I had booked a flight through them in the month of March 2020 because of Covid 19 all the flights got cancelled, I have requested full refund for this flight on 31st Aug from spicejet and immediately they refunded this amount but now these guys are asking confirmation mail from spicejet although I had provided that too but they are saying it will take big $#*! 45 - 90 days, I am cursing myself why I got it booked by Happyeasygo

Hi everyone please do not buy any tickets from this travel agency. They are providing cheaper tickets in the market but they are playing their games when it comes to refund or cancellations. My Order ID: **************558, Delhi to Bagdogra and return. Airlines have cancelled the flights from their end due to travel restrictions and providing the full refund but they are such an unethical company that they are Charging Service fee from their refund amount for which Customer is not responsible at all. I am really dissatisfied with the services & I promise not to book any tickets in future nor any of my friends & family will book. They do not value customer loyalty. Request everyone to not buy any tickets from this travel agency and fall in the trap of cheap tickets, their policies are made to extract the maximum money from customer for post sale service & their focus towards customer satisfaction is zero, only concerned about their policies. I will file a case against you for customer harrasment.

CHEATERS! I will give them NEGATIVE ratings if possible, never book anything from them infact don't even compare prices of anything on their app or site, they have nightmare experience of soo called refund or transaction failed. You will never get a single penny in return if u cancel or make changes or if somehow ur transaction fails, i lost thousands and being persuasive for a refund from last 6 months, EVEN AFTER AN OFFICIAL MAIL SAYING THEY REFUND ALL THE MONEY TO SAD EASY GO STAY AWAY!

I have booked my Aunty tickets Mrs Mukesh Kumari to Australia with happy easy go due to uncertain reason we had to cancel that booking and same has been informed to airline and happy easy go... Air India has initiated the refund in FEB only but happy easy go everytime send me robotic message kindly wait for 7 to 10 working days since FEB if we call them there agents are so dumb who really dont know what to advise except saying one statement we are working on it... Its a bad experience its cheating keeping client money to fulfill your needs well there name does not suit the work they are doing. Very disappointed and taking this to consumer court and also going to visit there office, its a hard earned money of the old lady who was going to meet his son who was not well so will try my best to get her money back... My suggestion to every people before making booking with these OTA companies do check there reviews and feedback. I made a big mistake by choosing them

The worst Travel Site ever. This is the second time I am facing an issue with this company. The first time I booked and had to cancel my flight, even though the site showed there Ould be a refund of partial amount. I never got that money back. I let it go thing it was my mistake and I should have read the terms and conditions thoroughly before booking. Second time I booked again, and had to cancel due to COVID-19, still waiting on them to refund my money back and it has been over 90 days since the cancellation request was placed.

Looks like nothing has changed at this travel site. They still don't do a proper refund. Entire cancellation cost was borne by me.

Please don't ever book any tickets on their site. They lure people onto their site, offering cheap fares and when you have to cancel for some reason, there is no refund offered also. They eat up your entire money.

I booked my flight from Bangalore to Lucknow *******@happyeasygo but flight got cancelled and Airline has refunded full money *******@happyeasygo. Now I am trying to reschedule my flight and I am calling again and again to customer care but they are saying it will take 3-4 hrs everytime and flight fares are keep increasing.
It's been 3 days Still they haven't booked my flight. As a customer I can book ticket in 5 min *******@happyeasygo is not able to book one ticket in 3 days.
Could you please transfer my money to my account.
So I can use that anytime not need to call you guys.

Please don't go to book any ticket on HappyEasyGo. It's mY person experience. I was booked flight ticket on 1st Jan 2020 from HappyEasyGo from HYD to PTN of GoAir Airlines for 27th Jan. But on 24th Jan I got msg from airlines that flight is cancelled. Then I cancelled as per Executive instructions.he told me your money will refunded within 30-45 working days while as per his website their refundpolicy is 10-15 days and today after 60 working days i didn't get money back. Whenever i am calling executive they are saying I'll update u within 72hrs but after 72hrs they have same reply please use airlines website to avoid this fraud company.
