This is a very pretty one piece hair extension. It is thick, is of good quality and feels soft. It looks very natural especially if you put some baby powder on it to dull the shine, which most synthetic hair is noted to have. It can be used for creating several different looks. The clips are very secure and it feels comfortable on. The color is perfect for me. I wore it in a style over to one side and received numerous compliments on how nice my hair looked. I already purchased another curly one as well as one in the straight style. I have not received the straight one yet but am expecting that it will be just as nice. The price for this hairpiece is excellent. I am very pleased with this purchase.

My extensions arrived in around 2 weeks which was OK. The color was perfect so I can't complain about that... but they were a little idk light weight? Like I should have ordered more for the look I wanted. Might order more, not sure.

They will not refund you, their extentions are absolutly terribly thin and will not match you hair no matter what. They will tell you to send your hair extentions back costing a further £20 and not refund you. I've emailed them and they replied but didn't like when i was proving my point and so they ignored me & will not give my money back! Wish there was a way to get this website $#*! down as they shouldn't be allowed to be doing what they do, absolutly shocking, i will be trying my upmost best to get them shut down for what they've done to me. DO NOT ORDER FROM HAIREXTENTIONSALE.CO.UK unless you're looking to get ripped off, money taken from you and completely ignored.

After ordering from here I looked on the reviews and really did panic as a lot of people had said they hadn't received their order. But I must say, I was really pleased. The extensions arrived in less than a week which was fab as standard delivery is 9-15 business days. The only thing I would say for other people is to possibly order 2 packs as they are so cheap and they aren't as thick as i expected, but overall I'm really pleased

Do not order from this company or you will be sorry. After 2 weeks, I had not received the order nor any tracking. I called PayPal and they did not take any responsibility for this company, although the money was drafted from the credit card. Like others, left messages on the voicemail but no return calls. Finally today did receive package from China.The hair color sucked as it was supposed to be dark auburn but instead was purple. There is no shipping order nor instructions as to where to send return. And I refuse to pay high shipping costs to return to China and probably would never get a refund either. This company needs to be shut down as they are a rip off. My suggestion is to file a dispute with the bank as you will not get any relief from this company nor from PayPal. In fact, since we did not have a PayPal account, they told us to call our bank. Don't waste your money or you might live to regret it!

I ordered my micro loop hair extensions from hairextensionsale.Com after I ordered them I saw all the bad reviews and started to panic that I had just made an expensive mistake. But I got my extensions in about 6 days and they were very nice quality, soft, not stringy. I dyed them as soon as I got them and they took the color well. There will always be more negative reviews than positive so I thought maybe this would help ease some peoples minds. :)

I bought hairextensions from this site six months later when my luxy hair extensions does't work any more. Luxy hair is too much expensive, so I find hairextensionsale for instead. Their price is really cheap, so I didn't expect too much on the hair. I spent the money and all I hope is to use the hair for 3-6 months. When I receive it, I felt happy, coz the hair is good, not as the quality as luxy hair, but it really worth what I spent on it. Now it's already 4months, the hair is not that bad. I will buy it again when it's falling too much. And the #4 matched my hair color very well.

Ordered from this company and I did not get an email confirmation, which concerned me. Called their 800 number and no one answered just a "leave a message prompt." The website said USA and realized after some research they are out of Hong Kong. Called Paypal that night and filed a claim. Once the company was notified of the complaint they mailed the package almost immediately to the wrong address. They used one address in Ca. Another in CA and a zip code from Oregon. I emailed them and they said "it was not their fault I gave them the wrong address." They had combined many addresses, obviously not aware of the USA protocol for addressing letters. I called DHL and they routed the package to me. When it arrived I opened it up, saw bugs on the hair, and gave it back to DHL. Now I am working on making sure they don't get paid. Paypal holds the money until the problem is resolved. Wish me luck... Scammmers

Don't waste your time! I put in a order online from this company. They then sent me an email 4 days later that they needed a list of questions answered of why I was purchasing these extensions and then that it was mandatory that I send a picture of my credit card I used plus my drivers licnece to further the purchase. Huge red flag for me so I sent back an email requesting not to go further with the purshase. Few days later they charged my card anyways. They told me it would take 5-7 days for a refund. (Which they should have never charged me anyways.) Well over a month later and many emails back and forth I finally got my refund. But it wasn't for the full price of what they charged. I'm so appalled by their business. They clearly are scamming people left and right! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They don't return phone calls nor never answer the number they listed.

I was so afraid to place an order with HairExtensionSale after I read all the " bad" reviews about this website. I decide to place the order since the price is really good. To my surprise, I got the package within 3 days shipped directly from USA and the product is also in good quality. I have to say I satisfy with the product and service! I don't understand why there are so manny people claimed this website is a scan and get ripped off bla... bla... They are legit and offer fine product and service. BTW, It's stupid to say get ripped off because you can always file dispute even charge back if you are not satisfied with anything. If you can't bear the slow shipping just pay the rush shipping or choose local stock items like I did. I trust this website and I will place more orders.

The product seem ok for the price. However, if you need to exchange or return a product. BEWARE! The have the worst customer service. They don't respond to emails in a timely manner. I don't believe they are from here. I believe they have a front office in CA, but they are from China. After following the exchange instructions to a T, they had the nerve to blame me for not receiving the product, when in fact they had. I know this for a fact because once I opened an investigation with my post office and theirs, I found out that in fact, tat the product had been delivered but they refused to send out my exchange or refund my money. I feel like I got scammed. I may just report them to the BBB and the attorney generals office in CA. My situation still has not been resolved after 15 days of them having received the product. I do not recommend anyone giving these people your business. I certainly will not order anything else from them again. I've learned my lesson.
