I'm not the type of person to order my hair only because I'm very impatient, but the hair came very fast. It was delivered way before it's deadline so that was one thing I was very pleased with. Secondly, I tested my hair as well. My tracks were a nice size, I ran my fingers through the bundle and I only had three strands come out. The only problem I had with the hair is that I wish it was a little bit neater, but that was only from the shipping. I would make another purchase in the future with this company since it is very affordable.

These are the first extensions I have ever purchased so I wasn't too sure what to expect especially since I wasn't planning on spending a lot of money on them. These extensions are great! The color matched mine EXACTLY! I have this hair and they blend in with my hair perfectly! I keep reading reviews that said get two sets if you have thick hair... wasn't sure what that really meant. So I got one (because like I said I didn't want to spend a lot of money) and thank god I did. 7 strands FILL my entire head... I couldn't imagine where I would fit 14 strands without them looking so obvious. Would definitely recommend!

I have no idea why people are giving such low ratings. Yes if you buy 1 pk its on the thin side. I bought 2 pks and its almost too much. Its super long. Very soft. It didn't have a weird smell at all. I dyed it to match my hair a little better and it came out amazing. I can curl it and straighten it. Its gorgeous. Its beautiful period let alone for how inexpensive it is! Also I ordered 2 day shipping and even with our snow storm and terrible roads it still got here when it was supposed too. Very pleased. Couldn't be happier. I have already recommended this product to a few friends. Thank you for exceeding all my expectations!

THESE BASTARDS ARE SCAMMERS I HAVE BEEN EMAILING THEM FOR TWO WEEKS ASKING FOR THEM TO SEND ME THE RIGHT PRODUCT AND HAVE SOME GENERIC RESPONSE FROM LILYBELL TELLING ME TO SEND PICTURES, SO I DID AND STILL NO RESPONSE. THEY ARE BASTARDS, ITS A SCAM, THE WEAVE I GOT WAS CRAP AND BENT IN THE MIDDLE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE! SAVE YOUR MONEY! I AM SO LIVID FOR BEING SCAMMED THOSE BASTARDS WILL BURN IN HELL FOR ALL OF THE PEOPLE THEY HAVE ROBBED. DO NOT LET YOURSELF BE ROBBED! GO ELSEWHERE!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. These hair extensions from hairexensionsale.co.uk are the worse I've ever seen. I didn't even open mine as they were sent in a cheap jiffy bag and I could see right away they were rubbish. Try returning them and you will find they are not UK based at all but you have to return them to China AT YOUR EXPENSE which is not cheap. £14 minimum. I have sent about eight emails and had eight replies basically saying they will not accept a return to the UK address they were sent from. I've tried reporting them to Trading Standards but Trading Standards make it so complicated to make a complaint - I'm not giving up though as I will report them and hopefully stop them selling in the UK on a supposed UK website. TRUST ME THE HAIR IS RUBBISH - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Save your money Peeps. This company and their employees are useless. They'll Yale your money, seems you the wrong colour... pink hair in my case (close to my dark brown NOT) than you'll spend 4 months found back and fro with generic emails to only be told you have to pay to send the hair back registered post and make another booking online for the right colour. What a waste of money. Should have read the reviews first before getting exited!

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST. ORDERED EXTENSIONS APRIL 26,2015 TO INSTALL ON MAY 6,2015. HAVE THIN HAIR DUE TO CANCER TREATMENT AND WANTED TO LOOK DECENT FOR MY DAUGHTERS HIGH SCHOOL GRAD. THEY AREN'T ACCREDITED BY THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, THEY DON'T HAVE ANY CONTACT THAT ACTUALLY GETS BACK TO YOU, NO EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS ABOUT ANYTHING EXCEPT THAT THEY'VE TAKEN PAYMENT. I ordered these March 22 2015, received them April 8 2015. They took my money on right away. Two tracking numbers were given, neither good, then all the sudden they showed up when I complained.
The hair was bent in package mid stream and at the tips. The hair is thick up to 10' then the ends only have like 5 strands long per tip. Broke off where bent in the middle. So 22" was 12". Very thin hair over all. Color was good, U tips long and we cut them in half. They were put in today so we will see how they wear. So far not liking, glue is thick and hair seems waxy, we will see if they soften up after a few washes.
Never will I buy these again. Very poor customer service as Hong Kong is opposite of us and a day ahead. Disappointing purchase over all. This is my first time doing hair extensions so I am by no means an expert nor a critic. I just wanted to get my long hair back after cancer and radiation.
