I order lrge catfish dinner. The food was warm. I didn't receive any hot sauce or mild sauce, bread or,. Napkins, Will not order from them again. Sharks fish and chicken on Madison in cggo.

For some reason, Grubhub's system refuses to acknowledge the address I have lived at for over seven years as a legitimate address. When I learned this, several years ago, I chose to give my business to Foodler, which, like Amazon, UPS, FedEx, and other services, manages to understand where my house is, and deliver mail/food there.

Unfortunately, GrubHub recently absorbed Foodler.

Reluctantly, I started a food order, and discovered that they still don't acknowledge my address, giving me an error message and "correcting" my address to the next town over.

Their first response to my request to fix the issue was to tell me that everything was fine, I just didn't know my own address. Their second response was to tell me that the problem was that I needed to clear my cache, which I did, even though it was totally irrelevant to the problem. When this didn't work, either, they suggested I just use a different address, and give instructions to delivery drivers on how to get from the wrong address the proper one. At no point did they attempt to fix the problem on their end.

Reading the reviews on an assortment of sites, this is in line with their incompetent, rude customer service department.

Each response was from a different employee, even if it was just ten minutes after the previous e-mail.

My request for them to delete my account was "We do not have the ability to delete diner accountsbeing an online merchant, we have to keep record of any orders that have been placed on our site. Were sorry for any inconvenience this may cause." which is not applicable as I've never actually been able to order through their site, so there is no history to preserve.

NEVER AGAIN!

Will never use again. Ordered $100 worth of food and was supposed to receive a free gallon of tea. Didn't get the tea and when I called grubHub, I was offered a discount on my next order. I told them this was not sufficient as I had people waiting to eat and we needed the tea. The grubHub girl said she would call me back. Two hours later and no call. I called the restaurant and they stated they told grubHub they would give us two gallons and asked for the driver to go back. Needless to say, they didn't go back nor have the decency to call me and let me know.

I call to talk to a supervisor and have to explain the whole situation to the person who answers the phone. I then get put on hold for over 10 minutes and had to put them on hold to handle a work issue; however, we have music on hold so they knew I had not hung up. Yet, they hung up on me.

I called back and they said they do not redeliver missing orders. What a crock of BS. The missing order was THEIR fault but they won't deliver it?

TERRIBLE

I have never been so angry about an online order ever. This is an awful site and terrible service all together. I ordered my food and it only came to my door steps two hours later. Also there was food spilt and the food was cold. The order was completely messed up they put in all the wrong things. Cannot believe how awful this experience was. I truly wish i had read the reviews beforehand because then i would've spent my $52 elsewhere

They take your money they dont deliver the food and they wait over an hour or more to cancel. Then they lie and say the restaurant was closed when obviously that is completely false. I have 3 refunds that I havent received yet. They are incompetent, liars. Beware!

Just... don't

I don't order food for delivery much, but in the last week i have done so twice, thru E24.

I'm not sure why i repeated business with E24 after my 2 hour wait and missing item (while they did credit me the item, i was so hangry by the time my cold food arrived... minus one dish) ugh

Then last night i ordered again. As was true the first time, the order took way longer than quoted, with no updates provided. Until i chatted with someone. I had to chat with them for over 20 minutes. Received, finally, cold food and no discount... them blaming it on the restaurant. Which now i understand. As this is not a well oiled machine like grubhub or other (postmates, etc). In both instances, the delivery person was from the resto, making E24, a pretty unnecessary and annoying conduit. Im done.

Horrible Service

Wednesday Night (10/11/17) I ordered food from a restaurant at 4:45 PM. I received a call from GrubHub at 5:45 (about 10 minutes after the original expected delivery time) and was told a driver had "accidentally" cleared the order, and that it was placed again, and I should receive my order by 6:15. I understand that accidents happen, so I didn't make a fuss about it.
However, 7:15 rolls around and I STILL do not have my food. I messaged them on their "online chat" and was told that someone was on their way with my food, and that it would be there shortly. I was also told that I'd be credited "$10". I waited until almost 8:00 and called again, only to be hung up. My driver FINALLY arrived at 8:25, and said she didn't even receive an alert of the order until 7:45. My pizza was ICE cold, and my salad was soggy.
I have never had an issue with them before this, but after waiting almost 4 HOURS for my food, I will not use them again. I am very disappointed in their lack of care or service.

I should have read the reviews first.
To make a long story short, ordered food at 7:26pm. It is 9:07pm and food isn't here yet.
I even got a call from the restaurant I ordered from to say the food has been sitting for an hour, and I shouldn't use Grubhub, they do this all the time.
Stay away from Grubhub.

Food NEVER arrives.

