I ordered the 20" Dark Brown(#2) 7 pcs Clip In Human Hair Extensions. I also order them in 110g. I waited a while to get them about three week, I was shown I would get them in 7-10 days. When I received them I was sad to see that they are very thin and not the weight that i was expecting. I called the number on the website to talk to someone about my order and I got voicemail every time I called. So I would not recommend this company EVER AGAIN. I would recommend HairKandy they have amazing extensions that are 100% real human hair.

I didn't even open them up to see how crappy they are. Not 20 inches as stated. Gross strings and bugs inside woven into the hair. Tried to return- finally after 2 weeks was allowed to ship back and they received them another 2 weeks went by and still no refund. It's a scam. I could make better extensions with Barbie hair from the dumpster. I'm out $70.00. Thinking of going to my bank to file a claim since I have proof they recieved the package back from me. Don't waste your money. And returning them is a joke.

I have been calling and calling. Leaving a messages every time. I HAVE NEVER GOTTEN A CALL BACK - my order to which the you have the money for has never shipped. I want my money back now

Make the huge mistake from ordering with this scamming company. Spent $160 on the "deluxe" package, they sent me the cheapest economy package that is wayyy too thin for my head. I dont have thick hair and part is shaved so the deluxe i ordered should have worked. Long story short these people have not listened to anything ive said, and they refuse to give me my money back. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! Save your money! Lesson learned!

Ordered 2 halo extensions about 5 months ago, took over a month to receive them. After multiple phone calls and emails someone FINALLY got back to me and tracked them down. Over 300 dollars but not bad really for real hair. I've ordered tape in extensions through this company once and others multiple times. I ordered through HairExtensionSale because they are cheap and I had never tried a halo extension before (why waste the money if they're crap right) I opened the main package & was shocked at the crazy colours. The "ash blonde" was bright yellow and had long and short patchesThe "strawberry blonde" was orange with actual bright pink hairs... are you $#*!ing serious? I immediately taped up the package and tried to call the company. No answer. I sent 5 emails and called again. 2 days later I get pissed off and spend 60 bucks to ship them back to shipping address. They still had not returned my emails or calls after 3 months! I finally sent a very angry, email to every address I could find. Someone messaged me back that they had JUST received my package. They are only willing to refund 130 dollars because " obviously they were worn as the string was broken" pretty $#*!ing upset. Almost 300 bucks down the toilet. There's a lot of great hair companies. HairExtensionSale is NOT ONE!

I ordered 200 dollars worth of extensions on May 2nd. I was informed 2-4 business days and it would be delivered by DHL. After 4 business days I contacted them asking where it was and what the tracking number was.

I tried calling their 'customer service' line over 10 times in the last 15 days and NOT ONCE did anyone answer. The phone did not even ring.

I sent 4 e-mails to customer service requesting tracking number and courier information but I was told that there was an 'error' with their system and no tracking number was available. They said they would update me as soon as it was sorted by no one has done this.

I have sent 2 more follow up e-mails DEMANDING this information- but I am now convinced this is an entirely fraudulent company.DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

I ordered 100 microloops, only 90 were delivered, the quality was extremely thin and I could not use it. Also, I was given a duty/tax bill of £21 GBP to pay by DHL, when I had already paid £79! In total so far. At the moment I have 90 poor quality, low gram, unusable hair and DHL wanted £21 from me. Hair Extension company are a joke, their replies are stupid, they asked me to send them a picture of the hair so they could see I got it, which I did, but for what purpose! They just email nonsense continuously and the hair is unusable, I have it just laying in a draw. Do NOT use them.

This company is a ripoff. While they advertise human hair extensions at reasonable prices, if the color is wrong, or you are not satisfied in any way, they make it virtually impossible to get your money back. You must decide in only EIGHT hours whether you like the product or not. If you don't and you call the toll free number, all you get is a recording. If you try to reach this company tha t is located in Hong Kong, they will offer you an exchange, or if you want to return the item, they make it very difficult by charging a large restocking fee. I am out $109.95 for a hairpiece that I cannot use, and cannot get my hard earned money back. In my experience, DO NOT deal with this company!

I did not read the reviews before purchasing my tape in extensions from th is site.
I made the mistake of doing it afterwards. The other reviews made me nervous.
I normally have extremly thick hair so i bought 3 packs which will just be enough.
They did send me the wrong color but im openminded.
If youre like me and want to go the cheap way, be open minded and dont expect anything too great

So when it got to my post office it was non-deliverable and sent back to California. It's even very clear in the tracking info that THEY sent me. I Checked at my post office, they confirmed what happened. But this company will not cooperate, all they do is send me emails that don't really make sense, not sure they understand much. But I have a feeling they make a mistake in the address so it gets shipped back to them very often. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Made an order for 160$ and it was never shipped. Made countless emails and phone calls that all went ignored. After a week I filed a dispute through PayPal (that's how I paid THANKFULLY!) and I told them everything. They tried to contact the company and after 3 days of hearing nothing from them PayPal gave me my money back. They're a SCAM and not worth your money! PLEASE DONT ORDER WITH THEM! YOU WILL GET SCREWED OVER! TERRIBLE COMPANY!

This site is such a rip off it won't even allow customers to post real reviews as it's a scam! Never have I ever been so disappointed! Save your money, go elsewhere! Not worth 20 dollars in my opinion. I have been buying hair extensions for 6 years now... I ordered these on express shipping (1-3 days) to receive them a month later! Wrong colour, thinnest hair ever (I bought 2 packs, about the thickness of half a pack of any other brand/site) I'm not a complative person but the customer service was as horrendous as this fake hair. It is not real remy hair but a 5$ version china make plastic hair. Please don't waste your time and money, every other good reviews must have horrendous style or hair... Or even made up by the site!

I placed an order on their site and then I read the really bad reviews, should have checked them out first I know and I could kick myself for that it, I had only placedthe order 15 minutes ago so I tried to call them and I emailed. Then I get a shipping confirmation even though I had cancelled well within the limit. I've got the extensions and they are terrible I've got 22 inches and although the extensions go to exactly 22 inches they are a lot thicker on the top and 3 cm down go so thin. It's almost like they have mixed 22 inches with a lot shorter hair to make it cheaper for them.
Since then they have wasted my time so much as I have emailed them on numerous occasions sent them photos. For every 20 emails you send you will get one email back and they will just respond fobbing you off when I asked to return them they said maybe its best you don't return them because it will be too difficult I don't know what they mean by that are they insulting my intelligence? Because it's not too difficult to take something to the post office. Then they said we can give you a partial refund of 10% not happy with that because I had $150 of extensions that I cannot use. In the end I realised I am getting nowhere and even if I did return them they may not even sign for the return package and will waste my time further so I said I will accept the 10% refund and guess what two weeks on and lots and lots of emails no partial refund either!
I do believe they are on Amazon under a different name so be careful of that

They have a link on their of a letter to send to your card company even if it is a debit card to claw the money back
Which will waste even more of your time but maybe if enough of us complain and they will go out of business
And doesn't trust bloggers they are given stuff for free or money to sell their products

I placed an order for hair extensions and supplies. I didn't like the hair so I returned all items by following the instructions for returns. Needless to say, I NEVER RECEIVED MY REFUND. These people are a rip off. I have sent countless emails to no avail. NO one answers the customer service phone line. I am out of $150... STAY AWAY!
