Processing takes forever. They take so long that you have to email them to ask them what's going on. They don't even have the decency to email you first as the customer to let you know what's going on. They take your money but don't send your items. They don't even send you a confirmation email of your payment. It's been almost a month since I ordered from them and I don't have any of my items or my money back for an item they said was out of stock. They fail to reply to emails aswell. I warn everyone NOT to buy from this site. Don't let the low prices fool you, it's a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM Hairsisters.com
Not ordering from them again after I get this wig. Or their twin site clair hair. Bad customer service and processing takes waayyyyyyy longer than it's supposed to and forget about them answering your call if you leave a voicemail or response if you leave an email to the manager david or to sales. Nice s&h price and sale prices for their wigs isn't worth it even if you REALLY REALLY think it is please don't do it.
