I have been a member since they started years ago. Back then the customer service was great and very helpful. Just like every other company that started with nothing they needed their customers now that they have grown the loyal customers that got them started are pushed to the side. All I wanted to do was exchange a Jacket I bought that still had the tags and never worn for a different one that was $30 less. However, my jacket was outside the return time frame, which was never the procedure when I first became a member. So I will not buy anything else from them and will also spread the word. Good luck with your future, as you can see by customer reviews, you're not going in the right direction..
Ordered for the very first time and now I sadly have to say it will also be my last time. I've followed this brand for a long time now and love what they stand for but after receiving my dream hoodie I washed it on cold and dried it on little to no heat and it still came out incredibly shrunk. I understand things shrink after the first wash but it went from an XL to literally medium at best. I couldn't believe it so I sent a very heartfelt and respectful email to customer service and the response I got was clearly cut and pasted kinda like all of their responses on this site. I'll probably get the typical response after posting this lol. They are basically telling me that I can return or exchange it but I will have to be responsible for their restocking fee. Wtf?! Not hey sorry let's go ahead and resend you a new replacement and send back the shrunken one. It was more like a pre written email they send everyone else regardless of the reason for the complaint. So what do I do now? Send it back? Pay for shipping and restocking and get a damn near nothing refund or send it back to exchange and still have to pay the same fees and wait for the new one to arrive eventually?! Honestly I'm getting more upset writing this because they won't care nor do anything else to rectify the situation. They started out as a good brand with good values and now that they have the popularity they do what every other brand does. They produce low quality items in the hopes that their faithful fan base will just accept it. As a Veteran I will not support this company any further. Most people warring their gear are non service members anyways larping and pretending. I'm done because this review wont make any difference anyways.

Placed an order on June 4th, their website said it would arrive before Father's Day. Well it's June 10th and my order still says "unfulfilled". Their chat doesn't work on the site, I've sent an email with no response and I even called the number they have listed and it was sketchy AF. I'll be filing a chargeback and hopefully get my $80

I ordered a few t-shirts on May 12th 2025, because I liked the designs. Unfortunately as of the writing of this, May 20th 2025, I still have not received my shirts. I spoke with a customer service person who states they have not sent it to fulfillment yet that it takes 72 hours from the time of purchase. And that she would upgrade my delivery from standard shipping. However it would take 6 business days to get this package still. I do not recommend buying from them as they have more orders than they can fill, or they are a complete scam all together.

I ordered a hoodie on April 2nd. Delivery date was pushed back TWICE. It is now the 16th, and this jacked up company has stolen my money and wasted my time. Customer service processed a reshipment but that hasn't arrived yet either, and of course they provided no reliable tracking information. This company is a joke.

If a reshipment was created you should have received an email with the new order number as well as information letting you know to contact us a few days later so we can provide you with the tracking information. Ridiculously long shipping times, ordered on the 11th here it is the 21st and it's still multiple days away. I paid extra for quicker shipping. A we don't care attitude, even after you pay for express shipping. Lack of customer service and professionalism. Great idea, poorly executed.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I have spent over 1k with this company since 2023. I order every holiday and specialty items and all my husbands work shirts from here. On January 10,2025 I got a notification for a new Valentine's Day shirt. In 2024 I was diagnosed with advanced cancer and my husband and I did not get to have a Valentine's Day date or anything due to my treatment. To celebrate this year, I ordered him a shirt and me a hoodie. When they arrived, my husband's shirt was a 3x and not an xl. I immediately called the company and asked for a replacement, believing it would be delivered in time to wear for Valentine's Day I took the required pictures for them and they sent out another t shirt but in the email the rep said there was no way to track a replacement shipment. We checked the locked mail box daily and it never made it. Finally when it was not here by Valentine's Day, I called grunt style only to get a message that the entire company was in a meeting. I followed the instructions on the voicemail and sent an email asking for a refund on the tshirt because it was useless at this point. This was a 23 dollar request. They basically insinuated I was lying and magically produced a tracking link that they had previously said did not exist. Regardless of the link, it was NEVER delivered. I have never had an issue with them before but giving me pushback on a 23 dollar item when I've never asked for a refund or an exchange before is just bad business practices. They are telling me the only option ( in a very poorly worded email which makes me believe they are outsourcing) is to send it and require an adult signature or to return the product that I DO NOT have for a refund. Why didn't they require a signature or send tracking info when they reshipped it the first time they messed the order up? Bottom line- if you have a problem you will not be taken care of by this company
I do apologize for any confusion caused. When the reshipment was created, you were informed that the system would not automatically send the tracking but you could contact us a few days later and we would send you the tracking. You did not contact us until after the order was marked as delivered. Since it was marked as delivered we cannot issue a refund but we can reship an item or issue you a discount code for what you paid for the item. Long time customer but Grunt Style is now an utter failure, lack of inventory when the site list available, took over 30 days to only receive a partial shipment, customer service failed in every regard. Grunt offers excuses, and mission failure. I'm done with this poorly managed company. Using my Grunt shirts in my dog kennel. Hooya!