This is the worst company for food delivery. Most of the time they either don't have drivers to deliver the food or the restaurant doesn't get their order from Grubhub or the restaurant(their client) closes business and never tells Grubhub or other plethora of excuses they give me. Four consecutive times I have called and each time there is a problem. Geeeeze, why do I come back to give these guys a second chance... I should just stay ordring from Uber Eats. The latter has so much better and CONSISTENT service.

Yikes. I thought I would for sure be the only one with issues. Clearly not. It took 2 hours for my pizza to arrive. It was a small, personal pizza with a side of fries. The delivery time got pushed back several times until finally it was delivered completely cold 2 hours later. I called and got prompt service, and they offered a refund. I guess we will see if I get it... stick to UberEATS

Never Got my Order

Figured something was wrong with my order since the delivery time kept changing so I did the online chat with Jonathon F to find out where my order was. First I was told that the driver was picking up my order and it would be to me shortly (over 90 minutes after ordering it) they even change the status page to show that it was being picked up. Well I find out that the store was actually closed so when they say on the website that they have sent the order to the store and that it was confirmed it is... Then they offered me some stupid Grub credits and told me I wasn't going to get my food... Oppps Sorry No food for you... Will never use this site again. Have easily ordered from them 20 times and at least every third time it gets screwed up...

Don't Do It!

Do not, I repeat do not order from Yelps Eat24. I ordered lunch for my office today, excited about some Pho. I ordered, money came out of my account (pending but it's the same thing, unusable money) and the order never went through. I called the Pho place and he didn't see my order and what's worse is they don't even do businnes with Yelp or Eat24. I called Yelp who gave me Eat24's # and you might as well cut your loses because the customer service is just $#*!! I would give a negative star if I could. This was my first and only time using Yelp Eat24 to order food. Garbage!

I have thirty (30) minutes for lunch; my order NEVER arrived! No, I didn't say that it was late or incomplete I said never. While the tracker indicated that my order had been delivered, it never was and the worst part about it was is that Grub Hub WOULD NOT REFUND MY MONEY! Absolutely deplorable!

I HATE Grub Hi

Absolute worst customer service. I placed an order trying to use a GH gift card, and instead they charged my credit card (which they insisted I put in my profile - even though I had a $100.00 gift card). Then when i contacted customer service, they claim there is no way they can credit my cc and take it off my gift card. What kind of company refuses to let you use a gift card unless you give them your cc information? Oh, I know, a company that will charge your cc, even when you try to use a gift card. What if a person doesn't have a cc? Your gift of a gift card would be useless. I will never use Grub Hub again, and would discourage anyone from ever supporting such a shady company.

Horrible customer service. Consistently gets orders wrong, including missing items, then refuses to refund. Apparently, GrubHub thinks it has the right to take a customer's money, regardless of whether it upholds its end of the bargain. Not cool. Not cool at all.

So first the order was said to be prepared at 6:09 pm with your food should be there soon. 7:30PM 1/2 the food arrives and is luke warm which is alright they had to drive here. But then you call them and the only option is to get a refund for the food. Wait didnt i just tip you 7 dollars and you couldnt make sure my order was correct okay driver i dont know what you thought the tip was for it sure wasnt for not bringing me all my food. So i get 17 dollars back as a refund how do i know well when i said i wanted a refund the first costumer service agent hung up on on me. So when i called back the next person let me know what the first did. Unwilling to refund tip and delivery charge. Pick up Sticks messed the order up and wasnt willing to fix the problem either I eat there 3 times a week that just changed. Finally 3rd times the charm i finally got my tip and delivery fee refunded online. In the time it would have taken me to go get the food myself i would have saved 20 bucks and 2 hours so i wouldnt ever suggest you use grubhub unless you hate yourself and want to screw up your night

Have used this setvice a number of times. Mist recently ordered from them st 5:01PM and due to the restraunt not getting my irder correctly ended up waiting to about 6:45PM for our food. Cakkex customer service # she strughkex to find my order even after I gave her my order# and email. Finslly she found my information. Inky got a Gee sorry about that answer. No attempt at all to compensate me with food, a discount or refund. Very very poor cvustomer service. Will nit use them again

Great Customer Service

I put an order through GrubHub (first time customer) and my phone had died. I paid with debit and tip 20%. It was an hour wait and I was putting my baby to sleep. Lost track of time and charged my phone around the time they said they would be coming. I had a few missed calls and messages. My mouth had been watering for a "Pepino Loco" from Neveria Y Fruteria Albertico's Ice Cream here in Sacramento, CA. I was so upset because I thought he left (15 min after arrival time). I called the number back and he was still at our apartment complex & I explained to him what happened and everything, he was so understanding and if I had more cash on me to tip him I would've done so! Great business!

Worst ever
October 6, 2017

I have been waiting for grub hub for over 2 hours and still waiting. The place is less than 10 miles away. The last time I had this issue they gave me a $5 freegrub and it expired in less then three hours after receiving the discount and everything was closed. Grubhub you suck!
