I booked a hotel on 04/30/2023 for $265.95, I call the hotel in north carolina on 05/22/23 they never gotten my reservation because groupon! Never sent my information. $265.95 gone! And they telling me I can't get a refund. I'll never use them again and recommend nobody uses them.

I bought a Groupon for a manatee tour. The merchant redeemed the Groupon before we arrive. We canceled the tour. And they will not give our money back. Terrible customer service. They offered me a $10 credit for the inconvenience. I spent $189

Whoever came up with 8% cash back should be shot. I can see $15 for $30 worth of food is great. But 8% cash back is not worth the trip to the restaurant. Give me a break!
At check in they said I had no reservation when I showed them my Groupon they acted as if they had never seen it before and went as far as to act as if they didn't understand English. Taylor Swift happened to be in town so room's everywhere were sky high and I guarantee that us why they did not honor it and acted stupid. Let's just say my entire trip was ruined. I pre-paid and preplanned months in advance so that my vacation would run smooth and be taken care of. It led me to trying to find a place to stay all night, but t gets worse, it ended up costing me all the money I had brought to spend on food,, drinks, activities ect. $600 for two nights! Ruined my whole vacation, got in debt having people venmo so I could eat and get my luggage back on the plane. I would not recommend EVER BUYING a hotel stay on Groupon, there is no one to talk to, no one to help and your out your money you spent on it.
I responded to an email for Counting Crows tickets through Groupon thinking it was the show that was near me. Well it was not. It was the one 400 miles away. Instead of sending me the Jones Beach one they sent me Woodstock! They won't exchange tickets or do a refund. Disputed the charge with Visa and they denied it over the phone. Never using Groupon again and cancelling my Visa cards. The best is when my concert got cancelled and they wouldn't return my money. They gave me Groupon Bucks!
Order has been pending for 5 days, Chatted with a groupon employee they said a manager would call me back. No one called me back, so then I sent email and they keep telling me to cancel it myself. BUT I can't as it's in PENDING Status. Also for tan your hide, when I went to tan your hide to use the pending purchase they made me buy new googles I could not use the ones I have. They made me buy new ones and when the order was pending they refused to give me a refund. There is nothing in the groupon that says you have to purchase new googles to use this discount.
On or around April 28th 2023, we purchased 3 groupons. Our credit card was charged on May 1st. We did not receive the groupons. We tried to contact Groupon on May 6th as we were planning on using the product the next day. We tried to contact the company via email on the website and also tried calling them on 3 different phone numbers. The phone numbers were useless and they have not responded to the email. Anyone have an idea how we can get a refund, as we never received an order number.
My wife accidentally pressed the "buy" button on her phone. That's it. The sale was final. She contacted them literally 30 seconds later to undo the purchase. That case has been lingering for 3 weeks now. Paypal wouldn't help us, Groupon wouldn't help us. An accidental click of the button turned into a 100+ dollar loss because those scammers had a "no refund" policy. It was as if you're in the store and you put back something expensive you just took of the shelf because you changed your mind and the person running the store telling you. "Nope. We've got your money now. No refunds." We didn't even intentionally buy it. 30 day money back is okay. 30 seconds no money back is ridiculous. What a piece of trash company. Come on, man. Reflections Massage. SHE IS A THIEF. I purchased a Groupon and set appointment for May 5,11:30am. I arrived knocked on door and no answer. I contacted Groupon for refund. They denied me because merchant said I was a no show. I provided proof that she lied I was there and took a picture. They refunded me. Shame on her is she that desperate for money or just lazy. DO NOT LET HER STEAL YOUR MONEY. Shame on Groupon for not believing their customer.
I purchased 2 groupons totaling 160.00! Had a reservation for nights of lights and last minute they cancelled. They're saying Groupon never paid them because the trip was cancelled! Groupon is saying totally different thing! Someone has my money and nobody wants to take responsibility! I've been round and round with Groupon and old city shuttle! Don't buy Groupon or buy OLD CITY SHUTTLE you will regret it! Don't think either know the word CUSTOMER SERVICE! Very unprofessional on both sides!
I purchased a groupon for Ultherapy from a local Med Spa. I have had ultherapy before. When I went to the Med Spa, the provider redeemed by groupon, but did not provide me with Ultherapy. Instead he offered another treatment. I paid $1069 for the groupon. Groupon refused to do anything about it, even though when I contacted the provider, the provider agreed to refund the charge. The charge was never refunded.
I was a Groupon merchant years ago and everything was great. I just went back to a salon after the pandemic wanting to rebuild my clientele and Groupon has been stealing from me! They've been collecting money from my sales, taking their 50% and then helping themselves to more! 1 2 week pay period they took their 50 plus an extra $115.00. I'm a very small business and they are getting away with ripping people off! I call and email but the out of country customer support just ignores, deletes and shoes you away.

I purchased a SAMS CLUB MEMBERSHIP FROM GROUPON BUT THEY HAD YOU DO SLL THESE STUPID STEPS SO I CANCELED THEMBERSHIP AN HOUR LATER! I was told my refund would be refunded back to my Bank Debit Card in7-10 Days.that was March 3 2023 today is April 27,2023 and GROUPON HASNT refunded my Money! BEWARE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM GROUPON ALMOST 2 months LATER STILL DONT HAVE MY FUNDS REFUNDED AND IM PISSED! Not so much the Money is because I've DM OVER 30 times NO RETURN CALL AND NOBREFUND! TheyRE SO CHEAP TGEY DONT EVEN HAVE A 800customee Service line! GROUPON IS A STRAIGHT SCAM!

Answer: Yes, Groupon is legit. You need to read the fine print before ordering live event tickets- -they will not refund your money even if it's there fault. I only buy tickets for activities that don't expire or you can use the purchase price towards a non-Groupon service the vendor offers. Hope this helps.

Answer: I usually call the merchants I am interested in before buying the coupons, and ask them if the groupon coupons work, and how much more I have to pay. You could do the same, contact the merchants you are interested in and ask them how groupon works for them?

Answer: The one I took by Holly and Hugo at least were I would research the company before buying. Also about twice a year they put all their courses for $5! I got mine completed it and it helped boost my resume and I was able to get a vet assistant job pretty quickly compared to before where I only got a call back from about one place which didn't lead anywhere. :) hope I could help!

I've had nothing but good experiences from Ideel in all regards - product satisfaction, price, shipping, etc. - but I've never had to contact customer service so I don't know what you'll get, but they're phone number is (888) 835-1719.
Answer: They are the absolute worst about answering customer service complaints. They will lie, they literally told me customer service reps were out sick, thus no answer to my emails for about 2 weeks. But, don't loose hope, the DAY I posted a review on this site, they answered AND gave me a 25.00 credit for my trouble. So write a review on Site Jabber with all the details and a bet a manager will answer promptly. As this is their way, I NEVER ordered from the site again after at least 3 years of orders.
