Found best deal on the hotel booking, for the hotel I was well familiar with. Booked 10 rooms for three nights – and that was substantial saving. As I used the platform for the first time, just like that – checked the reviews on the internet – AND I WAS SHOCKED.

Booking was quite in advance – more than a month, so the time passed worrying if the agency would forward booking to Hotel and if Hotel would honour the booking.

However, all went well, and we are happy to have booked the hotel through the site.

I don't know how many more years they will be taking to refund my money. They are most unprofessional & don't respect there customer. After taking all proof update from my end that i have received refund from from different app (MakemyTrip, EasemyTrip) but these guys are so useless that more than 1.5 year also they don't refund our money.

Booked ticket under flight cancellation protection... didn't get the refund on cancellation even after calling the customer care more than 150 times... their usual reply is we are looking, give us more time and it's already 1.5 Year... please don't book anything from happyeasygo... they cheat customers. They don't know the meaning of patients. Very bad experience, they are the most UNTRUSTED organization.

It's a duped company. Complete fraud company. Dont do any booking it's complete fraud. Its not good it's very bad

I booked ticket for 3 pax. Flight cancelled / rescheduled in a different day. Applied for refund. Neither HappyEasyGo nor Air India take any responsibility to refund.

I booked flight from happy easy go during December last year which go rescheduled. The airline was providing full refund but happy easy go was not. So I cancelled from airlines website and then cancelled with happy easy go stating the flight got cancelled as per suggestion from HEG executive. Now its been over 8 months and I have still not received my refund. I checked with airline and refund is processed from their side. Similar thing happened with another flight that I booked from MMT and I got refund back within 2 days.

I have booked a flight ticket from them for 4 passengers with free cancellation and due to covid lockdown at the destination address, I had to cancel the ticket. Now they aren't providing any refund saying contact Reliance general insurance for any claims. After I cancelled the ticket, i logged in to indigo website and I can see that they have issued ******* Rs refund to Happy easy go and happy easy go isn't even refunding me Re 1.

After talking to 5-6 customer care respresentative of Happyeasygo, they now say that i haven't paid for any free cancellation but reliance general insurance which is different, WTH. Where was this information when i booked ticket? Where was this information when i called you before cancelling my ticket? Where is the amount that you got back from Indigo?

Complete fraud.

I ordered a DeWalt kit for 64 bucks waited a month and a half and ended up with a
Cheap Chinese bracelet. I tracked the package for a month. And as of my review right now their websites down.

If I could a negative 5 star review. They sent a wallet not a desalt tool set which is worth the price hey husband paid. If I can find any more review sites on this company I will keep writing reviews on those sights too, to help people to avoiding a product that do not get do go to another site that is proud of there stuff and doesn't send the wrong thing.

I booked Four Points by Sheraton Delhi on 23 July for 3 pax and carefully choose number of pax are 3 and want accomodation with breakfast.
While making the payment they gave me a notification that there is some change in price and later they took me to the same payment page with 100rs less than the previous amount as if they are giving discount.
I made the payment and later I received voucher stating that the price is only for 2 pax and 1180/- for extra person needs to be paid at the hotel. Also the voucher is only for accomodation without breakfast.

While calling their customer executive they directly say if you want to cancel then cancel it, we cannot do anything in it.
We have mentioned somewhere hiddenly that extra price for 3rd person is excluded.
Who does that? I have made several bookings and never faced this type of issue. Also they say go to the hotel and ask for breakfast as if they will provide me breakfast in extra 300 rs for 3 pax.

Totally fraud. Please dont fall in trap.

Just had a bad experience with their refund policy and customer care. The airline had offered full refund but they denied the same saying some corporate fair and policies.

This is completely fraud and does not refund the amount at all.

They will never refund the money once they receive from airline. Big time cheaters. Airline credited amount before 6 months. Still I am making calls for refund. No escalation works. Fraud company cheating people money. If airline credit full refund they charge commission to pay you that amount. Please cancel the licence for this company.

Don't use this application to book hotel because they will never help you for anything I have booked a hotel for 1 night but the hotel said it's for day use booking I said how it is possible it is clearly mentioned in booking from happyeasygo and I have the mail hotel manager ask me to talk to happyeasygo team but they refused for help even though not refunded my amount.

One of worst app and fraudsters. They bargain on email when u reschedule your ticket even after when you pay more for flexibility for it. They are liars, cheaters and unethical. Shame on the Indians who are working there and cheating fellow Indians.