Just like the previous reviews, I am not ordering from Grunt Style again and am advising everyone I know to not order from them. We ordered a large order near the end of November because of their Black Friday sale, thinking it was plenty of time to arrive before Christmas. After a week of no updates, my wife sent another email to customer service and received a response a few days later saying to provide them more time because of the increase in the amount of orders. After waiting another week, we received no responses or updates. If you try to call their customer service line, it only rings. Then with only a week before Christmas, I received an email saying that the company policy is to ship everything out at once and that two of my items were unable to ship (one was sold out and discontinued and the other was on backorder for a month). I asked for a refund for the discontinued item and an update if my order will arrive by Christmas. I received my refund for the discontinued items about 2 days later (thanks a lot Grunt), but no response regarding the rest of my items. The day before Christmas I got excited because I received a USPS update with an order # thinking maybe a rushed shipment to makeup for the lack of communication. To no surprise I clicked on the update order # to only see that an order for the shipment was placed through USPS, but nothing was processed or picked-up. It is now December 27th, a month from my order, no apologies or explanation, and my order has still not shipped or even left the warehouse. I have no idea when I will receive this order. It's companies like this that give "American Made" a bad rep. It's a real shame because like many other reviews, I was a fan buying their clothes from third party stores like Bucee's and thought I could give more of my support by buying directly from the company. Guess I was wrong, but what I will be doing is warning everyone to steer clear from this company and writing to Bucees asking them to carry a more honest brand. That's fine if a small brand or company needs more time to ship or fulfill orders, but the lack of communication, lack of regard for all the Christmas gift orders, and still not shipping out my order a month later, all the while I am still receiving emailed advertisements from the company leading up to Christmas about last minute gift ideas and deals just reeks of a scam.

Ordered on Dec 3rd, here we are on the 19th, still not shipped. Customer service is a joke, they tell you to give them a couple more days, and won't communicate after that. Try to call, sit on ignore forever listening to Medal of Honor stories.

CUSTOMER SERVICE SAID THERE WAS AN ERROR BUT ASSURED ME SHE SENT IT TO FULFILLMENT AND IT WOULD BE SHIPPED IN 24 TO 72 HOURS. DECEMEBER 16TH ORDER STILL NOT SHIPPED. NOW THE ITEMS ARE OUT OF STOCK AND COMPANY SAYS THEY WILL NOT SHIP ANYTHING UNTIL THEY HAVE THE COMPLETE ORDER. THEY DO NOT KNOW WHEN THEY WILL HAVE THE HOODIES BACK IN STOCK THAT IT COULD TAKE SEVERAL MONTHS WITH THE HOLIDAYS. I BOUGHT A WINTER COAT AND HOODIES SORRY BUT I DO NOT NEED THESE IN THE SUMMER OR WHENEVER YOUR COMPANY DECIDES.

