I stayed at your hotel from October 18th to October 22nd. I sent an email several times and it came back
The inquiry is that I have not yet received payment for the hotel fee.
I paid an additional $100 at check-in and was told it would be settled a week later, but I only received a receipt.
One additional question is whether it is right to pay the resort fee even though I did not use the resort.

Do yourself a favour, DO NOT book with this company! Use Booking.com instead. I booked my hotel and this company added £50+ onto the amount quoted. I class myself as savvy but I have been totally duped.
My booking confirmation has numbers to call to complain but when you click on it it says numbers to this call not accepted.
It also says they will match if you find cheaper which is a complete lie. I tried. Nothing!
I have complained and received a blanket email.
TERRIBLE customer service. Please do not make the same mistake as I did. It is not worth the stress.

Thought I was on hotel website as Guest Reservations sneakily uses the hotel name on the website domain and makes everything look like the hotel. Booked room rate at $95 then was charged $150! Then sat countless hours on end disputing this!
Wow, just wow! This is no different than scamming/stealing/fraud.

First, you can get better rates by booking directly with the hotel. More significantly, they add additional charges beyond normal taxes and accommodations fees, which are hidden until you pay. This company is shameful.

Avoid at all costs. Completely dishonest and immoral people. They're absolute liars who deserve to be shutdown. They use a multitude of affiliate names that appear to be named organizations and then tack on an exorbitant amount of fees in excess of 50% of the advertised price. Avoid at all costs. -12 stars.

This hotel is advertised as a privately owned, cute, local inn with a restaurant. It was very confusing when I arrived at the address to see a very old Best Western, with no evidence of it ever being locally owned. I had a pretty normal experience as you would any motel, but was very disappointed due to the advertised hotel not at all being what I experienced. Some major issues I had included breakfast mostly being room temperature (milk, especially), the pool was freezing and actually felt like the AC was being blasted into the room, the TV was a Roku but was not logged into any account (you had to buy a subscription to HBO, netflix, etc. to watch anything), and most of the common areas were dirty (elevator, lobby, breakfast area). I would not stay there again. I would recommend booking directly with the hotel if you chose to, though, as I did not experience the added fees others did by doing so.
Was bitten very bad called and they checked my room and said they only found one, offered a free stay. Never going back ever.

SHOULD BE ZERO STAR--Total Scam! This review link came up for "Guest Reservations" which is an alias for "Hotelvalues.com" website. This company charged me over $60 in extra "tax recovery charges and service fees" (over and above the actual room taxes I was charged at checkout) after I reserved my "no cancellation" room from them. For a room that was advertised--AND RESERVED-- at $169 dollars a night, I ended up paying over $270 per night which I must now protest with my bank. DO NOT MAKE RESERVATIONS with this company! Check out the numbers in the attached picture and see the difference for yourself--those extra charges in the "Confirmation e-mail" were NEVER spelled out in advance while booking the room on the site. Then I learned when checking in at the hotel that the actual reservation was made through Booking.com!

Booked in for a 3 night dog friendly w/e break, accommodation was excellent, staff & service were 1st class as was the food.
Our Miniature Dachshund Bobby was made very welcome, would defiantly stay there again,nice to have ample car parking facilities & a ideal location to explore North Wales & the surrounding areas.
I booked x3 rooms for 10-19-23 to 10-21-23 for my daughter's wedding. I paid $336.11 for room#324, and paid $314.55 for room#322. These two rooms was directly next to each other. The other wedding guest stayed in the room#323 directly across the hall. All of us reported bed bugs in our hotel rooms sometime in the time frame of 12:36am the early morning on 10-20-23. The hotel personnel on duty told us there was no rooms available to move us to because she had to relocate other guests to different rooms for the bed bugs in their rooms. The hotel personnel told us to go to another hotel or see if we could stay with some of the other wedding guess in their rooms who are located in the hotel on another floor. We did not receive any compensation for the bed bugs from LaQuinta. I requested a refund for one day for each of the rooms I paid for but so far they are refusing to do so. Debora Bernal

Run down building. Bathroom had limescale. Pool room was so cold, I feel like the air conditioning was on. The breakfast buffet was COLD. Food was sitting there definitely all morning. I just can't believe I had to pay $20 for that. It was all over a terrible experience and I wish I went to an actual 4 star hotel. Balcony was peeling off so we kept bringing it inside on our feet. Waaaaaay over priced.

Guest reservations seriously and intentionally misrepresents and misleads their services. Although they advertise cancellation, they, in fact, do not provide refunds, cancellations, or date changes. In my case, my "cancellation fee" is the entire amount of the reservation and hidden service fees, which comes to more than $1630. The rate booked through Guest Reservation is 2X hotel's published rate. I can not cancel and get my full refund. This company is a 100% scam. I am seeking FBI and fraud protection agency's help now to recover my loss.

We stayed there for my husband's birthday. Based on my request, the team has decorated the room in a very nice way. Miss.Meriem was very helpful in setting everything up in the best way based on our conversation through just emails. Great service.
They make you enter your card details first, and they hide the fees they charge until you click on the "Complete Reservation" button then...Bam!,they rob you
They have one-sided terms and conditions fees, with no refund policy. They are crafted thieves so stay away from them. Prior to booking, they stated Airport pick up but same is not stated on their receipt.
They spoofed the hotel website and made me believe that I was booking directly with the hotel. This is criminal act, a crafted scam.
Their rates are 3X higher than others.

They will damage your brand with their thievery.

This site should be shut down and any positive reviews are fake. They charge three times taxes and fees as any other site and argue if you question. Fees and taxes should have been $25. They charged $81 claiming it is standard for third party. Checked other sites and it isn't. Complete scam and when you call they just read script over and over and tell you supervisor is engaged with other callers.

I read the reviews before we make reservations and I'm sorry I desagree with them. The room was dirty, trash in the trash cans were not emptied. Bilal the front desk staff went above and beyond helping us. We asked for a different room because of foul odor in room. He switched us and helped us carry luggage upstairs. I left my ear pods in the room and he returned them to me the next day. Really appreciate this young man
