I ordered mine for a customer spending over 100.00. I had ordered them February 15th with what was supposed to be rush shipping. Here is is the 2nd of April still have yet to receive them. Horrible customer service I never had gotten a confirmation email from them so I had to write to them for one. Finally got a tracking number and it still says it hasn't even left china! I will never order from them again! Furious they won't send me a refund because it's " in route". Obviously not if it's been almost 2 months! And all they say is they will keep me posted and they are working with the shipping company! I have emailed numerous times... always getting the same ridiculous response. Don't go through them for extentions!

Had the worst experience with this site. Ordered hair extensions to be told my payment didn't go through and had received no confirmation, so I paid them again. This happened 3 times. Just to find out they had actually taken 3 payments. It took them 2 WEEKS to get back to me with the refunds, just for them to take a further payment out of my account. I emailed/facebooked/called until I was blue in the face, to cancel all orders and request a final refund. Just to find that they had then dispatched my order after cancelling.
The product was actually in good condition, but I think that was luck of the draw.
Unbelievably disgusting customer service. My advice... stay away.

I placed an order in November of 2014 and the package was never delivered to my address and after learning from the post office it was being sent back to the company, I sought a refund. I have been told time and time again I would receive my refund when the package returned to them. I have no control over the mail and it has since been lost. What angers me is for the past 3 months all the responses I have gotten are the same with no attempt to remedy the situation on their end. I've made calls to the post office and was told the package was sent back and I'm furious thinking I am out the money.
This company is extremely dis-trustful and will never receive any of my business again. I sincerely hope no one else becomes one of their victims of un-professionalism.

Don't be tempted by their nice prices. I've ordered from them twice. The first time was fine. The second time I ordered one straight and one wavy. They sent two wavy. In hindsight, I should have kept the mistake and moved on. I'm used to good customer service. They only answer emails and that's one time a day if you're lucky. They sent me an address to return them to, which I did. They told me to get a tracking number for $12 out of pocket - no offer to help on that. Actually, to get a tracking number on a package to China would cost $80 (according to the U.S. postal service). That's as much as the hair! I sent it back at the $12 cost and of course they claim they've never received it and halted communication with me. You get what you pay for and, in this case, I made an $85 donation to a Chinese crook. Stay in the U.S. It's so worth it.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! AWFUL COSTUMER SERVICE! I placed my order (spending over $100) I then emailed them asking if my correct order made it through, emailed them about 20 minutes later wanting to cancel my order. (On their website it says they'll get back to you within 24 hours) THEY DIDNT GET BACK TO ME UNTIL 3 DAYS LATER!, when they got back to me they didn't even mention my cancellation, they just mentioned my first email. I then emailed right away asking to cancel ONCE AGAIN THEY DIDNT GET BACK TO ME UNTIL 3 DAYS LATER SAYING THEY "ADVICE" I DONT CANCEL MY ORDER. Excuse me? After that they took weeks to get back to me, a few weeks later I get a call saying they can't process my refund because something is wrong with my account LIES. Right after getting off the phone with them I contacted my bank and they said nothing is wrong and they should have an issue processing my refund, I emailed them saying that, ITS BEEN A FULL WEEK AND STILL NOTHING!

First of all I am a normal mom not paid etc. I was afraid to try thestheseer reading some of the reviews but I have to say I order mine and received them in a week and there amazing soft think perfect I'm not sure where these others ordered from or received but I got the 24 inch jet black and there perfect so don't be scared my what you read on her like I was trust a mom of 6 with not much money to take risks with these are worth your money I have had extension thru sallys and these far exceeded those

This company is the most AWFUL I ever met. They have the worst customer service I've ever seen. There hair is the cheap China product, looking like from Halloween costume. They send you the products, which don't match the color and texture you order. They don't want to return or exchange it. You just waste your money and time with them.

This company has the worst customer service I ever saw in my life. They send you completely wrong products- different color and texture than you order. When you try to return it, they write you that it can not be any mistakes in orders, they ask you to send photos of wigs several times and they never exchange or return them. You just loose your time writing to them hundreds of messages.
The quality of wigs is AWFUL. They are cheap products from China and look like from Halloween costumes.

The hair extensions are horrible. I've had several extension over the years and these have to be the absolute worst I've seen. They get matted up in your hair no matter how hard you try to keep the combed/brushed. They are frizzed out and break off. They are much thinner than they indicated and the color was wrong. I ordered dark brown and these were very light brown. I also ordered a very expensive flat iron from them and they sent me a wet/dry curling iron that's nothing like the one I ordered. They refuse to send me the correct one or reimburse me. They said they would send me a 5% refund on the iron... but I want the one I ordered and they won't acknowledge it. Don't buy anything from them... they will rip you off.

These were the worst extensions i ever used. They took over a month to arrive n i was offered a 10% refund becauase of this but of coarse i never recieved that. I paid for the thickest ones but when i got them they were so thin n did not match my hair. I emailed about this and was offered a further 5% off if i kept them. I did so as the package stated they could be coulered. I never recieved the 5% refund. I am a qualified hairdresser and used good quality colour when colouring. The colour was not even on the full development time when the hair extensions began to disintegrate similar to how synthetic hair does when coloured,
I have been emailing this company but now they have chosen to ignore me.

I bought the human hair clip in extensions, they were synthetic hair and smelled bad, they were so thin too, and while taking them out of the packaging a clump of hair fell out. I was so upset, I emailed them right away asking for a refund for my damaged product ( I spent about $100), they said they could give me 10% back and that I would have to pay for shipping and such. The place is a scam, stay away from them. They will rip you off. I'm still emailing them about receiving a refund but they keep saying they can only give me 10%.

Awww, i love my hairs, these extensions can be curled, straightened or washed, just like regular hair. The line comes in four vibrant colors — blue, pink, red and purple. You can even mix and match two colors for a rockstar look like mine. Must try this they are awesome

I've had my extensions for about a month now and I have to say, they are the best quality extensions I've purchased. I am not very nice to my hair extensions (updos, hairspray, wear them everyday) and these are still pretty much tangle free. I've washed them twice but only due to the amount of use I put into them and as long as I let them airdry, they are as smooth as when I bought them. I've spent about $200 at most on extensions, but once they get past 18" they always tend to matte and tangle after about a month but these are much different. Also, they're much thicker all the way to the ends as advertised than others I've used! No initial trim needed right out of the package to rid of the thin ends. The color matches great with my natural ombre that I currently have from black to dark blonde. Very impressed and will definitely purchase again from hairexensionsale.com

Frauds

Frauds. Liars. I paid 200 for what was supposed to be straight virgin hair but it was the opposite. The YouTube reviews are paid and fake! The hair had different colors in it from different dye jobs. It wasn't even naturally straight they obviously just straightened it with an iron. Not soft at all. The hair comes from China by the way, so why it says USA, I have no idea.

This website sent me the wrong hair, and when I tried to return the hair, I kept talking to different people and nobody would help me. Then they told me that my "14 day window" for returning was up. They were rude and still won't refund me. I tried to put in a review in on their website and they will not except reviews that are not 5 stars.
