally pathetic. Had booked a flight ticket and had to cancel the same. They were not processing the refund. Customer care was absolutely patheic. They kept raising requests and nothing is happening

I have been a loyal customer of Happy easy go. But till now, no flight got canceled. This time my flight got canceled by the airlines and they refunded to happy easy go. Its been 2.5 months they are not giving my money back. I need help. Customer service doesn't take my calls. Mails have not been answered. Somebody kindly help.

Please don't use this happy easy go. Full fraud. And they won't refund and customer care was full negligence. Its all fraud

Happyeasygo is the waste service and they won't respond properly and if their mistakes also not agree from customer side they will take lite

I cancelled my flight and received a confirmation from Air Asia, but the refund has still not been processed by HappyEasyGo and there is no response on emails and their customer care no doesn't work!

From last 4 months I am following up with this guys but they are only giving the dates but not refunding my money. Already Airlines had refunded the money to them within 24hrs and they confirm me also but this froud and cheater company never refunded Back my money. Pls don't book the ticket from this website they are totally a fraud company...

Warning - never book a ticket from them... they are not going to return the money in case you cancel the ticket. No matter how many times you call them or send Email to them. It's been more than 4 months and I've not get my refund yet. Order id - 8. 5. 7. 3. 4. 5. 6,0.2,6.7,, 2.0,0.9,4.4,2. Total scam/fraud company.

It's worst website as they never return cancel amout. Also customer executive is too rude over call.

My request to all the readers please do not book anything using this website. They are 100% hoaxes. Even I am from the hospitality industry and have never seen such worst service. It is not a tiny amount; it is INR 20k. It has been two years, and I still haven't received any refund from these people.

I need some guidance on how to prosecute these people. They should be banned entirely. They are scamming people. They are an insult to the Indian startups.
