I purchased six Violet wigs. I absolutely love my wigs. I haven't experienced any problems with Hairsisters. My order arrived quickly. The hair colors this company offers is good.
I've ordered from them several times and had no problems. But this weekend tried to ordered and there site was down. So I finally got someone on the phone today and they decided to try and place the order by phone mind you over the weekend there was a 15% off your order. So because of there website being down they didn't even want to give me the coupon very disappointed and I needed the order by Friday. So they wanted to charge full price and I wasn't guaranteed it to be shipped and ready for Friday. They didn't even offer expedite shipping.

I ordered 2 packs of hair last week on Tuesday 8/5/14. I needed the hair by Monday 8/11/14 because I had an appointment to have my hair put in.
So, I paid an extra $20 plus for 3-day shipping. I thought that the latest that I would get my hair would be Monday. Well, I didn't get my hair on Monday so I decided to give them a call. I spoke with Carla who explained that if I placed an ordered after 4pm central standard time, I would get my order until Tuesday?
I told her that this still doesn't make any since because I should have still received it by no later than Monday if it's sent out on Wednesday. Carla then changed the story and said that I apparently ordered on Wednesday night and I wouldn't receive my order until Tuesday. I then asked to speak to the manager and of course, convienently the manager was not there. So, I asked for an assistant manager and I was told that they don't have one?
I am thoroughly fed up with this company.
You can not treat your consumers like garbage and think that you will get away with it. I will not be ordering from this company again.
The reviews are so Horrible... I would never order from this site. Wow, word of mouth can really hurt your business. I order in bulk, I do live entertainment. I also shout out the suppliers that I work with. Hair, nails, wardrobe, etc... I try to help eveyone. Thanks for the feed back I WON'T be using this site. How Sad!
I made 2 purchases from that site. Both a couple wigs each but this 3rd purchase is ridiculous. I decided to go ahead and order 6 different wigs this time trusting this site. I ordered a wig that was supposed to be in stock... apparrently it wasnt and they arre suppose to give me a refund... they havent yet and its been 3 business days +... Plus my purchase has been in pre-shippment for 5 days now meaning it hasnt made it to USPS yet. I'm having a feeling that im not going to get my hair or money refunded $200+ gone. And I have yet to be able to get into contact with them. DONT USE THIS SITE. Use it for their good pictures but to make the actual purchase go to a different site and look at reviews before you make the purchase from the site.
I was a satisfied hair sisters customers until there was an issue giving me the opportunity to experience just how horrible their customer service is. I will no longer recommend this site to friends or foes for that matter. Their customer service is horrible and unprofessional. I called hairsisters office and left my number for a supervisor to call me back, but instead of calling Lency, a supervisor, emails me back. When customers are having a major issue, I would think the company will call the customer to take care of the matter. Truthfully, a company who cares about their image and wants to provide good customer service would definitely give their customers a call; and not respond to a customers's call with an email. Apparently providing decent customer service is not a priority for this company.
I made an order last night and now I can't even go back to the website? No e mail's nothing! Can some get me the e mail address?

I see all these bad reviews and not getting a confirmation email and having to call for them to send my order out after a few days is making me a little nervous. When and if I do get my order I will do an update review.
THEY SHOULD CLOSE! The staff are unprofessional, rude, idiotic liars! I am natural and buy hair for protective styling! I HAVE HAIR on my head BUT if I decide that I want to spend my money on protective styling - I expect great customer service, and my package to arrive on-time! Christina is an idiot! She is unprofessional AND people act like Latina's can't be racist or bigoted towards Blacks but they can! They don't care about Black women getting high quality products ON-TIME! I hate hair sisters!
I placed an order on December 12 and I didn't receive it until December 23. Three days for, "processing" is ridiculous.
I wish I could give this less than a star. Their delivery is piss poor. And customer service is non-existent. I am the type of customer that will buy in bulk once I know I like your company and product. So that means they will not be having my business that at any given time is a $2-300 order. I have also told my friends who order just like I do, NOT to do anymore business with them
OMG! It take sooooo long for them to ship your products and their shipping is ridiculous! I ordered 2 wigs two weeks ago and I still haven't received my ish! I also ordered from another company with less shipping the same day and I received my wig from "The Other Company" the following week.

This company takes way too long to ship their orders. Are they going to China to get their stock? I ordered 2 half wigs on a Sunday and according to their policy it takes 3 days to process the order prior to shipment. On the fourth day, I expected an email with tracking information that my items had shipped, instead I got an email that my order was being cancelled and that a refund had been issued to me. I called hairsisters.com and a rep stated that the items were on backorder and that they had sent me an email letting me know that they would have to cancel and issue a refund. I checked my email and junk email and there wasn't any correspondence received from this company. I detest bad customer service. I won't be using this company again.
Don’t trust this site. The prices seem amazing, but it is too good to be true. I ordered some hair extensions. I never received my purchase. They didn’t give me my money back. They said that they sent my item. This is not a legit site.
OMG! Ok i didnt have any problem with the processing/shipping time, but when i did receive the hair (goddess natural yaki gold) it was in this little envelope that was too small for the hair, so they folded both packs in half so it would fit! Wth! And Once i got the hair installed, it immediately began to matte. Like immediately. I was super shocked because I got this hair from the beauty supple store ALL the time! But they stopped selling it there so i was forced to come online. This hair also sheds, and when i say sheds, i mean like falls out! Its literally all over the house. Absolutely ridiculous. Ive only had good experiences with goddess natural yaki gold previously and i have been using it for years. NEVER AGAIN HAIRSISTERS!
I live in Idaho (due to the military) so unfortunately there is no place to purchase hair. One day while shopping online I found hairsisters.com i ordered multiple same day ship items that did not ship out until 3 days later due to "processing". Thinking that maybe it was just a one time deal I ordered again and this time my items took a week to come to my home but unfortunately all of my items were not shipped. After another week I checked on my order and supposedly I was issued a credit for the items not received. I received absolutely no communication from the company at all that all of my items could not be processed. I guess you pay for quality service and will definitely not be recommending this company at all!
This may be old. But i have proof that this store is full of $#*!. Iordered from them twice and both times i had to have money credited back to my account because they let people buy items that aren't even in stock! Why would you let me order something you don't even have? I ordered 5 items and you mean to tell me you only have one of them in stock? Gtfoh! Scammers! Never again!
Well I have been using Hair sisters website for about 7-8 years I must say that I'm shocked to hear such bad reviews, only once there was an issue with my order, what I ordered was on back order so I canceled my order and all my money was refunded within the next two days. It's unfortunate that some you had bad experiences with this company I would encourage you to try again they are really not that bad just make sure you read all disclaimers about refunding and canceled orders.

Answer: Same day shipping only means it will ship out the day that you ordered it as long as its before 3:00PM. What really matters is what shipping option you pick. For example we offer the $4.99 flat rating shipping with a $30 dollar purchase or more but that option does take about 7-12 business days and anything other that option can start at about $17 and increase in price depending on how fast you want it.
Answer: Unfortunately, they are still in business. I would not recommend ordering from them. I had to file a complaint with the BBB just to get a response to an email I sent their non-existent customer service. They responded to that complaint withing 24 hours, my other email from nearly a week ago went unanswered.
