Wally the cook really took care of us. He apologized for the wait even though we arrived early. He also let my daughter test the quality if the fries. The chicken goes without saying... so so tasty.
Placed an order for two, from Cold Stone. When the order arrived, surprise, surprise, I received the wrong order. I called Cold Stone and mentioned I received the wrong order. The Manager was very gracious and gave me the number to Grub Hub to receive a refund. It was very difficult to get thru to Grub Huba on the phone. I waited, to long, on the phone for someone to pick up and when someone finally did, of course they were from the outer reaches of a foreign country. Horrible communication. I explained what happened and they explained they will issue a refund and it should get the refund in approx. 5 to 10 business days. Haven't seen a refund yet and it's been about 3 weeks, going on 4 weeks. Grub Hub get a clue - your Customer Service is horrendous and your service is way to expensive. Plus, once an order is placed and there are request, such as no pickles or mayo, that request must be another department, because any request I have made have always been ignored. Bye, Bye Grub Hub!
I love the restaurant that I had ordered food from and my husband and I had been looking forward to our order. So much so that we waited more than an hour to then be told that our order had never been picked up. Mind you I had called twice before to just ask what the status was since there was no update on my screen. The first time I waited until the later delivery time which was 10:09pm. I called and was told the new delivery time would be by 10:30pm. I waited until then and gave another 10 minutes until calling a second time to check on an update. They then said that the driver was 10 minutes away from my house. The third time I called after 12 minutes and was told that on their screen the driver was 7 minutes away so I asked them to call to verify a live time. I was then finally told that the driver said the restaurant was closed. What? Of course it's already closed by this time. MEANING THEY DIDN'T EVEN HAVE OUR FOOD AND THE PAST CALLS I HAD MADE I WAS LIED TO. Horrible experience, waste of freaking time. I had placed my order at 8:30pm, more than an hour before the restaurant closed. I wish I had called the actual restaurant instead of trusting GrubHub. The first person and last person who helped me were nice, but the second person helping me was totally rude. Sorely disappointed.
I wish there was a 0 rating. 2 days back, no rice with the curry, called grubhub, they didn't do anything, called restaurant who delivered rice separately. Today, food was ready at restaurant, grubhub driver never picked it up, so at 10 pm we didn't have any food as expected. There was no compensation at all, just the refund. This has happened another time, when we picked up the food. Just pick up your own food or get another carrier but never grubhub.
Ordered food at 6:15 got message saying delayed - still waiting and no food. Horrible horrible horrible. Worst service I have ever experienced. Incompetent would not even begin to describe - will never ever order from grub hub again m.
We spent over 80$ on an order to feed my husband son and I. They forgot my husbands meal and the drink for my kids meal. We talked to Grubhub and they said they will go
Get another one. The manager of the restaurant also contacted them for us and made a fresh meal.
An hour later nothing so we called Grubhub back and they told us that we should have reordered it through them. They took no blame and refunded nothing. We never got our meal or kids drink. We will NEVER use them again.
I ordered from Grubhub a delivery. Well the delivery driver couldn't find my location so I agreed to meet him somewhere. When I arrived I let him know I was there and he acknowledged my text. However he took off with my food to go who knows where. So I called customer service and it took them forever to get me a refund. While they did at least give me a refund Grubhub just wasted my time leaving me to figure something else out for dinner. Never using Grubhub ever again.
There's a good chance your order won't show-up or will show-up very late. I don't know if the technology connecting us to the restaurant sucks or most restaurants that accept GrubHub services suck. Either way, don't risk ordering food when you're hungry from Grubhub.
One small positive - Grubhub customer support is decent and will refund your money pretty painlessly if your order doesn't show...
I will never use grubhub again. Their customer service is pretty much non-existent and from the heavy accents is outsourced to another country. I continuously had to ask their CS agents to repeat themselves. (I called twice) I just lost the money I placed on an order and the best they could come up with was a 20% off coupon. Never ever again.
I will never ever ever ever use grubhub again. I placed an hour at 2pm for a 5:30 delivery. Long story short, our food got to us by 6:30, ice cold, and when I called the restaurant they said our order was picked up 45 minutes prior. It only takes MAYBE 8 minutes to get to our house. Called and customer service offered me a coupon. A COUPON. Nah. I asked for a manager and got a full refund. Ruined my birthday dinner.
Hi as a driver let me be the first to say please tip your drivers 9 times out of 10 if you don't tip your drivers then we are delivering your food and we are paying to deliver it. We are the same as if we were waitresses. If you knew what a driver went through on a daily basis you would tip well too, I use the app myself as a customer and you best believe I tip my driver's 15%. Not all of us can afford brand new cars some of us are driving V8's... Have a blessed day and thannks for choosing grub hub!
