I reserved a room for $57 and got charged an extra $27 in taxes and fees without warning until the reservation was complete. The lady at the desk T Days Inn Barstow CA said "yes we have a warning on our computer saying guestreservations.com is a scam".

I have always enjoyed using Holiday Inn Express guest reservations. I have never had a problem with the reservation.
Everything was very easy! After we arrived we found out it would have been way cheaper to call the Hotel direct! We will never use guestreservations.com again!

Lots of rooms to choose from.
I had asked for a cancellation the same day only minuets from making the reservation and the receptionist said that the company did not refund on cancellations. I was very displeased in the way I had been treated after trying to adjust my reservation. I will never use this your company again.
