Just want to let you know it is obvious that guest reservations are scamming people and I hope that they enjoy the extra $217.69 that you made from me. So not happy and could not contact anyone for assistance. Definitely don't recommend using guest reservations ever.

Guest reservations email stated I had guaranteed reservation. I paid the amount when I booked it. When I got to the Hotel, It wasn't guaranteed, The Strat in Las Vegas wouldn't honor the guaranteed reservation.
Efficiency
I was not made aware of the additional fees and total cost until I received he email confirmation. I thought it was not good business.

Quick and easy to make the reservation
This website is part of a group of websites that simulate the look and feel of specific hotel websites and then stick you with non-refundable service charges on top of the advertised "special rates" which are usually the same as the posted rates on the hotel website. In my case, the "service charge" tacked onto the posted rate was over 51% of the posted room rate - a huge rip off.

Quick & Easy
The manager Mr. Patel told me the room i reseverd was a very small room. He suggested I upgrade for an extra $40. He also suggested that I call guest reservations to cancel my order with them and then he will rebook me into the same room with a lot less money. This is the best Western in Braintree managed by Mr. Patel. His tactics were sneaky and unprofessional and he also threaten my husband about evicting us. I would never recommend this hotel or your guest reservations website to anybody else.

Fast, but you forgot to mention that there were $74 in "resort fees" added onto the advertised room rate. I found out when I got the receipt. Not helpful! Then there was an another additional $50 taken out of my bank account without any explanation.
I will NOT be using your services again.
