I left a review elsewhere and they were all over it trying to say they are wanting to help and they will exchange the products. Then they tell me I HAVE TO PAY to exchange. Haha. We wont order from then anymore. Buyer beware.
Bought three shirts all same size and none of them fit the same. Reached out to the customer service and they wanted me to take pictures with the tape measure. I can only actually wear one of their shirts.

From a company that had me from the start
I have bought MANY items from GruntStyle in the past and had a 50% satisfactory rate. Lately, their products have fallen short of something that is of quality. I have had t-shirts that after a handful of washes, the neck band has lost its elasticity and are just stretched out. Same can be said about their hats with the elastic bands in them. I have also had a couple of hoodies that the front pocket stitching has come apart with little effort (in the wash).
When I reached out about 1 of the items, to inquire into a defect or a known issue, I was simply referred to their return policy. I didn't want a return, just an acknowledgement of if there was a known issue with the product. I have found their return policy isn't customer friend to begin with.
Regardless... I am left with the question of - is GS outsourcing to countries with cheaper quality and cheaper labor, so they can capitalize on the profits? I have really lost faith in this company and have started looking into other companies with similar products.

Ordered over $400 in this order of T-shirts. Quality serious declined. Worldly honor a price decrease on all items purchased. They all went on sale in the same week. They wouldn't honor the price. I am returning everything. Horrible company terrible service disgusting product quality

As a Veteran I like supporting vet owned small businesses. That being said me and my buddies probably spent over $2000+ on GS merchandise over the years since they first started. However, a recent purchase really pissed me off. Why are you guys not shopping with major logistics companies anymore and using an inferior one called Pitney Bowes? Before they used to ship within a few days and if I ordered on Monday, I would get it by Friday that same week. Now it's been over 2 weeks and going into 3. I've wanted to wear the shorts I purchased from GS for a vet ruck March but now I couldn't. My order is Order #GS*******. Please look into this. I live in NYC and it's stuck in NJ for the past two days and it's not even that far away. Hopefully you're not pulling the dumb stuff Combat Iron Apparel clothing did by relying heavily on Veterans who are more likely to support your business because many businesses do become arrogant once they become big and forget where they came from. I have gotten packages from overseas faster than what Grunt Style uses. And from I've seen in other reviews about the quality of their products, I can definitely see why people are super not pleased with having to pay shipping to correct Grunt Style's mistake. Now I don't own a Veteran clothing and accessory company, but if I did, I probably would choose the slowest shipping method possible.

We were just at Pigeon Forge TN, last Thursday May 25,2023 where we go every year at least once annually. I saw the Grunt Style store in the Tanger Outlet and decided to take a look see. I picked up a hat and went to counter to purchase. The clerk said there was a 20% off sale and I asked about law enforcement discount. We had just went to other stores and they had 50% off plus they honored the 10% law enforcement discount so I thought I would ask. The bearded clerk held true to the name Grunt and became agitated with me right off the bat. He loudly said no, and the entire store of shoppers all turned now looking at me. I told him what the other stores just did, and he loudly responded, we can remove the 20% off and give you the 10% discount in a smart A$$ tone, how's that. He was being smug and rude disrespectful to my 20+ years of public service. My prior service was as a engineer in DOD / DARPA military weapons but I admitted I had not served in the military armed forces. The clerk grabbed a hat that he said was marked down. I did purchase that hat as it fit what I was somewhat looking for. My wife said after we left the store, why did you not just walk out and not purchase anything? I did not want to give this clerk for lack of a better name the satisfaction of what he was doing. I have worked with many of his type and know how they are. His couple years of service whatever it was is nowhere close to what all I have done, and I know that, plus I get a pension check every month that I doubt he gets. I don't think Grunt would be happy with this type of customer service, but I really don't know the culture of the business except for this one experience I had. Maybe I was just part of the clerk bad day I don't know?

Took my money to only a week and a half later (and I had to call them).say my items are out of stock.The wanted to know if I wanted store credit,or pick something else. I'm still waiting for my money back...

I purchased in good faith, on the quoted delivery date even allowing for an extra few days just because… Well package is five days late and now I have to pay for shipping to have it returned to me since the person I was sending it to was only there on vacation. The company offered me a big ole' 10$ Gift card. I doubt I will spend more $$ on GRUNT anything!

