Hi, I had very bad & frustrating experience with "Happy Easy Go" for the flight booking service. I booked the flight on 08.02.2020 for journey in May 2020; and the flight got cancelled due to Covid pandemic.

From then onwards I am following up with their customer care. Very rude & bad response from the email support centre & call centre & directing me to call/contact airline directly.
If I have to contact the airline - then whats is the use of this " Happy Easy Go" and why they are charging convenience fee & what kind of convenience are we getting?

Its my money & I should get my refund, so I contacted the airline and got the refund confirmed on 15October2020 & this money got credited to Happy Easy go. From then onwards the money is with them. ThisFraud company is keeping our money & not returing back to the customers. After So many calls & follow ups they said they have received the amount and again it will take 1 more month for the refund after deducting the Happy Easy go Convenience fee.

I dont understand why I should pay 2 convenience fees - 1. To Airline 2. Happy easy go. Really its a hectic & awful exprience to deal with such a bad company, poor service & professionalism. They are not even obeying the Supreme court rule and cheating/luring the customers. We should stop using them and try to report to the concerned govt agency to look into this matter.

Its a fraud, I would say
I have all the proofs even mailed "happy easy go" but no response.

I had been denied for room even after pre paid booking. Hotel said they are not dealing with "happy easy go". And there is no good service of customer care

They charge too much for convenience fee. Even for infant they charge 400 as convenience fee but other sites like flipkart and amazon do not charge for infant. I would not recommend for happyeasy go.

During lockdown when my flight got cancelled happyeasy go got full refund from the airline but this fraud company neither recieving call nor replying to my mail.

AirAsia gave full refund of the tickets cancelled by them due to lockdown. For last 9 months, HappyGoEasy is holding my money illegally without informing me. ALL THEIR HELPLINE NUMBERS ARE DELIBERATELY OUT-OF-ORDER. THEY DON'T RESPOND TO EMAILS FOR MANY MONTHS. WHEN I SENT SEVERAL MAILS ON A SINGLE DAY, THEY RESPONDED ASKING ME TO APPLY FOR CANCELLATION ON THEIR WEBSITE AND THAT THEY WILL DEDUCT CONVIENCE FEE EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE RECEIVED IT FROM THE AIRLINES. THE NAVIGATION GIVEN WAS WRONG & OTP DOESN'T COME TO REGISTERED MOBILE NUMBER. I AM APPROACHING CONSUMER FORUM. HAPPYGOEASY IS A SHADY AND UNETHICAL COMPANY. ZERO AFTER SALES SERVICE. DON'T GO FOR IT FOR ₹100-200 SAVING. AVOID IT LIKE AVOIDING CATCHING COVID FOR GOD SAKE.

I had booked 5 tickets scheduled for april 2020 which were cancelled due to lockdown. I emailed them on 2nd april for refund, they replied on 24th april saying airline isn't issuing cash refund. Whereas airasia confirmed me that They refubded the full amount on 8th april itself.

My phone number has been blocked. When I try using other numbers, they put me in mute. They are not acknowledging to my emails. Support executive say it will rake 2 weeks to check if refund has been made by the airline. Support executive says they are not authorised to reply to email - then who is.

Degraded customer care support. For a small change i was behind them 2 days and nothing was moved. At last, I have paid extra 7500 again and booked another flight from MakeMyTrip happily without any problem.

This is a very worst company who knows only fraud. He has taken my whole money while rescheduling my flight, all the credit cell money if you guys have all money they won't give. They are playing with customer. I already taken a police case file for these fraud company, be aware. Customer services peoples are fraud (Soma, Yatin & Anand Singh), Please don't book and advice your friends not to book in this fraud site. Its a cheating company, or else later you guys will be on the page where i am now...

No one should book ticket through the portal Happy Easy Go. They never refund the full amount and each time some or the other excuse would be given by the executives. They even do not fear even the regulator or airline.
This company should be banned from doing any service and it is request to all users to stop using this portal to book the tickets. For a few discounts they loot the customers and fool them by not refunding the amount.
Due to Covid 19 my ticket was cancelled and I had to follow up for almost 6 months and sent almost 14 reminders to the airline DGCA and also to the Happy easy go still they had looted the money and did not refund me the full amount which i had paid.
Kindly do not book tickets through the Happy easy go portal and also spread the message to others so that no one is fooled.

I booked a flight 8 months back but my flight got cancelled.
Airline immediately intimated about the refund to Happyeasygo but Happyeasygo kept the money and still I have not got my money back, a year gonna round.
No response from customer service. Called them multiple times since 6-7 months.
Worst fraud company ever.

I have booked flight in February but due to covid my flight is cancelled by the airlines and they refunded to happyeasygo on same day Airlines send me mail with transaction Id but happyeasygo is not refunding my amount. I write several email called many times but I get same answer You have to wait 5-7 working days but today I called happyeasygo one of his customer care executive is very honest he told me in very clear words "sir you will not get your money simply you are wasting your time" I like his attitude at least he told me truth.
So It's my advice to all of you please stay away from these cheaters.
Simply they send mail just before one day your flight is cancelled by the airlines if want to cancel your flight you can we will refund you but not full refund means they charge conveience fee. For just name sake indirectly they wanted to say you we will not refund you any amount so stay away this fake website #happyeasygo.

I had few flight bookings from April-May 2020 which unfortunately got cancelled because of the ongoing Pandemic.
I wanted to reschedule my flight and guess what? You're never properly assisted to do that. Today is 11 Nov 2020 and I've been putting up requests since 7 Nov 2020. Everytime I call them they say that I will get a mail within 3-4 hours which is never received. Then they send me payment links by 1:30 am and expect me to complete the payment orelse the prices would increase by double until morning.
They are low on giving a response and they are a bloody fraud company. I've nearly sent them 45-50 mails but all I've recieved is disappointment.

It is worst app to book flights tickets, Better to go MakeMyTrip, Flipkart, Paytm for flights booking, they're professional what they say, they do on given time frame, Here what happening to me by Happyeasygo, i've booked flight ticket, my journey has cancelled by airlines(Spicejet) and I've initiated refund from airlines too on 15-jun-2020, then they were said to wait 45-days, when complete 45-days again said to wait 45 days, means wait for 90 days, again 90 days completed these cheaters, fraudsters saying to wait 10 days for validation, again 10 days completed then again they are saying to wait more 15 days.
Not understanding what to do, feeling like cheated, sucked. Already called customer care more than 50-times in 105 days and E-mailed more than 20 times, all recording and Email chain I have, if anyone can suggest me what & where should I go for justice, I've every proof.