Placed an order December 3rd, order still showing Unfulfilled, tried chat this morning and got a response Hello, One moment please. That was 25 minutes ago now.
Just got a typical excuse: I sincerely apologize for the delay with your order as this is not our usual standard. We typically process our orders within 24-72 business hours after the order has been placed. At this time your order information has been passed along to our fulfillment team to get this shipped as soon as possible.
We unfortunately have experienced a delay in our fulfillment department with all of the back-to-back holidays, as well as we have encountered issues with our inventory system.
Our team is working hard getting all orders out as quickly as possible although we understand that this in no way is an excuse for the delay, but we assure you that we are doing what we can to get your order shipped. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
If you can't keep up with the volume then STOP ALL THE SALES! All you are doing is making your customers irate.

Placed an order, after 3 weeks, I contacted them about not receiving it, they said it had not shipped because some items were out of stock. I told them to replace them with other items, out of stock. Asked for a refund, very rudely told no.
I do apologize for any frustration or confusion caused. All but the one unavailable item did ship in a timely manor but was lost in transit. We did create a reshipment and the majority of that reshipment was shipped this morning 12/2. Unfortunately one of the items is no longer available but we have contacted you via email in regards to this. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
The worst customer service I have received in a long time. I ordered XL, and received shirts that are labeled Xl but a quite a bit larger. So instead of straight up exchanging the pack of shirts they required that I send pictures of the shirts with a measuring tape to show how big they are. Then the pictures weren't good enough because they were wrinkled, however, even with the wrinkles they are bigger than their normal XL. If they don't resolve my issue, I will not be buying anything else from them. They have no loyalty for their customers.
Even your response is BS. The professional thing to say when someone calls with an issue about your product would be "I'm sorry to hear that, let's see if we can find a product of ours that works for you". Not we don't trust you so we are going to make you measure our product that we said was a certain size and wasn't. And there is nothing we can do for you unless you layout our product flat with absolutely no wrinkles and provide pictures with the measurements. What company pulls that crap on customers that have bought over $1k in tshirts from them and are walking free advertising. The professionalism of this company is beyond horrible.
Look at your other reviews on this site, SIZING IS INCONSISTENT. I'm not the first one to complain about the sizing.
I do apologize for any frustration caused. In order for us to treat the items as defective we do need the items to be laid flat as well as the tape measure. Unfortunately the items as well as the tape measure were not laid out flat which makes it difficult to determine if they are measuring correctly. If we receive the pictures as requested and they are not measuring as the size chart states, we will be more than happy to get you taken care of.
Order was not received because I had it shipped to PO BOX;UPS does not deliver to PO BOX, UPS would not allow me to pick up because they have policy that says SENDER must authorize pick up.
Called grunt style to call UPS or coordinate with them to allow me to pick up order at local distribution center where package was still at (per my call with UPS & tracking info).
Grunt Style has policy not to allow Customer Service to have any kind of interaction with package carrier, i.e. Nobody is responsible, but everyone works there.
You make of this interaction what you will, but I **SADLY** will not order again.

As the recipient you should be able to go to the UPS location that has your package and pick up your package. I ordered 2 shirts for my husband and I can't even create an account to check my order progress. When I get account activation email it just sends me back to the website with nothing confirming my activation. The arrival date in the tracking number keeps changing. I wanted to support their products because of BKFC but, not sure I will order from them again.

I absolutely love grunt style, their products, their dedication to veterans, and their customer service. I have ordered numerous items and wear them year round regardless of the theme of the item. I highly recommend them to everyone I can. They have a lifetime customer!

It took one phone call and two emails and it was done. I have of their shirts and they stand by their products. Several years later I used the, "Beer Guarantee" and with no hassle I got the shirts replace or a credit to get another shirt. At all time they were polite, patient and professional. Outstanding Job!
