Ordered 4 shirts. A week later I had read these reviews and still hadn't received any kind of email with confirmation for my order and so I messaged them to cancel. They said one shirt was already being prepped but that they'd refund my other 3. Got the one shirt in the mail which looked nothing like the photo and a couple days later I received two other shirts from them that they were supposed to cancel. These two shirts were very cheap looking. I won't wear any of them. Never got my refund and never received the 4th shirt.
I have had two terrible experiences with Groopdealz. First they sent me the wrong item and refused to do a return or a refund. Second, I ordered something and it took four months to get to me. That is unacceptable. After about two months, I tried to cancel the order, and they told me the order could not be canceled. So I waited another two months for it to arrive. Things come quicker from China (and are probably better quality than what Groopdealz offers).
A bunch of disgusting scammers. I'm sick and tired of the people behind these fake companies getting away with ripping off people who actually work hard for an honest living. I placed an order for two items on August 15th and the brand was Lucy and Layla. It's been nothing but crickets since then. No tracking, no delivery, no response to multiple emails sent. I learned my lesson the hard way and hopefully if enough people like me take the time to write these reviews, then the pigs behind these scams will no longer have anyone left to scam. DO YOUR RESEACH BEFORE YOU ORDER FROM ANYWHERE ONLINE. I wish I had; hard lesson learned.
I purchased two sweatshirts from Groopdealz back in October of 2020, still do not have them nor have I been refunded. There is no phone number to contact them and I have emailed the "support" email address Multiple times to have it kicked back to me every time! I have since deleted their app and will never buy again!
This Website/App is a scam! I have three pending orders from November. I have tried their email and phone number which neither work. What a Coincidence! I have contacted my bank for refunds. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!
I have purchased several times before recently with no major issues. My latest purchase has been over a month and I have not received it. I have reached out to costumer service with no response. I would just like my money back!
I placed an order for a Christmas tshirt in Oct. The payment was immediately taken out of my account for this item and I still don't have the item. I tried numerous times to contact customer service with no response form them at all. I have purchased several items in the past and while shipping is ridiculously slow I have gotten all of them, but I will not be shipping on this site anymore.
I've used Groopdealz here and there over the years. But will never ever shop there again. This past October/November I purchased a number of items from their site. Many of them were from a vendor called Lucy and Lyla. I never received almost $200 worth of items. I contacted Groopdealz a number of times. I tried contacting them through the site, on Facebook, using an email I had. Nothing worked. No response. I researched the vendor and contacted them and received no response. Thankfully I'd paid with PayPal and was able to file a complaint with them. PayPal also was not able to get any response from Groopdealz. Eventually PayPal ended up refunding my money instead. What a scam. I will not use Groopdealz. I wish there was a way to rate items and vendors like you can on other sites like Jane.com. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I would in this case in order to save others the time and money. Groopdealz doesn't allow rating. I'm sure that is because they are a scam and don't want it to be easy for consumers to find out what a terrible company they are. I would definitely recommend taking your money elsewhere. It just isn't worth the risk.
I have tried to contact them about a vendor that has yet to send me 2 orders. I had this problem once and assumed it was a random glitch (although it took months for them to refund me). But now it's happened again and I've tried to call them using the number they proved on their app but it says that the number is no longer taking calls. I have tried to email them at the email they provide (*******@groopdealz.com) and it's come back as undeliverable every time! I'm gonna have to dispute the charges on my credit card because they obviously don't want to help anyone! And I won't order from them again!
I never received 3 different orders. I have contacted company over three times now and never got any response in return. Do not shop on groopdealz!
I have tried to contact them and have gotten no response. You can only email support (they do not respond) and I cannot find a phone number to call. I placed two orders (July and August 2020) and have not received either.
I placed two orders in July 2020. After still not receiving the items by September, I emailed customer service multiple times and only received a reply once saying "we have no current updates for your order." I finally received one item in October and the other still says your order is being processed. I have emailed customer service and have not received a reply and called during business hours only to get a recording.
This store used to be good. This past year nothing I order actually ships. It takes months to get a response, if at all. I recently purchased again against my better judgement and because I had a credit from prior failed shipped items. Almost two months and no item shipped and no response to multiple emails. This business is awful. Do not lose your money, you will get no product and no refund.
I've tried to contact them through facebook, phone, and email and I've never got a response. I've probably send 5 emails. I ordered 3 shirts and only got two. I've asked for a refund but never got a response. Yet I still get an email daily advertising all their specials. I can't believe they're still in business.
Groopdealz has so many cute items at a good price, but good golly they are slow as molasses. I am waiting on an order from August. And what is worse is, they don't respond to your emails, and they have no phone number to call. I even tried contacting the Lucy and Lyla vendor and got no answer. It is more than annoying. I would be ordering tons of merchandise, but I no longer trust them. Good thing these pieces I am waiting for aren't urgent. Their return policy isn't the best either. After I get these pieces, I will be done with Groopdealz for good.
I made an order through Groopdealz towards the end of August since I purchased an one item to give as a gift by the end of September and another item for myself. Today, 10/21/20, I have yet to receive the item and the status STILL says Processing. The most frustrating thing about this whole situation is I have emailed them 6 separate times to try and cancel my order with no response. I noticed on previous reviews that they are saying due to COVID 19 they are running behind. I have ordered multiple items from multiples boutique sites and have yet to have this problem. I will never order from them again.
Have been waiting on 4 orders for 3 months now. Emailed endlessly only to be ignored. Also tried calling the number on their website and of course it says the call can't be completed. I'm about to file fraudulent charges with my bank. I'm out about $100 as of now. I always enjoyed ordering from them in the past but the last 6 months or so has been hell. I get it, COVID... however if you can't deliver the merchandise or as I was told a few months back they were having trouble getting in shipments from the vendors, then why are you selling merchandise you don't even have and don't know if you'll get? Complete b&$ s@&$!
I ordered from this site from the very first time in July. The order still says "processing". I have emailed numerous times ( daily now) asking and now demanding a refund and they will not respond, Phone number is disconnected. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! They are thieves and will basically steal your $$$$
Ordered three items on June 26. Tracking shows it is "processing". Have reached out to groupdealz 4 times, with no response. Went directly to the company website and made an inquiry. No response. I'm out 100, over 90 days, five attempted contacts and no customer service response. Lost my business and they should lose yours too.
I tried calling their number, it's disconnected. After emailing multiple times Over the last two weeks for items I should've received almost a month ago, I guess I'm forced now to call my bank for fraud. This business is going down the drain and it's unfortunate they can't be honest with their customers.
Answer: Harrison owes us more than 70K. It has been almost a year. We have tried to negotiate with him and he always delays whatever we have agreed on! He is not going to pay any vendor. I bet they will go bankruptcy soon. We are suing him this month.
