This sight has truly gotten a bad rap for poor customer service. But I just recieved my order today after a 3 day wait. I was pleasantly surprised to recieve my order today with my new sassy Brandy wig and a few hair supplies. I am glad I did'nt cancel my order after reading all those terrible reviews. Improve your customer service order confirmation process and you might not get soo many bad reviews. Thx for being good to me.

I recently ordered from Hair Sisters.com and would like to tell you that I did not have any problems at all. I even ordered a clearance item... After reading some of the awful reviews, I was shocked and surprised that everything went smoothly... just as I suspected. I have ordred from other sites and experienced delays... but this is not the norm. Just clearing the air about ordering hair and I hope this site keeps up the good work.

My friends and I ordered a bunch of things for hairsisters and it took so long to deliver and when it did it was sent back. We tried calling them to let them know what else could be done for us to get it back and we were told it'll cost an extra $10 to resend it. Instead of resending the hair stuff, we were refunded a ridiculous amount without our consent and nothing else could be done! We were told to re-order! Being the first time I used it, it was a very painful experience.

I have ordered from Hair Sisters before... I would say the last time was early last year. I know they have always been kind of slow, but I haven't really been bothered by their service until now. I ordered 3 wigs from them over 2 weeks ago. First of all, they did not even send an e-mail confirmation that they received my order which worried me because really- what company doesn't let you at least know they got your order? They did e-mail me when my order was processing about 3 days later. It was "processing" every time I checked for about 4 days. Then, only one wig shipped. The other day I got an e-mail that 2 of the wigs were backordered and wouldn't be available for 2-3 weeks. To me, this is not acceptable, first they with the technology today, most websites' inventory updates in real time, I'm pretty sure the wigs were out of stock when I ordered them, yet the order still went through. 2nd, I can see 1 wig out of 3 being back ordered, but 2 out of 3? Come on now.

I'm done with this company, there's other sites I can order from like beauty shoppers where they send immediate order confirmation, ship the next day, & you get your order in 2-3 days and if they're out of stock, the website says so BEFORE you order. I e-mailed them to give me a refund on the back ordered items. Not saying this website is a scam, but there are so many other sites out there that will give better, faster, more efficient service.

After my order, they stated that the weather created a problem with shipping. I asked them to cancel, and received an email that they were canceling my order and refunding my money within three days. After a week they had not refunded my money and stated they were shipping my order. I wrote them to refund my money with no reply. After another week I filed a complaint with PayPal with no response from them. I upgraded my complaint and still no response.

The website use to be a good marketing production when it comes to servicing the customers; they would E-mail you back concerning your merchandise with a confirmation and would responding when E-mailed. Now that they have a new look they are not the same website giving their customers the respect that they deserve. I tried to find the old Hair-sisters website unfortunately that site no longer exist. I am waiting on an order and will cancel if it takes longer than 3-4 weeks. The best time to reach them is in the early hours of the morning. They are losing customers and money due to their disposition towards their consumers.

I have ordered and it's been a week and it's still saying processing, I knew something was wrong with this picture, no email confirmation, no one answering the phone for me to find out why it's taking so long just to put an order together and send it out. They also have a nerve to say due to the weather in Chicagoland there are no reps, or only a few reps working. After seeing all this for myself, decided to check and see if anyone else has had any issues with the site and then I see all these complaints. The ladies on the site and youtube that are reviewing the wigs should be notified so they don't mention ordering from this site. When reviewing a few different wigs is when I heard of a hairsisters.com, otherwise, I wouldn't known about them; therefore, maybe we all shoud try getting the word out to these ladies so they can either take the videos down and for future reference do not promote or mention their site in any way form or fashion because I guarantee you, this is how they are still getting business from lots of people. The site even had a nerve to update the home page over the weekend or Monday and have something on there about Valentines Day (I guess a sale or something), knowing customers, more than likely, won't receive anything by Valentines Day. I sure thought ordering two weeks in advance I would get my things well before Valentines Day, but I see now, that's not going to happen so I may as well start looking to purchase somewhere else and call it a loss for now and then figure out how to get my money back. I tell you what people, if problems continue to exists with this site, we need to keep complaining to the BBB and swamp them with complaints until they do something about it because this is ridiculous and terrible customer service. There are too many other sites that has excellent customer service and reviews that should be getting our business. Take care, and keep complaining and letting others know. Thanks

I ordered 2 wigs from this website on 10/31/2010. I have not received the wigs as of 1/15/2011. No one from customer service will return my calls. I tried to contact the company via website and email and to no avail. This is the worst website ever.

Hello, this is my first time to order from this website, everything went well until the tracking info read just processing for almost a week bt never got a confirmation email from them which i thought was strange. So i emailed them to find out whats going on with my order, they emailed me back after abt 3days that it was out of stock, that i could either opt to wait for a week or 2 or cancel. I opted to wait, its 3weeks since then. Tracking info... still reading processing! I really hope i get it this month otherwise if i had read this site b4 i wldnt have place the order with them. So am waiting to see what happens from now...

