You need to be more transparent about the extra charges That is added after the reservation and credit card number is taken. Those extra charges were more than what a regular room was. Same charges were assessed by the hotel.
Especially not allowing cancellations after charges posted. I will not use your service again.

You DID NOT make it clear that even though I went to an OFFICICIAL Hilton Hotel website to book the reservation, I WAS NOT booking a reservation that was with the hotel itself.
Your website is generic an if not carefully scrutinized, appears to be a website for reserving directly to the hotel I chose. As such, when my wife had found bed bugs in her bed, and was transferred to a smaller and inexpensive room, I WAS NOT ABLE TO GET A REFUND OR ANY SORT OF ROOM CREDIT.
I am extremely displeased and will NEVER book a room with ANY hotel that utilizes your company in the future.
