I loved it, but I wished the hair last longer with out getting so tangled. I prolly won't buy that type of hair again. Other then that I was pleased and enjoyed the natural look. 2 Sets of 7 pcs is good enough for me don't need more then that. Unless if I wanted to look a lol more drastic looking. But all in all I loved it! Came on time exactly the day they said it would be shipped it was shipped. I was really excited about that. Their easy to put in and I like the way they give you instructions on how to take care of the hair, must of came from a real proffesional hair dresser A++ to you!. Their a good use for curling. Excellent job guys! :)

Got these in 2 weeks. They are exactly as described by the seller. The color is exactly as displayed. Quality human hair. I only needed one pack. I have fine hair, so other extensions look very fake on me. These are perfect for thinner hair. If you have thick hair, get 2 packs. They can be dyed, but do not try to lighten a darker color, and only use a demi permanent hair color (not as harsh). If you are not familiar with hair extensions, and feel disappointed by your purchase, it is not the seller's fault. The bad reviews are why I purchased these and do plan on buying more.

I wasn't sure if I would be wasting my money or not when I first purchased these extensions, because the price was so much lower then the same product else where. I ordered anyway and BOY AM I GLAD! These extensions are amazing. The hair is silky and the product is easy peasy to apply ( I did by myself) I also colored the extensions so they would be a perfect match for my own hair. I have attached photo of extensions... The shipping was great, and packaged well. I am purchasing more in the next few weeks!

Brought Peruvian Virgin hair received Remi human hair. This is not the same. If I would have received Remi virgin hair there would be no room for complaint.
They failed to advise you will be charged £ 15 by DHL for duty and tax- even though they advertise free tax & VAT.
This hair is not 12 inch and the bags are so small I would need 3 where normally I use 2 bags. The hair I've received is worth no more than 20 in which I've payed £31.99 trust me the uk shop have more Virginia quality for £39.99 with no hidden cost.
I havent use the hair as the quality puts me off and I need another bad to make a full head. Out of pocket customer service are robot who use template to respond to customers via email. Is not worth the hassle returning at more cost will try and sell on at a lost.
I've reported them to tasting standards for false advertisement and hidden VAT charges. Use a company you can at lease complain to if your not happy. As the hair extention uk are a very naughty Chinese company falsely selling hair ripping people off. This is not Virgin quality hair

First of all, this item should really be $10. The hair is SUPER SUPER thin and although it matches my hair color, it's totally noticeable I'm wearing extensions.
It's a total rip off and I wish I would have read the reviews prior to ordering. Its simply a item for a kid that could have been purchased at toys r us. I'm very very disappointed.
Secondly, it wasn't clear when ordering the item was from China. It took FOREVER to arrive and the customer service was exactly what it is - third world ugly. The tracking number never worked on the site. I received different replies from different people with different answers that basically never answered any of my questions. The whole process was literally a joke. I plan on filing a complaint for purchase with my credit card company.

Firstly I was happily surprised when shipping only took one week. Another surprise was how SOFT they are! They are also beginner friendly. I bought these for my sister, neither of us had used micro loop extensions before but I found it incredibly easy to put them in her hair. (Though it did take some time) They look beautiful and blend so well with her natural hair. We used them to add length to hair... and just so everyone knows that unless you have very thin hair you WILL need to order two! But the cost of buying one more is well worth it for the end result. I will definitely be buying from them again! :) <3

I have had no problems in the past purchasing hair from the site, until I had a mishap and the wrong weight size was sent. I have been leaving NUMEROUS phone messages and asking for a call bake after leaving reasoning. 3 weeks later still nothing.

I have ALSO sent many emails for also last three weeks, and I kept getting a differnt person responding to each and everyone one. I also included in many emails ' how do I go about returning them, and if I send back will I get my full refund when doing so ' and about why after numerous calls, why no one ever returns calls.

If customer service is this bad they should not be in business.

There are a lot of mixed reviews on this product and felt that I needed to add my review to help out. This is hair is awesome. I have colored it to match my hair color, used the hot iron and hot rollers on it. They have held up under all conditions. I am most likely going to purchase some more hair so that I have it as my hair continues to grow. I will concur that the hair pieces are not super thick, but as another review stated what do you expect for the price and for them being clip-on pieces vs. actual extensions you would get put in at a hair salon.

The hair is thin, and I got 2 packs of this garbage, so that is quite bad when 2 packs is too little hair. And my own hair is not thick by any stretch of the imagination. It is in poor condition, the bottoms are stringy, and the hair smells horrible. There are dark strands all though the hair and I ordered blonde. One wash with great shampoo and conditioner, to try to get the smell out, left it looking even worse. I learned my lesson. Wish I READ THIS BEFORE I BOUGHT. I have no illusions that they will return my money. This company is not in Canada, or the United States. Its in China. So I am just chalking it up to experience and moving on. Might make a nice Halloween hair for someones kid though.

The hair tangled and matted after 3 days. I have other hair extensions which I have used and reused for over a year, not one knot or tangle, they still look new. This stuff was absolute garbage. I was able to get a refund for the entire amount via paypal, but I had to pay for registered mail to return the hair to them!

I received my extension on the 16/05/2013 and had them put in as a weave on the 18th. After 2 days i washed my hair extensions using proper precautions and using salon standard shampoo and conditioner. Once i let my hair dry and brushed it the hair was frizzy/not as curly as they should be from that day on the hair has become so dry so dead and frail it knots with every movement and the ends look like they have been singed by fire!

This hair looks atrocious! I washed my hair again taking ALL the proper precautions and got out of the shower with matted hair, dread locks, it was a disgusting birds nest on my head that no amount of conditioner could assist! After 2 hours of brushing and bruising my scalp i got the knots out and had a sink full of broken hair. The ends were so damaged i had to trim them (trimming should not be happening this early) the hair does not flow nicely i have spent money on buying products to help rejuvenate the hair, which have failed. All i can say is i was extremely frustrated, upset and out of pocket!

I have had %100 Human Hair, Remy Hair, 24inch, Curly extensions before (not from your company) and i have NEVER had these issues i have been wearing hair extensions for over 3 years now and NEVER EVER had any of the above issues.

To top it all off when i received the extensions they did not measure to 24inch and you replied with a petty email that stated "When you stretch them out they will reach 24inch" I believe this is false advertisement. If you are buying curly hair you want the hair to be curly so it should be 24inches when it is curly! Even when i pulled it straight it did not reach 24inch.

I've had to straighten my hair to avoid knots and I still have to brush my hair every 30 minutes so my hair doesnt turn into dread locks. I have a big clump of dry hair hanging from my head! I take extreme pride in my hair and coming from 3 generations of hairdressers and having a family salon for over 50 years i know alot about the qualitiy of extensions and maintenance.

After I brought these 'human' hair extensions I decided to change my hair colour so did not use them right away. When I went to the hair dresser to colour she said they smelt synthetic but I assured her I had brought human hair extensions. As we proceed to colour it sure enough it revealed they had synthetic fillers all the way through causing white strands all the way through brown extensions. As I had purchased 613 extensions, blonde and brown, it also showed brown strands completely burnt as well as the white snapped strands everywhere. When I contacted the company, all they keep saying is no we only say human hair, even though they have synthetic products. I am furious and they refuse to change them. I said I would happily send them back the extensions and they can either fully refund or send proper human hair extensions but they refuse. It's not even worth dealing with them because the email they send is just a copy and paste each time. Will never purchase extensions from here again. I have used human hair extensions for years and never had any issues except for normal wear and tear (years later!) WORST WORST WORST. Spend the extra money and get decent extensions. These are terrible.