I see that others had a bad time with this site. I am shocked. I have ordered about 3 times from hairsisters.com and I love them. I order for my wife which keeps my monthly hair bill that she accrues very low. I love hairsisters.com I have received my orders in a timely manner and the order has always been correct. I hope that I don't ever experience what some of you other ladies have.

Hairsisters.com has disappointed me for the last time! I have never had a problem with them up until a few months ago everything i order is never being shipped out. Trust their prices are nice but its only for show. It takes them about a month to reject your order and about another month to get your money back. Im not sure whats going on with them but i they are not worth your time or the headache trying to get someone on the phone!

I ordered from this site for the first time in Nov 2010... for one, NEVER received an email confirmation... then after receiving the product, I didn't like it, so I sent it back. Well its been over TWO WKS & still NO REFUND! THese people are unprofessional crooks! & the crazy thing is they would eventually send emails saying," Oh its been processed & you should get in 2-3 days". Blah, blah, but never comes! What type of company thinks it will get business with the massive increase of dissatisfied customers!
I recommend "Samsbeauty.com" I found them to have great customer service & timely shipments.(They also send email confirmations like normal companies do!
& someone always answers the phone or replies to your email if there is a problem with the order.

Please consumers do not order from this site, you will not get your product in a timely manner if at all. And they will not I repeat will not refund your money. The company owners and managers are overseas in china and do not response to complaints. All they want is your american dollars. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I USE TO WORK FOR THEM I KNOW! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Ok First-What's the best alternative to this horrible hairsisters site. Ideas anyone
My story-I ordered days ago. Who ever heard of a online shop that doesnt send confirmation e-mails? Seriously you just order, pay and sit there without even an e-mail saying-hey we've received the order-or something close to that. Still waiting. Called today and the attendant actually said the word '$#*!' once on the phone. Yeah if my boss ever heard me say that wghile speaking with a client i can't even imagine what he'd say. Still waiting for the products, lets see what happens. Hope I won't have to wait forever for a refund if i have to cancel. SMH!

I had been shopping at hairsisters.com for years! I'd only experienced a few shipping delays but nothing major. I recently placed an order and before I could complete it there was an error msg from the website and directed me to place my order again within 5 minutes. I immediately checked my online banking and the money had been debited from my account (processing). I called HairSisters... of course no answer. I emailed them as well, again no answer. When I finally did speak to someone she proceeded to tell me that I had items in my cart but no order had been placed. I informed her of the money missing from my account for the total price of the "items in my cart". The customer service rep acted like she could care less about helping me at all. Everything turned into "if you did pay" or "when the payment is processed"... When I became upset she offered to void my payment. I didn't need a voided payment, i needed a refund. She was less than helpful and when I asked to speak to a manager "the manager is busy on another call". I have called back numerous times and no one has answered and it even seems like they picked the phone up and hung up. I will never do business with this company again!

THEY ARE THE WORST SITE KNOWN ON THIS EARTH BEING THAT THE SHIPPING TAKES FOREVER I NEVER SAW A WEBSITE LIKE THIS WITH SO MANY SELECTIONS AND YOU HAVE NO OVER NIGHT OPTION OF SHIPPING SEVEN DAYS TO PROCESS IS RIDICULOUS IT KINDA MAKES ME FEEL THAT THEY GET YOUR MONEY FIRST THEN THEY ORDER THE HAIR AND THAT IS NOT HOW IT WORKS YOU SUPPOSE TO ALREADY HAVE IT AT THE BUSINESS... THIS SITE IS A SITE YOU JUST NEED TO HAVE IF YOU REALLY DON'T CARE HOW LONG YOU GET THE PRODUCT SO YOU WOULD HAVE TO ORDER HAIR TWO WEEKS IN ADVANCE OR A MONTH EVEN. I ordered hair, they took my money, but never sent me the product on date promised. I called and emailed several times with no return call or email. I finally got through today and operator said they never sent it because it was not in the warehouse. I should have been notified. I was promised a refund 3-5 business days... we'll see.

Also I checked the BBB website, and they are not rated, followed with almost 100 complaints filed against them. Watch out buyers!

Worst customer service that I ever had to deal with! Reps are unprofessional and have poor phone manners. Called to request a tracker on an order that did not arrive by the expected receive date (which I paid extra for) and the rep who I spoke to cursed me out and hung up on me. When I called back to complete my order inquiry the rep who responded already knew what I was calling about because she was in earshot of the previous rep. She was a little more helpful and was successful in locating my order. I guess she had no choice because I warned her during our conversation that if she hung up on me or raised her voice unnecessarily I would not rest until I could get in touch with the business owner, who would not be very happy and might start 'weeding out the bad weeds' since I would inform him/her of my intent to file a complaint with the BBB and post bad reviews on every site that I can find.