First time use and they forgot half our order that was meant for my boyfriend's little brother. We called to complain and they said they had no way to send the driver to resolver the food, they just offered a refund. But that doesn't fix the fact we ordered food for the family and the youngest has to go without his food.
We've had bad experiences before but this one takes the cake. Ordered Three - 3 piece chicken tender meals from KFC. We only received one meal with 2 tenders in it, customer service gave us the run around and the driver didn't want to get out in the rain to come to our door so he called us and said "I'm here". It was clear on his phone that he was supposed to have 3 meals but he had zero concern about that and happily left with his undeserved tip... We have spent our last dollar with this service.
Then the grubhub app disabled our ability to rate our service. After giving us back only 16 of the 20 dollars spent... nd it's going to take 5 days to get that back... Never again.
Seamless... A joke
Contacted them 48 hrs go and complained about crappy service. Order was wrong, they didn't use coupon, food was cold and and hr late. No one emailed or contacted about the issues. I emailed them again and told them the problem they stated contact Applebee's. I order it from grub hub this is the second issue last time grub hub gave someone my food. Now I can see why there are not a lot of food restaurants on grub hub. Being a nurse in a hospital this was great but not anymore.
Ordered a curry, got the usual confirmation emails. Even got a not drive was waiting.
90 mins later grubhub calls says driver cant find me. I called the restaurant and they said "What order"...
Thanks for leaving me with no food... I'll use door dash next time.
According to tech support, when the driver arrived, the restaurant was close. So instead of letting customer service know, the driver elected to mark food as delivered. So here I am looking for my food (what a waste of time!). I chatted with tech support and asked me if maybe the driver left the food somewhere in the office (really!). Your system does not show the food was never picked up? Here is a suggestion, there should be a button that allows the driver to specify the food is not picked up therefore cannot be delivered. I want my commission on this feature. Or allow the driver to specify why they cannot deliver the food of if they have any other issues.
I ordered and it never showed up. Tracked it, and it states it was delivered. It was not. I had to "chat" with a bot before a rep came on. The rep states, well the order is delivered. I reiterated that it never arrived and she said oh well, we will give you a refund. And I have to wait 5-7 days for the refund. I pressed for an email confirmation, which they said "was a courtesy refund". Really, a courtesy? Plain and simple - do not order from this sham of a service. There are so many delivery services available and judging by all the crap reviews here, this treatment is par for the course.
Ordered 2 sandwiches from Ike's Love and Sandwiches and wasn't received an order. No incoming calls from driver, no messages, no emails. After the chatting with online agent they told that refund is impossible option and issued a 50% off on next order. Scam!
This is my second time ordering through GrubHub and it will now be my last! I placed a simple order with 3 items today and my evil driver never delivered it. I immediately got in contact with customer care and they informed me they could refund me but not do a reorder or give any coupons. Enraged I told them that I never experience this with any other food delivery companies I am always given the option to reorder and receive a coupon. But no, GrubHub is to cheap. They need to do a better job in their hiring process, my driver lied and told customer care that she did come up to my door and knocked and called but she claimed I never answered. Lies! Her story is even worse because while she was driving to my house I texted her and gave her directions to leave my food on my front porch. She completely failed to do this. I asked customers care if they could track her gps and see if she ever even came but they did not have the power to do that. Despite my bad experience they still said no to coupons or redelivery. I don't know why they couldn't give me any damn coupons or a reorder.
I now know only order with DoorDash or Caviar $#*! the bull$#*! from this company
Answer: I travel for a living and have experienced the lousy service that is Grub Hub. From Philadelphia PA to Shreveport LA and multiple other cities THIS SERVICE SUCKS. There's nothing good to say about it.
Answer: Both. But he is not alone, unfortunately. He only got exposed. Millions others are working in politically intolerant places. We have to change that.
Answer: Yes, it is normal. Original delivery times are almost never met. No drivers, Lost Drivers, Poorly trained or untrained drivers.
Answer: LOL... no kidding right! How can places take 2 hours to get food to you and not necessarily at a peak time. Good luck! Hope you were able to cancel it, but wonder if it showed up in the mean time. For this reason I no longer use a card but pay cash when I get the food. Hope you've managed to eat something by now.

Answer: Answer: Grub Hub does suck big time. No real answer. If you like cold food, delivered late and an "oh well" customer service attitude, Grub Hub is the company you should use.
Answer: They just don't care. Company motto must be "customer comes last". They simply trying to salvage whatever market share they can before they get bought out by a superior service that actually cares about customers.
Answer: Nothing. By this inaction I would say to quit using this bad business. Go with UberEats or maybe try getting your own food.
