I have reached out to Groopdealz several times and have yet to get a response about payment. We had this issues a few years ago and are worried they are having the same issues. I wouldn't buy or sell anything on this site until they figure out how to run a business because you probably wont get paid or receive your item.
After selling with groopdealz for over 3 years, they have now stopped paying their vendors/sellers. We ran 10 deals from Nov. 2017 & chased payments until finally being paid in February. We were contacted again in June of 2018 and were assured they have changed their ways and begged us to sell with them again. We were owed over $3000 which took them over 4 months to pay. We will never do business with them again and we are warning everyone else to think twice. They promised to pay on time before our deals were ran and they did not stand up to their word.

We've been selling on Groopdealz for a long time, while the deals are great they NEVER PAY. I have been chasing payments since day 1, and this is terrible! Jane.com is a better platform. Tried saying our laywer will be next, no response! We're very saddened by this and are owed thousands!

Groopdealz hasn't paid me for a product created and shipped in May 2018, I've emailed my contact several times and have been told that the person will get back to me soon. It has been 3 months and I was approved for auto payments once all my items were shipped, but I never received payment.

Our accounting department is a little behind and doing their very best to get caught up. I just forwarded this onto them and will get you an update as soon as I hear back.
I'm a vendor and am still owed over $500 from July 2018. I've been reaching out to the company via phone and email to no avail. I'm a single mom and every single penny I make goes to support my two daughters. This company should be shut down.
Many of you have responded to my previous post (same issue) and I'm curious what actions, if any, we, as vendors, can take to take Groopdealz down. They are fraudulent and are the perfect example of how NOT to treat the people making the money for the site. No vendors = no money.
I've posted on here before with the same issue. I no longer do any sort of business with them. I'm simply waiting on my payments (5 months and counting).

This company is the absolute worst company to deal with as a vendor. I have run multiple deals on the site and they still owe me payment for deals completed and delivered to customers over a month ago. You almost have to beg them for your money. If you are thinking about selling here, DO NOT. Use a reputable site like Jane.com to sell. You get paid almost immediately after all orders are shipped.

First, if you are a seller PLEASE do to sell with this company. You will NEVER see your money. Groopdealz owes me nearly $1,000 for deals I have run and I have emailed everyone on their team that I possibly can. They will respond with a "we are looking into it" response, but then nothing after that. Emails will then go unanswered no matter how many you send. There are so many other professional deal/boutique sites out there to sell with who care about their vendors and the business you bring the them. ANY of them would be a better choice than Groopdealz.
Buyers, even if you find an item you like on their site please do not support a company that treats their sellers so terribly. Even if the seller sends your items with the intent of Groopdealz paying them what they are owed, sellers most likely will never see their money. Support websites and businesses who value their vendors, not ones who steal from them.

After several months GroopDealz has paid us about 80% of what we are owed and they have stopped responding to emails. We have stopped selling on GroopDealz. We do over million dollars of sales on other platforms. Save yourself the trouble and don't sell on GroopDealz.

I have sold with them once before and they make sure you send out product, I took a break and came back to sell with them. Second time around, I got great response from customers and many orders. However, they have not paid out and have no responded to any emails regarding payment. Buyers shouldn't buy here, as the people they are buying from are getting ripped off because eleventh avenue keeps all the money!

I have ordered from groopdealz probably 5 times and overall, Im happy with it. I did order a dress that took two months to arrive. I once ordered some lights and they kept sending me extra lights for free, and I asked them to just send me shipping labels and I would return but the seller never responded so I made out very well on that deal. I think its cool to see different products every day but a lot of the shipping charges arent worth it for me. They have free shipping on certain items sometimes.

I responded to an email from groopdealz offering personalized dog tags. I don't remember how much the tags were vs how much I paid for shipping, but the total amount paid represented about $10 per tag. This is not a stunning deal. I just needed new tags for my dogs since I had moved and wanted to get that crossed off the "to do" list.
When 2 weeks passed and I had not received them I contacted groopdealz. They sent an email to the company and copied me. In the email they said that they would be tracking the response, and if the company did not respond within 48 hours they might issue a refund.
Frankly, I do not want or expect to have to spend much time tracking a $20 purchase. By the time I decided I needed to follow up, 10 days had passed. There had been no response from the company, and groopdealz had not followed up. I had just filed a dispute with Paypal when they came in the mail. So far so good until I looked closer at them and saw that the phone number on one of them had an extra digit. There are few things more useless than a dog tag with the wrong phone number.
Groopdealz says I inserted the extra digit on the order. That's valid. However, I ordered 2 tags, and one of them was correct. Basically, groopdealz' response is that the company cannot be expected to notice a customer error and check the info on file for the order, which would show the correct number, which was entered for the other tag. They will only offer a groopdealz credit. I don't plan to ever do business with them again, so that's not satisfactory to me.
The company that was offering the tags is called Le Chic Monograms and they are located in VA. I attempted contacting them directly, and never received a response. Their cite offers no other way to contact them but email. The reviews on their site are edited to only show the good ones.
I do not recommend Groopdealz. They are a Groupon wannabe who seems to want to trade on their name similarity to Groupon. Whatever you think of Groupon's deals, they are reliable, honest and responsive. Maybe someday I will finally learn to ALWAYS read reviews before purchasing anything online.

Even though I'd read all of the horrible reviews, I decided to sell on Groopdealz/Eleventh Avenue. Since they've apparently set up an automatic payment system I thought I'd be safe. I was wrong. I'm still waiting on my shipping payments to be sent to me. According to their rules, payments for sold items take longer. I've emailed the merchandising manager to no avail and the accounting department. I did get a response from their support email saying they would forward my information to the appropriate department. This is how I support my family and they're holding my money hostage. This is no way to run a business. I'm just sick about it. I will never buy or sell anything from this company again. I'd rather pay full price and buy directly from the sellers.

I am a vendor on groopdealz and have been for over 3 years. Yes, there was a period of time where getting paid was a nightmare! BUT it is MUCH better now! There is now an automated payment system in place so you received your payment in full (all commission plus shipping) within 3 banking days of your deal being shipped. It works great! The communication has greatly improved and they are continuing to make changes to better the customer experience!

I ordered two items from Gro0p Dealz and I got a shady email from the vendor saying that my items were sold out. I asked them repeatedly about my refunds and they keep saying the no longer have my money and to call my bank. I call my bank and they have no record of the refunds. I hope that karma does it's job and everyone at the company gets bad luck. Horrible way to do business when there are so many other better businesses out there.

I ordered a couple items off the site and received one item in the mail. There was no communication about where the other items were or if I would receive them. After reaching out to both the vendor and the site, I was informed that the items I ordered were damaged in a chemical explosion? I haven't seen the refund come back yet, but both seemed unsympathetic and rude about my interest in the order that I paid for. Worst experience ever with a daily deal type of site. Just go to Jane.com or something. SO BAD!
