I bought hair extensions from this company a couple of weeks ago, They sent the wrong color! But that's not all The hair was used! They were tangled up the package was open, seal was broken and box was damaged, When I contacted the company they told me the box probably got damaged during transport :( OMG I don't care about the box! The extensions are used and in the wrong color! I asked for the new package they wouldn't do it said they can give me 5% discount: S I asked for refund and they wrote me that I would have to pay for shipping and they will charge me 5% for handling fee This is ridiculous! I felt like it is a robot writing an email didn't answer any of my questions or concerns! And you can never get through the phone line it just goes directly to voice mail. Their customer service is the worst! The product is horrible! Stay AWAy!

So I bought hair based off of the pictures that I seen on the website but when I got my hair it was completely different from the website pictures. I wrote to the company and sent them pictures asking them to let me know what I need to do to exchange the hair. The message I received said that the color was correct and that if I'm willing to keep the hair I can get a 10% discount off of my next order. I don't want the hair that I received and I don't want to order anything else from them again. So I guess for now it's a win-win for them. This company could care less about their customers. The quality of the hair is okay but buyer please beware... you never know what type of hair you're going to get.

I bought this for my upcoming wedding. I am keeping it down and curling it. But, because I have thin hair, it makes it difficult to look nice with my length and thickness (I look like Shirley Temple haha). I bought these in hopes of intermixing into my hair. And it is PERFECT. I did a trial run with my hair with my hair stylist. And she even said how easy they are to work with. Color matches picture almost identically.If you are looking to add natural-looking body and length to your hair for a low-cost, this is the route you def wanna take! I would recommend this to a friend :)

I have purchased many clip in extension sets in the past spending between $90-300 for each set. These by far have been the best quality of clip in extensions I've ever bought. The only reason I convinced my self to purchase these was so I wouldn't waste my money if my hair was still too short to wear extensions and have them not blend. After reading reviews I purchased two sets which I highly recommend if you have a medium thickness of hair. They blended I'm perfectly with my hair and yes the other reviews are correct they are not a solid brown and solid blonde. There are several shades of blonde going on with a hue of light brown and strawberry blonde. They do not " stink" as I've also read, they smell like hair color. They feel like human hair and compared to my hair were a tad shiny but that's because my hair has been majorly processed, remy is Virgin hair. I've washed conditioned and styled these with a straightening and curling iron on high heat with no melting whatsoever. Just like your hair you should use a heat glide on them and repairing conditioner if using heat. They came with extra clips incase one were to fall out or be damaged and I had no issues with any " stray" hairs falling out.

Worst online company, I have ever dealt with. They sent me the wrong length of hair, and when I contacted them, they told me that they measure the hair by what it would be when it is straight. That is the first time, I have ever heard that, and I have been buying hair extensions for close to 20 years! When I asked for a refund they offered me store credits; then a 20% refund. When I had enough of this run around, I contacted the company I made the payment through, sent the hair back and 2 month later, I finally received my refund. Too much of my time wasted!

I had the MOST horrific experience with this company. I ordered extensions and was given a tracking number. My money was immediately taken from my card and I was told that my order had "arrived" to my front door. When I called up UPS, they told me they gave me a recycled tracking number which was used over a year ago to a consumer in Minnesota. I was enraged. Not only did they lie about my order "arriving" but they actually scammed me. PLEASE don't trust this online store. As "legit" as they maybe appear to look, they'll steal your money and never send your product. Settling this whole disaster ate up about 6 hours out of my day. I seriously don't know how they're still a business; it BEWILDERS me. If I could give ZERO STARS I would without hesitation!

Great extensions! I ordered the platinum blonde ones and dyed them silver! I'm only giving it 4 stars becausetge day after getting them, one of the clips broke. They are very fragile so definitely be gentle with them. Plus the first time I tried curling my extensions I accidentally burned the color off a tiny strip of hair using 400° heat. I now curl them with at most 260° just as a tip to anyone who is buying extensions for the first time! These are great and everyone thinks its my real hair. Definitely would buy!

For the price these are great quality extensions. I bought medium brown to blend in as lowlights and I've received tons of compliments! I received it in less than 2 weeks.The cons are that the hair is thin - you need 2 packages for the whole head or 3 if you have thick hair. For lowlights or highlights 1 pkg is fine. It had a strong chemical smell when I took it out of the package and the clips aren't sewn in very well compared to other sets of extensions I've owned. Overall though it's a great product especially for the price! I'd strongly recommend them if you're looking for an inexpensive way to change your look. :)
