I ordered food from their site, the restaurant didn't have what I ordered, they waited 30 minutes to call me to tell me they didn't have what I ordered. So they cancelled my order after 30 MINUTES ARE YOU KIDDING ME

I just had the worst experience with Grubhub. Ordered from Vitality Bowls in Denver, fantastic place, and an hour after my order was placed and confirmed with Grubhub through email I received a call from Vitality saying they had tried Grubhub three times over the phone and there was still not a driver assigned to our order. ONE FULL HOUR later, there is not a driver assigned. This is your business model, Grubhub, literally, this is what you do... assign drivers to online food orders to make your customers' lives easier and to bring business to local restaurants. I then choose to call Grubhub and after waiting on hold for 32 minutes, we drove to Vitality Bowls to pick up our order which they graciously remade for us. In the process they recommended we only use UberEats as this was the second identical instance they had with Grubhub within the last week where a driver was not assigned. I never had a representative come back on the phone from Grubhub, giving up. I have lived in NYC and used Seamless with fantastic results. I have used Grubhub many times in Denver, and while never measuring up to Seamless, it did the trick... until now. Grubhub, you and your lack of customer service have lost a customer, and have gained a dissenter to every person and business I speak with that deals with delivery and takeout.

LOUSY SERVICE!

Ordered a meal online and confirmed the order. I find out 45 minutes later the restaurant is CLOSED! I called grub hub and was put on hold for 5 minutes. They come back and say sorry no one is answering. We will cancel your order. THATS IT! REALLY! Customer care team needs to reevaluate their training in order to add actual customer care!

If I could rate below one star I would. We have used this service at least 20 times and have given them chance after chance. Overtime we are missing an item or they are not communicating the notes to the restaurant correctly. Typically it is Tropical Grill Cafe in Alpharetta. I blame the restaurant however Grubhubs Customer Services is not helpful. They are rude and they REFUSE to refund items that are missing or incorrect. Tonight both Grubhub refused and Tropical Grill Cafe refused, so we paid for 5 people to et an only 4 were able to eat. Of course the mom made sure everyone ate. HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY Grubhub and Tropical Grill Cafe, the mom did not eat tonight.

I ordered online and the restaurant called telling me they didn't have the item available to order that day and they cancelled the order. The charge went through still and I've been back and forth with this Eat24 trying to get a refund. First and last time using this company for ordering food.

I orders bbq through grubhub the woman took half our order took our brisket from the container pretty much too half of our food and we called $#*!eys to see where our food was the manager had personally packaged our food and he said everything was in the bag and it shouldve arrived but it didnt.

This company is a fraud! I ordered 3 salads from them. It was never delivered. They do not have a customer service phone number. When I emailed them, they indicated that the delivery man was not able to get a hold of me so they left after 5 minuets. Meantime, my phone was right next to me. No missed call! They were extremely rude and refused to refund me my money! I have friends who have had similar experiences. I've erased their app and will be spreading the word to whom ever will listen! Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service! DO NOT USE!

Have used grubhub twice, over both orders we have been shorted over 50 dollars worth of food, the second time we ordered the food was completely mixed up, half of what i wanted in half of what my wife wanted. Feel like i have been robbed... twice.

We placed our order at 10am, knowing it would be a busy day, with delivery set for noon. Noon comes and goes. We check the website for tracking to see that the delivery is set for 12:10-12:20 or 12:35-12:45. We call GrubHub only to find out that our order was canceled. GrubHub dispatch cancelled our order without letting anyone know! I even received an email and text stating the order was being placed and on the way from GrubHub. I am extremely disappointed in the service and will not be using them again. There are so many other delivery services out there. GrubHub is not worth the hassle.

After waiting for over an hour, I get a notification that they cancelled my order due to delivery issues. I had been tracking my order beforehand and it said that my order was being made. Clearly, someone (delivery person?) kept my food!

I called them and they put me on hold for about 10 minutes, then hung up on me. I called back and then said that there was no delivery person to deliver. Couldn't they have figured that out before making the food and having me wait?

It was my first and last time that I'll be using this service.

Horrible!

I placed an order 2 days in advance online on grubhub, and the delivery needed to happen within a small window between exams. Grubhub did not provide the order to the restaurant until after the delivery time that was scheduled, and we did not get the delivery in time. I will never use this service again and I will not recommend this to anybody.

I had ordered something at one restaurant, then was called saying that they no longer served a certain item, so they cancelled my order and asked me to change my order up a bit. I did so, but GrubHub "cancelled" that order. I got a coupon for $5 from both cancellations, but no reimbursement. (Keep in mind it hasn't been 3-5 business days just yet) I buy from another restaurant and an hour later hear knocking at the door. The other place brought me the food I ordered from my second attempt, and I had to tell them that GrubHub cancelled my order. They were not made aware of this. I call technical support, she says their system is messed up and needs to call me back. She calls me back saying to expect an email confirming my reimbursement. It has been almost two hours and I've received no such email.

I ordered BBQ for my husband's birthday dinner. Two hours after I placed the order via Grubhub, I finally found a phone number to call to check on my order. After locating it in the system, the representative told me my order had been cancelled by Grubhub, not the restaurant. He said I should have received an email. No explanation. Not acceptable! We will never use Grubhub again.

NEVER EVER EVER order from them! WORST idea!
Waited 3 hours, contacted them, and they said "should be about 10mins"--- waited another half an hour, contacted them, and they called us telling us we will get a refund (still waiting for my money back) and that they are "sorry". Didnt even tell us the food was being delayed or ANYTHING.

I have been ordering from Grubhub for a while now with no problems, but tonight couldn't pay for it through PayPal. I like to use my PayPal. It kept circling. I refreshed over and over until I finally said to hell with it. I ordered through eat24 and it went right through. Their gain is your loss. If it happens again I will not come back.

I tried to use it for the first time today and ordered about $60 worth of food. The confirmed delivery time was 45-60 mins after I order. After 1.5 hours of waiting for food, I called the restaurant and they told me to call Eat24 as that is the service that organizes the delivery. When I message Eat24, they tell me that the delivery service had declined to deliver my order (it was just sushi, if that matters). I asked what delivery service they used and they said they had no idea? This was super unprofessional as they didn't let me know until I asked about it 1.5 hours after I ordered and then they just canceled my order. Awful.

This place Sucks! I left a million Texted messages about my gate code and everything els, was the biggest WASTE OF MY TIME 8:12 TO 10:30 and called 3 times that was BS...