I purchased 4 items from them over 2 weeks ago. It is not the first time I have bought their merch. Their tracking link wasn't updating at all, I knew my package was lost. They refused to even look into it until after 5 business days had passed. Due to Presidents Day 5 business days was actually 11 calendar days. I finally followed up after the 5 business days and they agreed then, my package is indeed lost (told you so). They even admitted to me in the first communication that their shipping company isn't very good and does not communicate with them. Then why are you using them? The problem now is 2 of my 4 items are now out of stock and I can't get them. Nice. Maybe had you addressed this the first time I reached out to you I could have gotten what I ordered. Now they want me to pick new items OR they will send me a gift card. BS! No offer of refunding me? I don't think so. Your business model doesn't know the first thing about how customer service works. I bought and paid for my items. YOU or your shipping agent lost them. Why is that MY problem? Successful businesses know not to make their shortfalls the customers problem. You don't tell me that I have to find a replacement item or take a gift card, you ASK ME if I would like to do that OR have a refund. I like your product but the way you handled this I will NEVER buy from you again. EVER.
First, I want to apologize for any confusion or frustration that was caused these issues. We do ask customers to wait the 5 business days once the tracking stops updating so that it can be labeled a stale label.
The reason we ask you to wait is because sometimes the package will end up being delivered with the tracking not updating at all. Sometimes it will deliver and the tracking updates all at once. Unfortunately, some of your items were last chance items and that is why were not able to reship them. I am more than happy to create the reshipment order with the two replacement items and I have reached out to you via email to get you taken care of.
BUYER BEWARE! If Grunt Style ships a FAULTY, not as described product, YOU ARE required to PAY to ship the faulty item back! Yes- the customer is responsible for grunt style's mistakes. I ordered my size based on THEIR size chart and the zip up does NOT even come close to their measurements.
Even after sending the countless photos as they requested, showing the discrepancy on their website size chart vs a photo of their fault item under a ruler, they still said I am responsible to pay to ship it back.
Again- YOU, the customer, must pay for their mistakes.
Their customer service is no better than talking to an automated phone system.
I love to support veterans and small business but this company does not do right by the consumer.
I would expect this from a government run company, not grunt style.
Reply to GS- Your response is exceptionally misleading. Through NUMEROUS emails, I said I would gladly ship the item back. You did do a spot check after MULTIPLE pictures were sent (see above), you admitted your sizing chart was wrong, removed the chart from your website, and then still told me I was responsible for paying to ship the item back in order to get a refund. What a joke of a company. I ordered from YOUR size chart and the women's small fit my 72lb niece perfectly.
You offering a gift card, is only forcing me to spend more money on another misrepresented item of GS. Instead of giving me a $10 gift card, why not just do the right thing, pay the $10 to ship your misrepresented product back and issue a refund to hopefully retain customers? This is why you have all these heinous reviews. I only wish I saw them all sooner but hopefully this review helps others.
Fortunately my bank agreed when I contested the charges.
I do understand your frustration. We did offer to do a spot check on these and send you one that measured out correctly or to receive a gift card for what you paid. It is clearly stated on our website that in order to receive a refund for an item you received, even if it is defective, you must send the item back. Since you did not want the replacement item or the gift card you would need to send this back to us to receive a refund.
I ordered a present 2 weeks in advanced. It is now a couple days before the big day, and I find it was never received. I called Grunt Style early this morning. I was told that one of the items was on back order so the entire order was delayed. I told them that I was never notified, and I would have cancelled that item because it was a gift. He apologized and said they would rush and get it out today. The day is over, and it still has not been shipped.
From now on, I will only buy grunt style t shirts. They are very helpful when you contact them and the guarantee is the best. Bought 3 shirts for Christmas and they were a little on the small side. I sent them back and they exchanged them no questions asked. Thanks Grunt style!

Ordered 2 items in error,Grunt would allow return but costs was $9.95 on an item costing 29.95.They advised me they did not receive my e/mail in time to stop shipping, this was incorrect had sent the night before shipping? Ordered 2 women's hoodies in small but the sizes are very different. After asking for photos and measurements they inform me that the sizing is correct. Now I get to pay shipping to return them? I will not be buying anything from them again.

As for the other hoodie it is possible that is a different style but based on the picture I cannot tell. I placed my order on 12/15/2022 with the website promising guaranteed shipping for orders $69 and over delivered by Christmas. My order wasn't shipped until 12/19/2022
They used DHL eCommerce and the shipping still hasn't updated, it gives a USPS tracking number that still says they are awaiting the package. I contacted the company on 12/22/2022 advising of the tracking issue and they responded back on 12/24/2022 advising to wait 3 BD and contact them again. They blamed the shipping company they chose. I emailed them again 12/28/2022 and they still have not responded. I wish I had never spent the money because it seems like I'll never get my husband's Christmas present.

Customer service is terrible. Ordered shirts in November for Christmas and here it is 12/28 and still no shirts. Wrote several emails with no response. Finally called and was told its shippers fault not GS. Now 1 of the shirts is not in stock and they only offered a sorry and store credit. Terrible terrible customer service. Customer service complained too many emails they cannot answer everyone and also very hard to contact by phone. Now my shirts will not ship until after the 30th due to inventory. SO YES AGAIN LATE AND WILL NOT RECEIVE UNTIL AFTER JAN 1ST. Never again for me to order here again. Typical company that grew too fast and is more worried about the profits coming in then taking time to worry about customer service.

Ordered weeks ago. The item was never pulled for shipping. This company expects you to buy, give money for no product to be shipped. They just take your money and absolutely no communication. That's what I expected from a company ran by men.
